At what age you started hrt?
I'm transgender woman
I want to become a lesbian woman
I was literally asked about “the surgery” by people right away when I came out to them. Politely told them the details are going to be between me and my wife. 😂
That's good answer if you don't want to tell. That's not nice to ask without knowing the person well, even then they should be careful about not just boldly asking that without permission.
Ps. I'm not trans person, but still I know it's not nice.
I literally just came out to my parents and my mom went "They're going to cut your penis off!"
Thank you for your videos. i learned a lot from them. Im gonna have my own srs in a few months. Your videos help with learning some things they dont tell you at a hospital.
Think twice before you have that surgery! Check out Shapeshifter's videos and Isaac Uncooked. You could potentially have lifelong trauma from this surgery
Please make sure you speak to patients of the surgeon who will be doing your operation. I had endometriosis many years ago and many doctors told me they were experts and I ended up being a notch on their belts. They wanted to learn from me since I had it in the dawn of laparoscopies. Many inexperienced hands left me in pain for the rest of my life. I later found a surgeon who worked on high risk cases and he did 14 ops. 7 of those were to fix what others had done. Some things he said had no medical value or reason. He said it was barbaric. Please wait if you have to. Better to have it done later and have it done by the best doctor. I ended up with 31 ops and I am now 61 and will be in pain the rest of my life.
People are glamorizing this, but it is surgery and any surgery is a huge deal. I wish you the best on your journey.
I know that surgery was very painful I had a vasectomy when I was 23 years old and it it was very painful anytime anyone has surgery there could be severe complications anyone having this type of surgery I would communicate with other people that had the surgery and I would speak with multiple doctors before attempting this type of surgery I had triple hernia surgery I was okay for 3 years all of a sudden I started hurting and I cannot walk very far when I start hurting I have to sit down immediately the pain can get very severe may take two or three hours for the paint level to go down and the doctors will. Not do anything about it so I will have to live with pain for the rest of my life I was housekeeping supervisor at the hospital once you have surgery most doctors will not go back in for a second surgery to correct the problem normally if it's surgery does not turn out right and you are in pain you may have to deal with this pain for the rest of your life I wish the best for anyone that would have any type of surgery like I said before I have worked at several hospitals I've also worked in nursing homes I have seen some people have knee surgeries and they didn't turn out very well another person has knee surgery and they are okay when they cut on your body they cut nerves sometimes those nerves do not grow back correctly and sometimes this can cause a person a lot of pain most doctors will not go back in and do a second surgery so think about things very carefully before having any type of surgery
Thank you for just being you.
❤️❤️
@ you are an Angel in so many ways. You have helped to establish a roadmap by which the complexities of being transgender can be understood. I know how challenging it has been for me - that is where we are here. It is all of us saying to each other "we got this!!" You are my sister and I thank you for the humor, knowledge and support.
You are so open honest and vulnerable i am so inspired by your strength and ability to be your self and share it with the world❤❤
Many people have no sex life after srs (because its not possible due to complications), it needs to be discussed more so that people don't be disappointed and misled.
Exactly, or they end up regretting it and obviously can't reverse it. Makes me so sad 😞
Im so excited, that I’m finally soon about to get my SRS ! 🎉
I’m so thankful for you and your videos where you explain everything - even if you talk about complications as it is a part of every surgery.
Thank you ! Stay as you are, beautiful! 🤍
Don't do it. There's a reason why srs has a high complication rate! It's literally an experimental cosmetic surgery that isn't even deemed to be medically necessary. If you don't believe me then go watch ShapeShifters videos on UA-cam.
@@Idk.-. I’m really not interested in your negative opinion. I know exactly what want and why I do it.
@@SSVTLN a warning isn't negative, so let's be clear on that Svtln. A lot of these people, possibly you, are under the impression that this "surgery" is making you into a woman, that you are actually creating a "neo-vagina". You need to realize this is a selling point because there is no. Such. Thing. If you look at it objectively, you are just unnecessarily mutilating yourself. The only thing it's making you, is a life long patient with life long "complications".
@@eleusinia_ well it isn’t selling point as it is part of the therapy and health insurance is paying for it.
@@SSVTLN You will regret it.

