Have you adjusted your redline indicator since you have had your first service? That is one of the first things I did. The light coming on a low RPM's was annoying.
Very nice. I like the sound but does taking the baffle out flatten your midrange like on most V-twins? Since that is where we spend most of our time on American roads?
Not on this one, it pulls hard all the way to red line. In my opinion, GCorse did a great job enhancing what was already very good. They alao enhanced the QS, especially the upshifts feel lightning fast now.
Its not air injection but oxygen sensors that help with air and fuel efficiency through a computer that sends little inputs to the fuel injection system.
Those decel pops in 3rd gear would annoy me; otherwise I like it. I’m waiting for more time to pass, hoping there will be more aftermarket options and tuning. Cheers.
@@greg9076 there are mostly present in Sport mode, Road and Touring are more tame. But yes, removing the catalytic converter, enhances the pops. They are present even in stock form just way muffled down by the CAT.
I think that removing the dB killers is a step too far. If that is the sound from the riding seat then it must be an ungodly racket for everyone else. I love the sound of an engine and have (baffled) Mistral shorties on my V7, Akra's on my Tuono but TBH this is in my opinion too much, too inconsiderate and frankly selfishness and vanity. It's a free country and all that, but you really don't want to be 'that Guy'. Post a video with the baffles in on the same ride please.
There is a comparison video on my channel before the tune that will give you a pretty good idea. Also check out this video of mine. ua-cam.com/video/aja01-YTQCc/v-deo.htmlsi=Re0JkKlr9CjrCwYU it explains why I run my bikes the way I do and why its ok and not inconsiderate or selfish.
@@derekperry9139 I think it is coming over pretty aithentic, took me a while to figure it out, stilll playing with the settings, as it is not liking the higher frequency's
Amazing. It makes me excited for what Moto Guzzi will be able to do with this engine.
Ditto, i feel like they could do something real exciting with that motor. Question is will they as there is Aprilia.
That bike sounds really good, and looks good too, very impressed by moto guzzi. Congrats, very nice bike
Thank you! Still playing with different slip on’s. The Mivv GT Pro is my latest addition.
Beautiful sounding bike 🚀
Right! … :)
I can't wait for Friday, my pipes will be here! Oh damn, it's still winter in Central NY.
Come to Texas! … ;)
Wow 😲 fantastic.
Its very addictive, much like the Trident, you just want to do one more ride … ;)
It sounds great!
Thanks 😊
You’re welcome.

Oh yeah, but I had to bring it down a hair as I will hit the rev limiter otherwise. Its amazing how free rev’ing and responsive the engine is now.
Sounds correct to me.
Right!

Sounds beefy! Did they disable the exhaust air injection?
I am not sure on this one.

@@derekperry9139 the O2 Sensors are srtill there, they transfered over to the new header.
Does the throttle feel different from stock ?
Very much so, much more responsive now, also the quick shifter has picked up the pace as well.

Microphone placement is everything when doing a video for UA-cam when the exhaust system is the topic 👌.
I hear the mime channel is pretty quiet 🤫

Seriously, who rides like that!!!
I do, to showcase low, mid and high rpm scenarios in various gears.
