@@justinsaponari Sure, but I was comparing playing it on PS4 Pro at 30fps, and then playing it on PS5 (which nobody can, because PS5s are still impossible to get.) My comment applies to PS3 and PS2 remasters too, though. Going from 30 to 60 is a massive improvement.
I never played this on PS4 but I got it on PS5 the detail is astounding I particularly love the grass, details on flowers and little things like leaves in the air and leaves that have fallen on the ground being moved by your steps. It’s a lot of nifty little touches that make it all better. The adaptive triggers and dual sense haptic vibration add a lot to the experience. Also I love love this type of setting.
Yeah, considering the PS5 is supposed to get VRR at some point, it might have been more useful to unlock the framerate and adjust the resolution... Wish developers would think longer term
@@Dd-fb2tj yeah i was pretty disappointed with the game because: 1. Story was nothing special 2. World was the most beautiful in any game i played but didnt have anything to discover so it got really boring. 4. Combat is amazing but becomes eay too easy at the end of the game since you become OP
@@edrick8797 it's a bit weird, but I would mostly agree. I also found many side quests kinda generic and there was too much repetition. But still, the game somehow totally got me.
I loved when I loaded up my imported save file, all the trophies that I unlocked on the PS4 popped up one after another rewarding me the platinum right away.
I don't really see the need for two performance modes in this game since the resolution mode is a locked 60 fps. If there was another mode, I think a true 4k, max visual settings mode at 30 or 40 fps would kinda make sense.
I'm seeing lots of situations where I get frame dips in resolution mode. So yes, there is a reason for performance mode. Just because they didn't see any situations in 6 hours of playing, doesn't mean some of the minor quests or later areas dont have frame dips
I would imagine they would either; lower render resolution slightly whilst maintaining filmic rendering techniques / visual effects or the other way around which will use less processing space and will be able to perform much more smoothly.
Could the High-Performance mode make a difference for the online horde mode? You can have dozens of enemies on screen at a time with multiple explosions, being triggered from 4 different team members.

They should charge people who already bought the PS4 version 10.00 for the expansion and PS5 upgrade. I've already payed 59.99 for the PS4 version why should I pay 90.00 when people who buy for the first time on PS5 pay 70.00?
Because sony is happy that you bought a PS5 so they give it to you $20 cheaper as a thank you. Many games do this, the complete edition of a game maybe is like $70 but if you buy the game they buy the dlc later on your paying extra, its to encourage users to make bigger purchases at once because they feel like they will save money in the long run. Perfect example is dark souls 3 season pass is $25 for both dlc, but if you pay seperately its $15 each. This is a common and effective marketing tactic.
I think its priced at a way to stop people buying a cheaper pre owned copy for say 30 dollars and upgrading that. Just seems to me this ps5 version isnt worth it anyway. Seems kinda pointless. Should have just made it 20 for the DLC for everyone and added some bells and whistles with that

