Me too Marie. 50 y.o. It's not easy, but we have to keep going. When I don't want to work out I tell myself just to do 5-10 minutes and then I end up finishing because he does have great routines and you feel awesome after👍🏽😁

@Maani283 yes you need to change your diet with any workout. 80% is what you put in your body and 20% is from the workout. You can't out workout a bad diet if that makes sense. Please don't take offense to my response, I'm just responding to give some great advice.

Day 1: completed i needed like 2sec breaks in-between sets but it was worth it im feeling great loved the stretch at the end I've been having lower back pains but I felt a relief after the stretches Day 2: Today was harder than yesterday I guess its because I spent my whole day up and about. I'm doing this at night before bed and still following the FUPA challenge after my morning jog. Loving it thank you😌💜, and I've been dieting too but today was a cheat day... measured my weight today and I'm at 60kg. I'll keep updating this😊
