love this motorhead with the best line up. live at the paris theatre london may 16th 1979. good setlist killer bootleg, we are motorhead and we came to rock and roll. \m/
I saw this line up open for Blizzard of Ozz here in Seattle in '81 at the Paramount Theater... Then I saw Fast Eddie's Fastway in '84 (or so). Even though I was disappointed not to see Bob Daisley and Lee Kerslake playing with Ozzy (Rudy Sarzo and Tommy Aldridge were playing). Randy Rhoades was one of the most incredible things I've ever seen. Queen in 1980 at the Seattle Center Coliseum was The Best rock concert I've ever seen in my entire life.
This is..... Wow.., if truly life... (witch it probably is!)... I find the recording and performance of excellent quality... All most too good too be true... Maybe even better then ....., and that album was over dubbed.... So.... 🤔Mmmmm I know motorhead be good.., but this is 🤯.. Makes me ask why this isn't a album? Any how motorhead best band ever. My personal favourite be
There is no such place as the Paris theatre London, this concert was recorded live, by the BBC,at the Hammersmith Odeon, towards the end of the "MOTORHEAD " tour in 1979. I know..cause I was there...I was one of the crew !!!
For those in 2023: this was an official release and available on a 2-disc set released in 2005. From that dang ol' interweb: "BBC Live & In-Session is a live album by the band Motörhead, released in 2005, which contains the band's appearances on the BBC Radio 1 program from 1978 to 1986 and a concert recording from the Paris Theatre, London in 1979."