It's the only game my mate Bad has ever gotten the plat for as well. This was my GOTY for the year it was released, and I love the expansion and updates.
I think this might be one of my favourite games of all time. The combat system, the story, the characters, the music, the world.... everything is 10/10 for me. I find myself doing every sidequest cause they are so unique which is a first for me in a open world game. (Ubisoft! Shame on u!)
Everything is great except the story. After Act 1 it starts to lose its focus, and by Act 3 the villain is unceremoniously dispatched in a rush to get to the finale. It slowly starts getting less interesting the further you go along. At least it’s still fun to play.
@@mister-pinkman That makes one of us then. I still think Act 1 and its sidequests were the best portion of the game. It gets too long in the tooth by the end. I’m still disappointed that the Khan is basically pushed to the side by the climax of the story.
my only real complaint with the game still has to be the claustrophobic camera. it's just way too close sometimes & hinders exploration & combat. it's hard to appreciate the beautiful world they created when 50% of my screen is jin's back
I have never, not once used the lock target feature in this game, didn't know it existed up until this video XD and I beat it on hard without ever hardly dying. It's probably for the best as most fights involve many enemies and zooming in like that keeps you from noticing other enemies attacking you
Today it's unfortunately trash, no more pretty manuals, only the plastic box and a bunch of useless stuff. Always hated optical disks, won't miss them.
In 9:29 you can see that physics animation has improved. In the original tech video, there was a complain that jin's feet didn't realistic interacted with the terrain, now it seems to be fixed
Please don't tell me it still doesn't have 16x AF. I am so sick of developers being stingy with that. It costs barely any performance at all and it's benefit is IMMENSE. Honestly that is xboxs best backwards compatibility feature aside from res boost and fps boost. It's such an underrated improvement that should be mentioned with fps boost as a great xbox feature because honestly, it makes a huge difference on last Gen games
It does impact performance but only when you run out of memory. It's like texture resolution. If you have the memory for it, then it barely affects fps. But the game starts stuttering if you run out of memory. The consoles have less overall memory than many PCs (which have both VRAM and system RAM).
@@WolverineBatman This is a last gen game with barely any improvements no reason why it shouldn't be here especially because the series consoles force that on every last gen game played on the newer consoles.
@@WolverineBatman the consoles don't have system ram, it's a unified pool of RAM and there's also plenty of it. 16 gb is more than enough. One X only had 12 and RAM was never an issue and still hit higher res in many games so far than series X. I thought last Gen had the cpu excuse but this Gen no longer has that excuse or the RAM excuse. 16 gb is more than enough to handle the tiny 2 fps hit (if that) Either way, I'd rather have a 10 fps drop than have pointlessly blurry textures anytime they're at angle. Honestly it's more important than the texture res itself. At least with 16 X af the visuals are consistent
TBH the game already looked awesome on PS4 and the resolution improvement is great to see. Still, I was like stunned by the beauty of the environment and fauna movement on the PS5 Version. I am already fine with that. :)
Give us the option to select between 30 and 60fps for cutscenes - don't limit it to just 30. Hearing SP upgraded cutscenes from pre-rendered to real-time had me excited for 60fps cutscenes. It's just a little jarring constantly switching from 60fps gameplay to 30fps cutscenes. I also think it would've been nice to swap the rendering technique from checkerboard 4k60 to say, a native 1800p60 output. Obviously a performance RT mode like Insomniac offers would've been an extra mile, but it would've been nice. Slightly disappointing for a paid PS4-PS5 upgrade. At least the Japanese lip-sync has been fixed.
There was this time when I was at the beginning of the game and I was going to fast travel and when I chose the location and the map closed it seemed that Jin was still stopped and I kept waiting for the new location to load just to realize that while closing the map the game had already loaded. It happened just once, I don't know how to get the exact spots to achieve such speed, but that left me jaw dropped
Despite this not being made with Atmos in mind, it sounds like it was with the latest Atmos patch. I imagine most that wanted to play it already have, but I recommend this to people who love a cool, and relaxing ambiance in games. Play the flute to get thunder or play it to get birds, with swaying and crackling trees. It just sounds great. You can't get that on PS4 either so it makes the update slightly more worth it.

Why would you have less situational awareness with lock on? The issue was that keeping the camera on the current target was a pain and took away from the flow of combat when you always had to take your thumbs off the attack buttons to move the camera. But now we also have different control schemes that would allow you to keep you finger on the attack buttons R1/R2 while using the stick for camera control. Options are good.
@@MasterMayhem78 Yes the camera loses lock often (or tries to make some dramatic camera swoosh) but your characters is still maintaining it's lock. you can easily attack in any direction regardless of the camera so with high situational awareness (having a mental map pf the world and knowing what is where, in which direction it moves and so on) you can still attack the desired enemy because you can compensate in your head for any camera direction. the moving camera makes everything more dynamic, statically locking it to an enemy would be lame imho and take something away (it's clearly modelled after some cinematic style camera movement). Also, you are constantly attacked from many directions concurrently, in my mind camera lock would make it very tedious. But I agree, having options is good.

I wouldn't want to toggle through the opponents. I think its intuitive the way they made it. when you are fighting a crew you know you just can't focus on one person but you have archers you need to pay attention to also. it would take away from the game to lock on to an opponent.
My thoughts as well. Multiple enemies rush you simultaneously, so WHY would you want to focus on just one enemy at a time??? Sounds like an easier way to get shot/stabbed in the back by an enemy you can’t even see. I think the alternate configuration that allows you to use R1/R2 is more than good enough, since that frees up your thumb to use the right stick as a way to make adjustments to the camera angle. When you’re fighting 5-6 enemies (which is most encounters, lol) a lock-on feature is absolutely useless.
Agreed. I thought the system worked very well and was so glad to not deal with locking on, which frankly feels like an outdated gameplay mechanic in 2021.
Also I’m glad they added a lock on feature , even though it played great without one , the inclusion makes it only better , especially for mopping up a single character you want to stay locked onto , it works best when not locking on in big crowds , but when finishing off the last couple , it really adds to the fighting tactics !
The thing is, it specifically tells you how the lock on system works on the tutorial by using the left stick. Pretty self explanatory, you point your left stick to whoever you're facing. People complaining about whiffing their attacks either they're out of range or just not pointing the stick to the enemy.