Imagine failing as a trans woman and resigning to being a half man eunuch like yourself, undesirable by everyone.
That is just straight up not what sunk cost fallacy means 💀
Really enjoyed, thanks! ❤️
Your a great person and love the information you give
Thank you for another educational video! You are a huge inspiration for my partner during her time of waiting to start her transition.💕
They actually were some great questions in there!
You're videos are great I have been on HRT for almost two years and later this year or next I am going to be getting transitional surgeries and I can definitely relate and I turn 40 this year in Marc and for along time I always knew that I was different from other kids and for years I felt like I couldn't tell people how I felt and the first person I came out to is my dad and he has said that he knew I was different and it didn't make sense until I told him a few years ago and luckily my dad is one of the most supportive people I know and I love dad he is a great father and the world deserves more father's like mine he has told me that he will love me for who I am and he wants to be there when I go in for my surgeries
Lucky Gurl wish i had a dad like yours

I've been watching a lot of your content lately as I'm starting my transition journey, and your amazing content has been incredibly helpful and informative for me! The videos help me know what to expect and what to be excited for! Thank you for putting yourself out there and being amazing 💗 ps, I can't wait to get an ipl handset when I get paid 😊

Thank you so much! for posting the video. I understand better now when you said you were born a woman.
To elaborate on the question about mtf prior to surgery, being able to get someone pregnant, yes, you can. It becomes less likely over time, but it never hits zero unless surgical means are taken. *Infertile* means there's a *remote chance*, while *sterile* means *no chance*
Thank-you for this video 😊
I love your voice so much, it’s very pretty. ❤️
Girl, if people start asking the uncomfortable questions point them to your channel. Tell them you can find their answer on your channel. Plus it will help your view count!
I love your videos ^_^. They are so helpful.❤
Outstanding presentation.
I want to say thankyou for your videos and the advise and insights that you give.
I am a trans woman in her mid 50's, I have been trans since my late teens, but very firmly in the closet, I have been putting of going on HRT because I know that my family would not be accepting, and I am now worried that I have waited too long. Luckily I do have a small group of friends who know and they are very accepting and help keep my spirit up.
On the bright side, my IPL from Ketchbeauty arrived today - just need to figure out how to use it.
You're not a woman, you're an older guy with a mental illness!
I'm so excited to start hrt soon
So happy for you! Wish I could get hrt, but, unfortunately, Missouri
I love how you explained why you are a woman. It definitely isn't just about one or 2 things but everything about you is woman.
One i wish people would quit askong me is do i regret getting GRS. Naw i just did it because i enjoy pain. Of course i have NO regrets.
I love your videos! Im about to start HRT soon. Can't wait to physically transition as a woman
Good luck!

I wish more trans people on youtube are like you and Blair, honestly you are calm cool headed and most importantly don't get triggered by questions like other trans people on youtube. I love your videos ❤️ best of luck 🤞.
I mean to be fair they are weird questions lol
like you'd (hopefully) probably not ask a cis woman about her genitals on your first meeting...
I have a couple of questions:
1. Before you transitioned, when you dreamt, were you a boy or a girl in your dreams?
2. After transitioning, are you a boy or girl in your dreams?
(When I say dreams I mean unconscious dreams when you sleep, not future hopes or plans.)
i love these questions, I wish she would answer them.
As a trans woman myself, here's my answer. It took time for my brain to catch up and I was still seiing myself with my old body until two years after I started my transition... Now in my dreams I have my new body and new identity.
@@charlottesmom I dont
I didn't get one thing. You said, you had the surgery 10 years ago and it went well.
Then, why did you need multiple revisions?
What does it mean 'went well'?
followups?? There are multiple surgeries
@@cosmichappenings6674 Do you know what 'revision' means?
I am glad that other surgeries don't work like that. You get a surgery and then you need constant follow-ups.
@@gamzecarsamba6273 I've seen family members surgeriee be like that 💀
@@gamzecarsamba6273 are you a doctor?
@@cosmichappenings6674 No. Just have enough brain power to question an induvidual's claim. When they say that they have a surgery with the goal of having a hole in them, they have all the surgery scars but not a hole at the end. Cause, with this logic every surgery, that don't kill you, should be accepted as 'went well'. For example, let's say, you get a nose job with the goal of having a smaller nose. You wake up and you see that your nose is not smaller but bigger, or that you cannot breathe. Would you say that surgery went well? In fact, it went so well, I liked it so much, I am getting a new one.
I identify in so many things about what you said, I really don´t know how to proceed to start hrt, I think I didn´t even accepted myself that I'm a transwoman because I can't come out to my family...
Hi Mathilda, just based on how you present yourself and how you speak and carry yourself, I cannot imagine viewing you as anyone other than a woman
I'm currently transition MTF and stopped exercise, fear of imbalance my hormones. I'm mostly just walking now, before enjoying climbing, hiking and ect.
Question: what kind of exercise do you recommend to remain fit?

I feel so jealous of people who knew they were trans since the very young age. I started questioning my gender identity in my early 20s and feel so old and sometimes fake. Thank you for this video, it brought some really important answers ❤
I only had the right words at 16 but I knew at 4 that something was wrong. And especially at 13 when I entered puberty. But I didn't start transition before I was 21 and I'm 25 and a half now... So
@@Aurora146 well I've always been a little different child, shy, without friends, that kinda stuff. I had fantasies of becoming a woman at the beginning of puberty but it kinda disappeared as I went to high school
You should look into therapy to explore this

Question: How does being trans get differentiated from mental illness? I’ve seen a story of someone identifying as a cat, which there can be a person with mental illness that thinks they’re a cat and a trans that says they fully believe they’re a cat. How do we know whether they’re just insane and not trans?

