@@montserrat8033 I did it for 2 weeks. Only a couple of days I didn't do it. Was doing it together with another really intense 4 min arm workout. Lost almost 1cm from each arm.

I am 53yrs old 280 lbs right now I need exercises that are easy on joints and fat. I did your 19 min walking workout very doable. Right now I prefer standing ABS workout until I can get on the floor. Love your channel thank you for your honesty.

Going to try from Tommy and will see the result . Postpartum fats are harder to loose, especially arm and back fat for me . I've loose weight from all over body but it's hard to toned the arms ,shoulder and back fat
I've just started, my arm skin hangs at lest 8cm, this is my second workout and my arms are feeling it, will come back next Thursday and let you know..

My mother doesn't like the floor either so she uses a Blanket like going to a picnic, or use your bed that's also a flat surface
