100% no disrespect to mickey Dee but his drumming style was completely different to the Motörhead sound. He was too metal. Philthy was jazz style which oddly suited the band

Wurzel is so underrated. I saw them on the No Remorse and Orgasmatron Tours. My first concert was the No Remorse tour at the Ontario Theater in DC. Xciter and Mercyful Fate opened. I actually got to meet Lemmy before the show. My friend won tickets on DC 101.

I saw this show, some days before or after, in Paris. I was 16. The last song I heard - before the thundering, deafening sound level in the comparatively little concert hall removed my hearing for several weeks, - was Orgasmatron. My ears kept ringing for about 6 months, and I now have tinnitus. It was worth it! I recognized and felt Killed by Death and Overkill through my bones, although my ears had shut down. Motorhead was my favourite band, I pwned only one vinyl record but had tape copies of 3 or 4 others, that was how we could listen to music back then if we did not have a lot of money. Not really, they are maybe not the most technical band but wtf we are talking about Motörhead here, the songs are great and full of emotion. If you don't feel it then Rock'n'Roll is probably nothing for you.

Me too, I was 16! But in Paris, same tour. I did not hear anything after Orgasmatron, because the sound level took my hearing a few weeks. Loved it.
I really wanted to see a concert from this time, and the truth is that they were very good, I really like 👍