@@AKSBSU I follow ACG and really like his reviews (and their detailed audio part). I have searched everywhere and can't find any up-to-date list of 3D audio implementation in games, and reviews of said implementation. @@thierry2720 This is a problem that goes way back. I had a Marantz/ VM Series Polk 7.1 lossless home theater setup with the PS3, and it was like pulling teeth trying to get anything useful out of Sony regarding what formats and configurations were even supported in a game. I was dumbfounded trying to understand why Sony gave the PS3 impressive audio hardware for the time yet their employees didn't know anything about it. I called Sony regarding multiple games, and most of them flat out didn't know what type of sound their games used. Naughty Dog's games always selected the appropriate configuration automatically and sounded incredible, but it was much more of a chore with other games. Thankfully it's a somewhat better situation now but far from ideal. I'm not a fan of Naughty Dog's storytelling these days, but I wish other developers followed their example in audio options and interface.
@@AKSBSU Yeah, I have dabble in the audio setups for a very little time now, but the lack of clear information and homogeneity in the implementation of audio in games is just baffling. The best example is the "headphones" option (when you have one) in games. Sometimes, it's a bare bones stereo feed. Sometimes, it's a downgraded virtual 5.1/7.1. Sometimes, it's a full-on virtual surround. Sometimes, it's even binaural 3D audio. And that's before trying to understand what the 3D Audio setting of the PS5 will do to the audio feed... I have come to this conclusion : - PS4 game : 3D Audio off (unless it's games which had a specific Sony Platinum Headset 3D Audio mode - like Naughty Dogs games or Horizon Zero Down) - First party PS5 games : 3D Audio on - Third party PS5 games : generally 3D Audio off, but I'll have to dig on internet for more information to be sure In 2021, it shouldn't be that convoluted to use correctly one of the most marketed specs of a new gen console... I'm thinking of buying a 7.1 theater in the near future, but that situation makes me hesitate : will I be able to take advantage of it when gaming? From what you say and what I gathered, it's far from sure...
I started playing this just last week or so and a funny thing about those cutscenes I've noticed is that the location they take place at gets uncovered on the map even if you've never visited by yourself yet.
I didn't have a problem with not having a lock-on mechanic. I think there are combat advantages doing it that way and I found lock -on systems to sometimes make combat actually harder. There's no one best system.
Lack of lock on was no big deal. You weren't supposed to be stopping to turn the camera toward an enemy, just directing the attack/parry towards them. Anyone who'd played a lot of something like the Ninja Gaiden games probably wasn't having an issue to start with. Still, options are always good, but I won't be touching it 'cos I just don't need it.
I’ve become more comfortable with no lock but having a lock puts it more in line with recent games and allows a smoother experience for a lot of people. Too often while dealing with large groups of enemies it was difficult to keep track and keep control of the camera while trying to attack smoothly and deliberately. This turned some battles into chaos when I want to be in full control. But having a different control scheme will allow full camera control and smooth combat without lock on.
@@MasterMayhem78 By all accounts the new lock on, or at least the option that auto locks to the next opponent, has had people finding it's not helping with big crowds becuase it's often targeting an enemy a long way away next rather than the next one stood in your face slashing at you. Apparently this was even more the case in the new area which has bigger numbers in the fights more often.

Kinda disappointed there doesn't seem to be much improvement in texture quality/filtering for things like ground and other materials. Both could be pretty glaring in places even on Pro, and you would think they would've taken more effort to improve that. It really stood out in places. A bit disappointed in the "upgrade" here, especially when it's charged for. It is an upgrade. But very minimal visually for most players. A native 4k res Mode with a 30fps cap would've been interesting. The checkerboarding they use is not the best in motion, compared to like, HZD. But man, even just the texture filtering. You can see the filter distance at like only a few feet from the character, practically.

