One observation I know about us who love and cherish Motorhead... we will never ever stop fucking listening to them... Motorhead is in our veins, like a zombie infection or vampire blood..." I am the voice of broken glass ".
Anno. Only saw them 3 times. Lucky enough in places with 2000 people (or less, so fuckin superb) and all in LIVERPOOL!! But ye mate, the world is lacking without them.

Bastards is my favorite album since 'Ace Of Spades', 'Overkill' and 'Orgasmatron' ... after this great album all the other great albums from the 90's Motorhead line-up showed up. HELL YEAH!!! 'Sacrifice' and 'Snake Bite Love' let alone "Overnight Sensation' JUST KILL! I miss them but I treasure this album, 'Bastards' was an instant classic on it's release. Hails Lemmy - Ride The Sky and may Motorhead rock our asses eternally! Hails from Canada - BURNER!
Hardcore old fan. I fell in love with Ace of Spades and for decades that was 'the line up'. But I have to say.....listening to all the albums over and over and over the past few years. This is the best Motorhead album and line up. For it to happen so late in the life of a band is very impressive.
Also my fave album of theirs... as far as so late in life......about letting go without giving away....... Lemmy teaches us where to be flexible... and where to keep stiff...lol.............. Lemmy....thank you for your lyrics.......some of the best...but its hard to judge.....all so much better than average......
I remember Lemmy saying you couldn't even buy this album anywhere or steal it for that matter. because the global distribution was so poor with the label at that time. he never gave up or gave in.....we lost a fucking legend....
"Lost in the Ozone" got me through some hard times and for that I will always be grateful. Listening now I can't help but realize how hauntingly beautiful Lemmy's vocals are now that he has departed us.
This is really an amazing album. The songs, the lyrics, the line up, just perfect. Even those who are not into heavy music should like this, it is that good.
Hails! I love Motorhead period and I love 'Bastards' most of all along with 'Ace of Spades'. The point is I am a extreme metalhead. I was listening to Hellhammer, Sodom, Destruction and Slayer, etc. back in the mid- '80's and now I listen to all kinds of sick shit... but I still have it it in for my Motorhead! Quote of the day : "This is really an amazing album." Well said my friend! Hails from Canada.
All hail Lemmy. One of the best albums that have ever been made. Fuck, "Don't let daddy kiss me" is the only Motörhead song that i've got the balls to admit that I have cried to..
You ain't the only one,my fellow Motorhead lover. My lady was abused by her father for years as a little girl, and it cuts me to the quick cos I want to protect her from everything bad. We're both in our mid 50s now and I miss Lem,and Motorhead got me thru some tough times.Blessings from Bournemouth UK brother 👍☠🤪

my dad was in UAE in 1994 and bought this cassette for me randomly, thus introducing me to Motorhead, since that this is the only album from them I have listened and it is my favorite
Yep, He is the master of the "Bastard" lyrics to remember! As well as being a pretty Awesome Lead Bass Player and Vocalist! Rock In Peace Lem! (Oh, and BTW, if I get up there I'll expect a drink from ya - Call it A bit of Compensation for the 2 expensive tickets I'd bought for The Tour - That never, unfortunately happened - I guess it was just that bloody "Killed by Death" that did it?!) SERIOUSLY, TRUE LEGEND - Unique and totally unreplaceable! Take it Easy Dude! Jon
So sad & fucked up! Lemmy said at that time he had such a sick hatred for child predators & felt no one else had wrote a song like this about this subject matter so he had to. He's almost crying as he sings the verses, powerful.
i'm 52 old, motörhead is part of me, great album, not the best for me, but, for me, the best motörhead song is here, i can't say for what, ... i'm the sword is simply perfect
To this day still the very best Album name ever !!!!! FANTASTIC.
This album is 30 years old, still crushing any album, any band in 2023, incredible, there isn't anything like it these days...miss Lemmy...

Love this album from begining. Truly masterpiece.
What an album! Motorhead forever!
I saw 'em live when I was in high school, and I got Lemmy's autograph! 🤘🤘😎

No way! It's great but the title of the best album goes to Inferno. That's where the band really peaked.
I absolutely love all Lemmy albums.
He made his style in hard rock !!
Motorhead is my number one favorite metal band followed very closely by Metallica, old school of course. 🤘
@@Annihilation_0f_The_Wicked9066 Awesome Album !!!
what a way to go...!
this can only make lemmy more Immortal!
My favorite Motorhead album.
Maybe it is a boring and predictable choice, but I still have to go with Overkill. But some of this stuff is excellent...
For some reason Bastards is mine too. I particularly like the double tracked vocals; Lemmy-brand harmonies. :OD
I am even more boring and predictable like you: Ace of Spades is a 13 on a 10-scale ; Overkill is just a 10.5... Just like Bastards... I.m.h.o.
snake bite love is mine but this follows closley
overkill most powerful tune ever!!!
One of the most under rated Motorhead Albums. Sound production is fantastic, the drummer is just killin' it.
2M views Underated by who? 'Underated' is overated these days
My fave Motorhead album by a long chalk. The rolling drums on Burner are absolutely mint
How so? This is the best algum by a mile
My favorite Motorhead album! I bought the cassettes when it came out, and I used to rock it on the bus to school everyday.
I love this album
love " Lost in the Ozone" ...epic bass solo
Incredible song and the solo is off the charts! Gorgeous tune.

Lost in the Ozone is a pain in your hearth when you listen to it in a bad mood, such a powerfull song.
The only heavy metal I can listen to - and I love it!
Every motorhead song tastes like a fine scotch
