Awesome review, been looking around for a keyboard and this is one of those that keeps coming up. I agree with the point on it being expensive considering it's a membrane keyboard, if it were priced a bit lower it would definitely be a no-brainer for me.
Yeah, it's great, or if you can pay a bit more, get the G810. That's better laid out for media controls plus has a volume scroll wheel too. Also, the switches are better if you're just typing on it.
I just received it this morning, it cost 37 USD in Vietnam. And I'm pretty happy with it. Not sure if it is the best the this price range, but I like the way it sound, not very noisy when I type. I recommend it to everyone in this budget.

I have this keyboard alongside a razer black widow v2 and I’m pretty sure it’s mechanical, it might technically not be but it feels the same as my past and current keyboards
I've been using this for more than 6-7 months and the keys is actually is less tactile now thanks to the membrane. But it is still loud but it felt like typing on a membrane keyboard now.
That's the aim, cover everything people would want to know! But saying that, people are still to lazy to watch the video before asking questions I've already covered...
Funny how this is getting recommended to me right after sending my G213 back because it was broken on Day 1. It's an amazing Keyboard, just sad i got a broken one delivered to me.
Most people consider mechanical keys over membrane because of their customizability and tactile feel, considering this price point I would definitely say this keyboard is worth your money membrane or mechanical.
Are the keys durable in terms of are the most used keys still responding correctly and has the black background around the letters worn or flaked off? Good deal on the jungle site ATM, half price.

you covered all points man! keep it going!
Thank you man, I really appreciate that!
Awesome review, been looking around for a keyboard and this is one of those that keeps coming up. I agree with the point on it being expensive considering it's a membrane keyboard, if it were priced a bit lower it would definitely be a no-brainer for me.
Thanks! Couldn't agree more!
I am not going to be using the keyboard for gaming but I want something with RGB and dedicated media control buttons... should I go for this?
Yeah, it's great, or if you can pay a bit more, get the G810. That's better laid out for media controls plus has a volume scroll wheel too. Also, the switches are better if you're just typing on it.
Jordan Ash Thanks for the quick reply. Does the G810 have RGB lighting though?
Jordan Ash I just checked, it costs more than 3 times the price of the G213 in my country😔😂
Damn, that's a shame. It does have RGB yeah, but that's an awful lot more. But yeah, the G213 is still great.
Jordan Ash Alright, thanks for the great review!
I have this. I mean it's a good keyboard but i prefer a genuine cherry switch keyboard
On the keyboard what type of switch is it on the keys
@Danni thx
Do we need to download the app where we can add the colors..etc or how im confused...helo me
Very thorough review. Thank you!
I just received it this morning, it cost 37 USD in Vietnam. And I'm pretty happy with it. Not sure if it is the best the this price range, but I like the way it sound, not very noisy when I type.
I recommend it to everyone in this budget.
That's a good price!
Should I go with mechanical keyboard or this?
In same price btw
get mechanical way better and a lot more crisp. If u like loud key board get blue switches. if u r a gamer get red switches for keyboard.
I have a problem with this keyboard: I bought this past week, the color worked perfectly. But yesterday all my colors fell while I was playing. I would not know where the problem can be
sorry this is google translate, my english is not so good.
Try reinstalling the software, if not then contact Logitech. It's all good!
Maybe you changed the brightness
Maybe you touched the lights button
Can i remove the pad the hold my wrist? If not i do not know what to say about the keyboard , it is pretty nice but comparative to the LOGITECH G413 , which do you prefer? Or this STEELSERIES Apex 100 ? Can you tell me positives and negatives advices for each ? Thanks anyway!
+Flixor Hi, I mentioned about the wrist wrest in the video, did you watch it first? I couldn't no, as I've not used either of them, sorry!
Jordan Ash - i watch the part with the sound and with the colors and the rest of the video, but i think i skip the part with that pad. Thanks anyway!
Flixor Right okay. Just like I say to most people, 99% of the answers to comments are in the video itself!
Managed to pick one of these new for £24 in the UK, thanks for the review it was super helpful and informative.
That's a steal! Glad I could help
Question what would you prefer?
Logitech G213 or steelseries apex 100 or razer cynosa (or would you rather get a cheap mechanical keyboard?)
Depends on the budget really. I'd rather have this over a crap cheap mechanical one. This out of the three membrane ones you've listed too
I really like this keyboard. This might be the best budget mechanic keyboard with rgb.
+SourceTrend It's not mechanical though?
It’s membrane not mechanical
Red dragon k552 is best budget mechanic keyboard !
I have this keyboard alongside a razer black widow v2 and I’m pretty sure it’s mechanical, it might technically not be but it feels the same as my past and current keyboards
It's not strictly, but it had tendencies like one.
It's atleast better than my $2 keyboard... Thanks for the amazing review
Thanks for watching, appreciate the kind feedback!
Holy crap 2 dollars
Loud Membrane
Bingo!!
You Like Loud Keyboard?,ME TOO
I've been using this for more than 6-7 months and the keys is actually is less tactile now thanks to the membrane. But it is still loud but it felt like typing on a membrane keyboard now.
3:22 Did Lord Vader just enter the room? 😂
Just poking at you, Jordan.
Great review!
Thanks for the material 👍🏼
Back when I made this I used the camera audio, and being I was sat right next to the camera it was easily picked up 🙄
Cheers, no probs
Hah, typing this comment with the keyboard!
hey, me too!
typing this with the keyboard too, ass hole
Damn u went into slot of detail in this video (not being sarcastic btw)
That's the aim, cover everything people would want to know! But saying that, people are still to lazy to watch the video before asking questions I've already covered...
This is my keyboard
Funny how this is getting recommended to me right after sending my G213 back because it was broken on Day 1.
It's an amazing Keyboard, just sad i got a broken one delivered to me.
Same for me, was a beautiful keyboard but ghosting and sticking keys on day 1 was not nice...
does anyone know how to keep your new colour setting in game cause mine just goes back to default purple once in game
same it goes purple and bug its anoying
I bought this keyboard
Same
Keith Vietzke nice it’s a good keyboard but I wanna get something better
Von Villarreal I think it’s fine 🤔
Writing this comment with this keyboard LOL
im not flexing but this keyboard is really good for the price!
>is membrane
>is cheap
>has rgb
idk if membrane is good but it should get the job done
Most people consider mechanical keys over membrane because of their customizability and tactile feel, considering this price point I would definitely say this keyboard is worth your money membrane or mechanical.
Are the keys durable in terms of are the most used keys still responding correctly and has the black background around the letters worn or flaked off? Good deal on the jungle site ATM, half price.
it looks from the closeups that it can collect a lot of dust.
is the dust easily removes or does it look stained and greasy over time?
bought it for 35 quid from amazon :D
buyin it today
@@PixelPerfectPlayss How did it turn for you?
This comment is written on this keyboard ^^
can you take the wrist support off?
@@JnyS96 no
5try I like the size but if you like small keyboards it‘s probably not for you because you cant take off the lower part
4k resolution...4k likes
Is the g213 really good for gaming? even though it is a membrane keyboard?
This keyboard was my main keyboard for a while and I think I am qualified to say that it is a great starter/budget keyboard!
hehe im writing this comment with the keyboard
Noice!