The haptic feedback on the triggers is quite nice... I love using the hook to pull objects since you'll get a fair amount of resistance, then it'll let go suddenly when the object is pulled, giving more immersion, you'll feel your finger sink down more, it's cool. I'm kinda stoked for a PS5 specific version of RDR2 just for the haptics, it'll make duels a hell of a lot easier since I'll know how the trigger feels.
To each his own. Dirt 5's trigger resistance in particular I wish was much stronger. Same goes for trigs and haptics in Returnal and Valhalla. Oftentimes, I have to slow down, going out of my way to appreciate the feedback. It all gets lost so easily when all focus is dialed into the gameplay. Astro and Control (well as Dirt 5's haptics) are the only ones to have utilized the DualSense to my preference.
You can't have too much trigger resistance for racing games as it will cause fatigue in your fingers. As someone who plays a lot of them, it would make me not want to play if it were constantly resisting throttle input especially. If it had the option to fine tune it, that'd be better

Glad this game has a perfect version of it on disk so it can be enjoyed for decades to come.
The lack of next-gen features is really disappointing when you consider this is a paid upgrade. There's been free PS5 upgrades with more enhancements. :/
@@MorrisseyMuse Iki Island is part of the expansion, not the upgrade. The game was already locked to 60fps running in backwards compat. mode on PS5 so you're only really getting a dynamic 4K mode, japanese lip sync and the haptic feedback... for 10$. Just for comparison, DOOM Eternal had a free upgrade with Ray Tracing & 120fps modes, and id is a Microsoft Studio.

@@goldensapphire0 i do care bro, im pretty sure somebody want to play the game in ps5 and oled tv. No hate, im just saying im happy with life. Take care
It's the expansion that you have to decide if you want. Otherwise the backward compatible version is good enough. If lip synching isn't important, having all the cutscenes rendered in realtime at 30fps doesn't do much over the base game.
Hard pass on the $20 + $10 upgrade for me. I absolutely adored the original release, probably the only open world game I've played all the way through since The Witcher 3, but charging for an upgrade this miniscule is borderline robbery. Granted, it's only robbery of $10, but it's still not something I want to support at full price. Definitely waiting for a sale.
I haven't played the original version yet but I bought the Directors cut for my first playthrough, it seems like you're paying mainly for the directors cut new content like the whole new island. $30 is pricey, it sounds like it should have been a $10-$20 DLC option.
@@kostasbousbouras2654 this argument continues to fail. The difference between ps4 director's cut and PS5's director's cut is $10 for lipsync and minor improvements
Coming from my original playthrough at launch on my slim PS4 to the upgrade DC on my PS5 is absolutely amazing! I get what they were saying about some of the upgrades being negligible when looking at it running the PS4 version on either a PS4 pro or a PS5 in BC mode. Totally loving this new playthrough. Going to have to give the new controller layouts a try though!
9:57 Glad to hear you guys speak on the whole Director's Cut situation for this game. I absolutely think that as a platform holder, Sony *should not* charge more for PS5 versions of PS4 games. If you bought a PS5, and own copy of GOT, you should get those upgrades (few as they are for this game) for free. Then you can purchase DLC separately if you wish.
Disagree especially in the case of this game. They gave so much for free. And now all they are asking for is $20 for extra content and $10 for native ps5. Compared to other games that would have you spending nearly $100 more for the same level of work. Personally you can look at it two ways. One where the ps5 upgrade is completely optional and nothing that forces you to spend the extra $10. The BC mode 3 version of the game already has about 6 second load times, and 60fps on fidelity mode. So if that's all you care about no need to get it. Or you can look at it as this is greed and it doesn't do much and shouldn't cost anything. And to justify the cost all the features that they are giving away for free with the iki Island, the ps5 features and that new free update should all be locked to the ps5 and screw over ps4 owners like how death stranding is doing. All work should always be compensated for. And I am not petty nor cheap enough to care about $10. This stuff used to be a full purchase going from gens of the past. Wanted a ps3 version of a ps2 game? That's $60. Wanted a ps4 version of a ps3 game? Anywhere from $30 to $60 with nothing but the most basic upgrades like higher fps or more stable fps with higher resolution. I'm not going to argue against free. It's nice and certainly welcomed. But it should not be the expected. Especially if they do out work in adding more than just a reso and fps bump. While sony does fund sucker punch, they also rely on their game's sales just like any third party game would. The more money they get the more they can invest to the next game or more devs. The more support they get the more ambitious they can get. If a dev feels they done the work and feel it should be charged for then it's up to you to vote with your wallet. Nothing is stopping you from buying it used and then upgrading to DC and then maybe choosing the ps5 version and spending maybe at most $40-$50 instead of the $70. Regardless I stand by what I said all work should be compensated for. And it's their right to choose to charge and it is your right to choose to spend or not.
@@densetsu4286 a lot of other games have given next gen upgrades like 4K textures, 120fps performance, ray tracing, 3D audio, Dualsense haptics, for free. And games from their direct competitor in Xbox, when you look at something like Gears 5 which does all of that for free (except haptics ofc), and then you can purchase Hivebusters separately if you choose for $20. So its actually a perfect parallel, and that would have been the right way to go with this.
Oh my God, I was going to come to your last video to beg you to do an analysis of the ghost of tsushima directors cut on PS5. And here it is! I'm so excited to get this tomorrow. The game looks amazing enough as it is in backwards compatibility 60fps on PS5.

