- A friend of mine recently told me about a website called Intarsia Designs and this is where I found this shark pattern. You can find a link below to their website.
Noah really likes sharks so I wanted to make this for him. I used different shades of blue pine, ebony, Oregon lilac, and walnut to make this project.

Good job Cy. If you do not have one, you might make a zero clearance top for your scroll saw for when you are doing very small cuts. Steve Good has a video - Zero clearance table for the scroll saw - that might give you some ideas.

Try printing the pattern on a Laser Printer ( the kind that uses toner, not ink ) and transfer using Xylene ( it's like paint thinner but evaporates very quickly ). I find it works very well for me.

Nice. On the verse, I always print mine by hands on the back, and then when the ink is dry I a coat it with clear coat. Oh on the mask why not keep a couple of the painters mask in one of the drawers just in case you forget your other one again. :-)

I just thought "flap sander." Have you tried one? It might save you some hand sanding.
I haven't tried one but I have looked into them before. I do enjoy sanding but I may be surprised and really like it.

You can order them online, indiviadual patterns or books with patterns. I get a lot of patterns from Judy Gale Roberts :)
