Very nice harvest from your own garden. When we lived in Washington State I had a huge garden and threw much of it in the freezer. It can be a little tricky when doing this. Nothing better than having corn on the cob in the middle of February! Nice video LJ!

i'll try this next year are corn didn't do well i love sweet corn.
have you ever cooked it in the husk with butter and salt over a fire?

Yes, i am trying this way for the first time. Also, thank you for another way to cook corn. My husband loves corn cooked any type of way!