It was my personal favorite. I never expected to love it as much as I did. I knew I would enjoy it, but it took me by surprise. Easily my favorite game of last generation.
The cutscenes at 30 don't make sense to me at all, and those missing frames are really noticable sometimes, especially when there is a lot of movement.
I think most of the cost pertains to the expansion, but the additional PS5 enhancements being included is a messy situation. It's more than just a simple specs tweak, which we already got for free in the 60 fps update (in addition to the impressive free Legends co-op expansion, which is getting another additional mode next month), but it doesn't look like it's as much of a reengineering of the game as Spider-man. Specs tweaks like the 60 fps update should obviously be free, and total overhauls like the Bluepoint treatment obviously merit full price (Demon's Souls is one of the most impressive PS5 games despite being a reworked PS3 game), but between those two extremes is tricky to price. Gamers obviously would like everything to be free, but it's definitely not free to hire a talented team of programmers, engineers, and artists to do rework a game. I think it's mainly the fact that they expansion and enhancements are mixed into the same price that's going to make it a controversial situation.
The only piece I really care about is the Japanese lip sync. It felt very odd playing the game with the English voices, and I'm really looking forward to having that full presentation.
I wish they got the English voice actors (who know japanese) to voice their characters in the Japanese tho since the characters are modeled after them. Lip sync aside the voices still felt weird since its much harder to match live action/realistic faces.

I don't really see the need for two performance modes in this game since the resolution mode is a locked 60 fps. If there was another mode, I think a true 4k, max visual settings mode at 30 or 40 fps would kinda make sense.
Resolution mode is not “locked” at 60 fps
I'm seeing lots of situations where I get frame dips in resolution mode. So yes, there is a reason for performance mode. Just because they didn't see any situations in 6 hours of playing, doesn't mean some of the minor quests or later areas dont have frame dips
I would imagine they would either; lower render resolution slightly whilst maintaining filmic rendering techniques / visual effects or the other way around which will use less processing space and will be able to perform much more smoothly.
Yes they're both running 60 but performance mode will be taking up less gpu memory and as a result will receive less frame drops.

Ghost of Tsushima good, you bad, don't criticise, just consume.
Because sony is happy that you bought a PS5 so they give it to you $20 cheaper as a thank you.

This is a last gen game with barely any improvements no reason why it shouldn't be here especially because the series consoles force that on every last gen game played on the newer consoles.
16 gb is more than enough to handle the tiny 2 fps hit (if that)
Either way, I'd rather have a 10 fps drop than have pointlessly blurry textures anytime they're at angle. Honestly it's more important than the texture res itself. At least with 16 X af the visuals are consistent

I liked the decision to not have target lock. It forces you to have a higher situational awareness

@@barroxbarrox1857 So you’ll have to juggle the setting constantly? Seems like it’s just easier to not use it at all.

Is there a reason the 3D Audio implementation (or lack thereof) is never analyzed in these tech reviews (while even haptic feedfack is)?
I don't think DF has a hardcore audiophile on the team. Frame rate and ray tracing fanatics, definitely. Not so much emphasis on audio. Sound doesn't get mentioned as much as other things here. I think ACG runs through sound quality and design in just about every review. I'm sure there are others out there that go further into it.
@@AKSBSU I follow ACG and really like his reviews (and their detailed audio part). But even he does not say clearly whether or not 3D audio is implemented on PS5 (-> he does for his Ghost of Tsushima Director's Cut review).
This is something really lacking today. I have searched everywhere and can't find any up-to-date list of 3D audio implementation in games, and reviews of said implementation.
For example, you can still find Assassin's Creed Valhalla branded as 3D Audio compatible when it's not true (and it sounds really horrible).
I'm open to any good site or channel about this if anyone knows one!
Just make a guess...
I have come to this conclusion :
- PS4 game : 3D Audio off (unless it's games which had a specific Sony Platinum Headset 3D Audio mode - like Naughty Dogs games or Horizon Zero Down)
- First party PS5 games : 3D Audio on
- Third party PS5 games : generally 3D Audio off, but I'll have to dig on internet for more information to be sure
In 2021, it shouldn't be that convoluted to use correctly one of the most marketed specs of a new gen console...
There's several lock on options in the menu
So, there's no real upgrade other than the Japanese Dub sync and Haptic Feedback, got it.
Referring to the graphical upgrade to be precise here folks.
Also adaptive triggers
Well it is 4K 60 fps now so there is that.
@op another idiot who doesn't even take in the info Df tells us.
New story
And the inclusion of the whole other area of story content.

