Push-ups (press-ups) work like a dream and they work quickly, ladies! Do as many as you can to start, even if it's just 1, but keep going. I do 10 to 20 each day, 5 push-ups at a time at different times throughout the day and evening. Building and strengthening our pectoral muscles literally lifts and supports our breasts.
Breast is made of fat. They can’t be lifted per say with exercise however the pectoral muscles can become stronger giving the appearance of a lifted fuller chest.
I speak little English and understand it very little too. But it feels warm and friendly. I'll keep doing all the routines and hopefully I'll practice my English 😊
When I was a child,... I was habitually walking in hunch back posture...my mom complained,nagged about it but I was too stubborn to take corrections... today my breast looks lil saggy and I regret all the times I played stubborn to my dearest mum 😢. I love you mum from the deepest deepest part of my heart ❤️😢.

There's nothing you can do except surgery if you want them perky after having kids. Good posture and a good bra are your 2 best friends ❤ That said, exercise is good for your whole body

You are absolutely correct. So many of my friends only buy the cheep bras. You need at least 2 well fitted quality bras. Do it for yourself.
