Keep up the effort!! You can do it. I was overweight as a teenager and it is very hard to do. in 2017 after a lifelong battle with weight I began making steps towards a healthier lifestyle and went on to lose 110 lb. I am hoping this helps both you and I! I still have more to lose.

My children started going a lot of weight when mom started working and their dad would order only fast food for them I started to notice it and I bought them bikes and we walk around the track too, I enjoy this trainer too because he is funny 😁 keep up working out you can reach your goal weight 💯

You need to control your diet first. There is no amount of exercise that will make you lose any fat if you eat too much. Exercise isn't for losing weight, but for strength and mobility. How fat you are is 100% down to how much you eat and the quality of that food. Processed food = bad Natural food = good ; oranges = good, soft drinks = bad. Take care!
Thanks a lot for this video, I'm also disabled, I stopped going to the gym because it seems Trainers are unable to help when you are disabled. I'm eating healthy, walking and doing some lifting at home. I will definitely try this one.

Hands down the best lower belly fat workout I’ve ever done & actually seen results! I have been working out for 8 months & didn’t see results on my lower belly until i did this workout! @@juliebrown4576 yes ma’am! Also just simply walking 10,000 a day has helped me with losing weight in unwanted areas. You should look up some videos on UA-cam about how walking has helped people lose weight if that’s a goal of yours too 😊

I'm a 47 yearold fat guy. I had spinal fusion L5/S1 4 months ago. Since surgery, I have lost 30 lbs. This is a wonderful routine. It has become part of my daily workout experience. Thanks, bro! Keep up the good work! 👍
I had the same surgery 17 yrs ago; same region. Recovery was brutal, but I'm glad I decided to have the surgery. Hope you are recovering well.
I have back problems with my L5/S1 since 2015. I know how neuropathy in my legs. Do you suggest I do these exercises?
I had surgery after injury 4 years late and has been a brutal recovery…L5,S1 as well. Feels like a fight for my life every single day. Never pain free. I’ve forgotten what that feels like

I am a 64 year old long time runner. The pandemic left me on a treadmill for my morning workouts. My hip flexors have suffered considerably, so I went looking for something that focuses on those muscles. This is perfect! I have started hiking now on hiking trails nature trails and loving it. I am doing better than what I thought I would. Doing 2 miles and more a day.
Lower belly fat burn exercises - love this and I love your enthusiasm and encouragement to keep going - thank you for more of these specific exercises. At 65, with hips, knees and arthritis problems, these chair exercises are just what is needed. And of course that lower belly fat which is so difficult to shift despite a good diet!

my name is Connie, I'm partially disabled and I need all of this.
THIS is going to be so good for me. I suffer from spinal stenosis, spondylosis, spondylitis and nerve damage but why it's good for me right now: I'm preparing for a major surgery. A general surgeon needs to come in to assist my gynecologist for an ovarian cyst/tumor removal. The general surgeon will be removing massive amounts of scar tissue that's causing digestion etc issues just to get to the ovary area. I'm weak, depressed, afraid of this type of surgery at 54.
See , the same thing happened to me in 2012. 5 hours of surgery and extremely rough recovery. I was fit , thin and mentally strong back then but since COVID isolation hit Phoenix Arizona, my mind body and soul almost took my mobility.
I'm having issues sleeping from dehydration, aches and feeling sluggish, nauseous from opening up my muscles and joints (stretches). Gotta drink lots of water just doing that. Isn't that crazy? I'm glad I found this channel tonight. I have to rebuild my strength for surgery, otherwise I'll going to be one heck of a recovery.

That was so enjoyable Donovan. Its a good idea to alternate the workout days ie Mondays arms, Tuesdays legs, wednesday abs, etc. I loved the exercises as it was sitting down and I have some mobility challenges. Well done!!!

Hi Donavon. Great workout. I currently have an injured knee and back so this was perfect for me-thanks. I would be interested in your answer to that question about alternating this workout so that it is not done every day. From my understanding body parts should not be worked out 2 days in a row but that is only if (heavy?) weights are used. Would love your opinion.
