I just finished this workout and am now convinced that I've never done a lower ab workout correctly before, because I've never felt that direct burn in my lower mid-section. Like, ever ever - lol Will for sure subscribe and continue with this workout! Thank you so much :-)

Most of the time it just kills my back or legs, but this one was the first where it actually got my abs engaged

I just found your channel and I’ve done a couple of your workouts. I love that you put background music and a timer! You explain everything so well even when changing positions so I’m not pausing and playing trying to see what to do. New sub!
thanks maddie, i'm trying to get back in shape cause i almost didn't exercise while i was traveling the last 2 years. now i feel very uncomfortable in my body, very weak, no muscles at all, also not flexible anymore and i used to be able to do a split. its kinda depressing but now i'm trying to change my attitude and just have fun on my way back. i hope your workouts will help me. :) great vid

Today was my 9th day doing this routine and my FIRST day without having to pause the video at any point!!😭😭 it gets easier y'all. The plank jacks used to wear me out, then I got through those and the crunches immediately after used to trip me up.... then when I was able to breeze through those, the L-leg drops would DESTROY me, etc. I still have some areas to work on, but genuinely when I started this I didn't think I'd ever be able to do it without pausing at some point 😂😭
Has your stomach gotten smaller?
@@kenzieskye3053 absolutely. Tight, definition, baby abs. I'm not always consistent, but when I am, even if its just a couple days in a row during a busy week, it really makes a difference.
@@kenzieskye3053 I'm not gonna lie though, moderation in diet is super important as well. Again, I'm nowhere near perfect, but sometimes it's the difference between a cheeseburger and a double cheeseburger, you know what I mean?

appreciate the easy excercise at the beginning to really understand how to push my lower back into the ground!! I got injured from not doing that when I first started working out and now there are a lot of fun excercises I can’t do because of it, so I’m glad you’re so persistant preaching about it! (also, killer workout. Definitely felt the burn on this one)

Oh man... I usually do pilates involving lots of core control, but was zapped out after completing this workout. totally agree this's the only workout where I can really feel my lower abs.

I loved the awesome mind/body exercise at the start. That was the first time I've ever really been able to engage my lower abs. My upper abs almost always take over if I am not careful.

This looks amazing! I started this intense diet/workout plan to slim my stomach and waist but never realize i hav3nt put enough focus on my lower abs. Will update after 1 month from now (8/20/20)
(8/23/2019) started this workout and OMG, could barely do half of the set for each workout . Gonna be a long while to be near at your level 😭😰😨
(8-29-2019) endurance got up a little amd keeping my back on the floor is also improving. Bur still working to keep up😰

OMG🥵, that was a killer for me, ever since I had my last kiddo, 2 years ago, my abs are just so weak, it's hard to tighten them when exercising... thank you for your help

Are you sure that it is healthy to do this workout 3 times a day not to scare u but I know someone who died because he went to the gym to much and over worked

hey, actually doing it on your bed is really damaging for your back so don't do it ! Just train to do it as she shows in the beginning of the video and you're back will be fine.
THANK YOU for doing the instructional part at the beginning. I was having a hard time concentrating on my lower abs but that really helped me to see where I should be squeezing. Now I'll finally be able to do the workouts properly LOL :)
This another great workout! It would be good if she gave a modified suggestion too. Like on cris cross I put my legs in tabletop position to complete the task instead of giving up. Stiil ♡ these workouts 💪!

First, love, love, love your workouts. Never have I ever found a workout that challenges my core, as I've always been strong there. These are my fav videos to do, and I know that I'll get results if I keep doing these. I did five of your videos in a row yesterday because I was just so excited to burn my abs out more. Thanks for this one. Alot of ab exercise videos contain a lot of moves that require lots of balance and cordination. Aside from the strength factor, makes it really hard. So this is easy in terms of balance and coordination but gets the abs burning so thank you!!

Been doing this abs workout for quite some time but it's still the hardest one ever!! Not like it's impossible to be done without a few breaks, but I always rainy sweat afterwards 😂
