1980, before there was 🤘🏻 and 📱 .
First time I saw them was at Stafford Bingley Hall, England, 1980, an all day festival. Motörhead / Saxon / Girlschool / Angel Witch / Mythra / Vardis / Whitespirit. They were fan-bloody-tastic!
The one and only 3-piece heavy Rockband, where the guitar solos never smear off. Because there is some BASS ♠♠♠
I don't think the original line-up has been captured better than this.thanks for the post .
I remember trying to buy a copy of Iron Fist and the man behind the counter wouldn't let me have it because i was underage. My mom had to come with me so i could buy it. we were visiting relatives in Nashville at the time. I'm sure i could've bought all the Conway Twitty i wanted.
Dean Stanley I've still got the single on red see through vinyl...might be worth a few quid if it wasn't scratched to fuck
Dean appreciate u comment old here but I wanted tell you something. I had the Ironfist album as a teen, Saturday mornings my Mum would kick me out of bed and play Ironfist and hoover like a lady possessed she loved Lemmy but that song made her nutz lol.
Thanks for all Lemmy
master of rock'n'roll
THE line up right here!
Saw final tour s.f and the man gave his all for rock roll to the end. Just as amazing as 20 years ago last time I saw them. Miss ya Lemmy.
Ten years earlier approximately before this concert date Lemmy was Jimi Hendrix's roadie when he went to England!
He scored acid for Jimi, too
