Ingredients needed
Thin sliced beef bottom round steak
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke flavoring
1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce (e.g. Tabasco™), or to taste optional
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon black pepper
½ cup brown sugar
Directions
1. Stir together soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, liquid smoke, and hot pepper sauce in a bowl. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, and sugar; stir until mixed.
2. To use, toss one pound of thinly sliced meat with the marinade until well coated. Place into a resealable plastic bag, and squeeze out the air. Marinate in the refrigerator for 4 - 24 hours, mixing twice. Remove meat from marinade, and discard excess marinade. Prepare jerky according to the manufacturer's directions of your smoker or dehydrator.

That plate brought tears to my eyes. Those are the plates I had as a kid. The old Corelle. Little things
Yes they are from my childhood too. I have the blue from my family and I have a few gold ones that belonged to my grandma. I didn't feel the need to stop using them. I don't like the newer big thick bulky plates of today so I continue to use what I ate on as a kid 😁❤️ thanks for watching and your comment 👍🏼
Looks good. Opens up a whole new way to do things in the Foodi. 👍🏻
Looks really good. Do you know how long they last?
Lol in my house about 4 days. So good can't stop snacking on them. But awhile I would imagine and you could also vacuum seal them.
What other cut of beef can I use?
Top round, bottom round, flank steak, skirt steak. I like the one i showed because it's already cut very thin and easy to work with. Turns out great. Thanks for watching 😁
