      Me too Marie. 50 y.o. It's not easy, but we have to keep going. When I don't want to work out I tell myself just to do 5-10 minutes and then I end up finishing because he does have great routines and you feel awesome after👍🏽😁

    These workouts really do make you feel the burn! I've been doing these workouts for a few days now, and I must say that I truly believe I'm getting results.
    Lots of sweating and heavy breathing, but once your done you feel so accomplished!

      Exactly how I feel . I started two days ago and from day I I felt the burn , I felt that immediate change in my body and so I cannot wait to see my two weeks progress to one month

      ​@Maani283 yes you need to change your diet with any workout. 80% is what you put in your body and 20% is from the workout. You can't out workout a bad diet if that makes sense. Please don't take offense to my response, I'm just responding to give some great advice.

    I always get nervous when I see a man with targeted workouts for women. But, I did not feel abused at all! It was just the push and the burn that I needed. I feel energized and ready to face my day! You have a new subbie! Thanks for giving a woman what she needs in a workout!

    Day 1: completed i needed like 2sec breaks in-between sets but it was worth it im feeling great loved the stretch at the end I've been having lower back pains but I felt a relief after the stretches
    Day 2: Today was harder than yesterday I guess its because I spent my whole day up and about. I'm doing this at night before bed and still following the FUPA challenge after my morning jog. Loving it thank you😌💜, and I've been dieting too but today was a cheat day... measured my weight today and I'm at 60kg. I'll keep updating this😊

    I absolutely loved this workout, other youtube workout trainers tend to go overdrive I think not considering that people may not be as physically fit to do their overdone crazy workouts. Sometimes I feel like I would hurt myself doing it. Now this just targets everything so smooth I felt the burn where it needed too sooo on point am definitely sticking to this.

    Currently 2 months pregnant with my second child. I bounced back easily after my first but I’m starting to show sooner with my second so I’m nervous it may not be so easy! I’m going to try these workouts and see how they work for me! I been going to the gym and lifting but I find it so boring and to be such a drag lol !

    Now see this is why we do your videos; the music gets you pumped and ready to create that body you want! Quick story, I was walking from the store today which I do as a form of exercise every other day and this guy stopped his car and said that I had a fine body. I said thanks and I started walking away and I said to myself and laughing.... that's right...I workout to Mr. London and them dang mountain climbers and I laughed some more and I said to myself...Thank you Mr. London!     Yass I used to bang out the @GroWithJo and @MrLondon collab (14 day walk the weight off, and loved the 30 day hourglass challenge workout) but now this is all you and incorporates those moves and mooore. Everything I need in one workout video, and I'm feeling the music too 😜
