The day has finally come, I've completed the simple gondola train car army! There were a few colors I wasn't crazy about and probably won't use going forward but I wanted to see what the whole thing would look like. It's really fun to watch fly by and all the colors blur together 😁

Now I know why I have been having a hard time getting buffers and wheel bogies cheap!!! LOL The gondolas look good, they are so light they really let the train rip.
Seeing the Rainbow Trains makes me wish I had space for my LEGO trains, again. Fun video! :)
Thanks 😁. I always worry about haul videos being a bit boring so I try to put some effort into making them entertaining. Don't tell anyone but I had to google "the rainbow" to get the order of the colors right 😂

I've seen some really great designs online, these were just simple / cheap (depending on the color 😅)

I like it when people are building similar things in different colors because that’s one way to learn what seemingly common parts are actually rare. Been there so many times with not wanting the pay the price and then the price just goes up.
I don’t like the newer train wheels. Maybe years from now we will like these wheels. As I’ve been adding various passenger cars I’m buying through wheels and buffers
It was definitely a learning experience tracking down all the colors 😅. It seems like Lego might not be going all in with the new train wheels, at least the new Hogwarts Express didn't use them. I haven't really put them to the test but I've seen a LOT of negative comments about them. The few I bought I will probably use for stationary models like my green My Own Train
I'm surprised the switch track made it to you in one piece on how poorly packaged it was. Here in Australia it would have arrived definitely snapped.😀👍
I've gotten pretty lucky, as many packages as I have coming in I don't think I've had anything severely damaged in shipping (knock on wood)
What a great payoff at the end - they look fantastic! I’m going to have to go back and find the video where you first made them so I can figure out how to build some of my own! 😊