A native 4k res Mode with a 30fps cap would've been interesting. The checkerboarding they use is not the best in motion, compared to like, HZD.
But man, even just the texture filtering. You can see the filter distance at like only a few feet from the character, practically.

@@MubeDSO you’d think this would easily be doing native 4K since they literally didn’t touch the graphics at all. Also 120hz support
@@lalunabelle3 true! What a waste
13:26 a lock on is great, but i hate using R1 and R2 as attack buttons. I changed that in God of war!
Not a big leap from the original, too expensive for upgrades, beautiful game though overall.
You say this while Activision with cod pumps out 60 dollar games and each bundled skin is literal 20+ dollars lol…. Sad
@@Tsukino1011 just because other publishers do it doesnt make it right or ok lmao. Both are scummy
@@zachw6754 Nah when you consider all the upgrades from haptic feedback to instant load times to 3D audio to real time cutscenes it is a decent upgrade for the price I wouldn't call it "scummy". Most free upgrades are half assed for example Jedi Fallen Order had a frame-rate bump for PS5 and that's pretty much it. Publishers don't put the effort when it is free.
@@weaverquest DF themselves said the improvements arent worth the cost lmaooo. Sony is being greedy as fuck, giving no care in the world about its fans, and nickle and diming every single chance they can get. Spiderman was a semi reasonable upgrade/cost seeing that they added ray tracing and actually improved textures, lighting, sound, etc. This is just ps4 version slightly increased a little bit more vs the free fps boost. It ls mindblowing that people are willing to shill this much for Sony
@@zachw6754 DF glossed over a ton of details that for example Skill Up went over in detail. There are a ton of thought put into how to utilize all the controller features to improve gameplay. DF only cares about graphics and fps not controller features, Japanese lip sync, 3D audio etc. for people who care it is a decent upgrade for $10 (and $20 for the 12 hour expansion).
I actually felt not having lock on better .. love the combat sistem …
I traded my copy like a day before the multiplayer was announced.
I’m happy to play this game again for another platinum and smash multiplayer 🙂
On a scale of 1 to 10 how hard was the platinum?
@@ambition0516 Not OP, but it’s like a 2. Really easy, it’s effectively just one hundred percenting the game and that’s it, the difficulty doesn’t even matter.
@@TyroneDeMarcusWilliams3rd he could make it harder for himself by playing it on the hardest difficulty 🤫
@@ironjerm true, but it’s not like that’s particularly difficult either.
@@TyroneDeMarcusWilliams3rd at certain parts it was for me, the game would kick your ass pretty hard in the story
One of the best games of last generation!
It was my personal favorite. I never expected to love it as much as I did. I knew I would enjoy it, but it took me by surprise. Easily my favorite game of last generation.
Absolute favorite game! A bit repetitive though.
Lol
Lol no. GoW or Horizon.
@@MrHeavyRunner "one of"
I wish they would have kept the 1800p mode and just pushed the visuals higher as in further draw distance and stuff and then the 4k mode
The cutscenes at 30 don't make sense to me at all, and those missing frames are really noticable sometimes, especially when there is a lot of movement.
So if you have the PS5 you have to pay to unlock its features like Haptics on the controller for game you already own?
Yep. Pay has no limits!
No one is forcing you.
Don’t think haptics should be behind a paywall, play your regular version.
I don’t understand the gamer generation of today.
🤣🤣🤣
@@The_Affable_Grump it's actually one of the selling point, they added JP lyp sinc
I wish they got the English voice actors (who know japanese) to voice their characters in the Japanese tho since the characters are modeled after them.
Lip sync aside the voices still felt weird since its much harder to match live action/realistic faces.
The haptics are unbelievable on it really enjoying it
No word on the 3-D audio? I know you guys usually talk video but that would’ve been nice to hear. Did you see what I did there?
Or load times either.
Even though I don’t have a OLED Tv playing this game with 4K 60fps on a QLED Tv is still visually stunning
Qled?? Mate I m running this on a VA and it still looks awesome!!!