@ Thanks for the advice!!
Love all your videos, but just a small, but possibly REALLY IMPORTANT notice / correction, as someone watching might get the wrong idea: HRT will not guarantee you to become infertile, so HRT IS NO SAFE WAY OF BIRTH CONTROL. While your fertility will decrease and a majority of trans women who've been on HRT for more than a year or so won't be able to impregnate someone, it is not guaranteed, but a question of probability and how a specific body reacts to it. Please don't assume, that it is. Unwanted pregnancies can happen and can be, depending on your country or situation, expensive, exhausting or dangerous.
People need emotional intelligence. I think you do well by explaining here what people are afraid to ask BUT on the other hand you get those questions again-and-again so there must be a lot of people NOT afraid to ask. That could be title for another talking video.
You just go on, good work.
My dyspraxia is terrible but I can’t fully transition because I’m minor and hate people call me a man
I'm always super conflicted about being referred to as a trans woman. Like obviously yes my experience and our community is something unique but also I don't want to be viewed as something other than what I am-a woman
I use transwoman because no matter how much they want it, they are NOT women
@@misfitm1457 We are women though whether you like it or not
@@misfitm1457 you’ve obviously been living under a rock
I'd answer the question from the woman 'but I don't feel like a woman. I just am.' I just am is the answer, because as a trans woman I used think 'I just am NOT'
What if it's another trans person who is interested in your private parts, rather than a cis person asks? As a trans person I'm very curious about it all, but am interested in your thoughts on it.
I'm afraid to come out
I know how it feels, but sending you so much love. Take it at your own pace and maybe you can tell a friend ❤️

@@debufwastaken I doubt church will be very supportive unless you live in a very accepting area
It's scary to come oh but after you do it you will feel much lighter. As a transgender teen (I'm 14 and mtf) I came 9ut to my mom and she was very accepting just remember to take your time and make sure to not back down.
They need to stay in their lane I think. If they wouldn’t want someone asking about their privates, would they?
Shes so cute cant believe shes trans , im a straight male
Porn wouldn't be so popular if people weren't so obsessed with other people's genitals and sex in general. And since that's the major feature that separates men and women physically and are the main organs involved in having sex of course people are curious about that. I certainly am! But I would never ask someone I barely know about that because I recognize that it's awkward and my curiosity doesn't justify making them uncomfortable.
The same thing I am feeling
I am feeling like I am a girl trapped in boy's body 😢

Really liked your video. I think it's really rude that people ask you personal questions of your medical transition during social interactions. It's none of their business. Such questions should be treated with a polite disdained. Or ignored outright.
Question for future video. Do you think that the trans community is being corrupted by activists who are not diagnosed with gender dysphoria? Do you think non binary or gender diverse people are trans? Is self ID enough?
You are a beautiful woman
well about the private parts questions as a man that is not gay or homophobic i would ask this only if i am intrested in something more than just friends i personally dont care if you are trans or what ever you want to be

One question! If they start selling real uterus at the trans store will you buy one
@MathildaHogberg I hope these questions are okay. If not, please just ignore them. 🙂
When you need medical treatment do you tell the doctors you are a trans woman? Some medications affect male body differently than female body afaik, "cellular biology is sex-specific" they say. E.g. calcium supplements to prevent osteoporosis could be harmful for men. Therapies that reduce hot flashes in women are apparently ineffective in men who experience hot flashes as a side effect of hormone therapy for prostate cancer. Do you still have your prostate? I assume you will never have hot flashes from menopause but if you still have a prostate, that might cause some trouble later on. 🤐
Also, the hormone level your body is different from the natural cyclic hormone levels of women, right? Is yours always the same or do you have some kind of artificial cycle?
Cope.

Is this meant to be an anti trans attack helicopter joke? If not it definitely reads that way
@@coatedterror8029 Look, I'm not a trans hater I have no idea what a helicopter joke is. My question was not a joke or a slam at TG people. I though you and other TG people would find my question interesting. That's it. If I was TG I would want to know why I'm in the wrong body. I know, Mother nature F up. Grate, how did she do that? If you and others don't look into the possibility of a past life as the opposite sex, you will never understand why I asked my original question. BTW not everyone that asks you a question is an asshole.
I love that last answer you gave I hate the whole “what is a woman” argument…all women are different you can’t define it
yes you can... now what you think in your head is another story. That is a mental issue and you should have intense counseling to determine whether you really are trans or just gay and feel insecure about it. too many people are being mutilated because they "thought" this would make them happy.

Some trans women are honest about this like Shapeshifter. The hormones they take completely take away their sex drive and there is usually so much pain after SRS that they cannot orgasm, according to her.
How did you narrow your shoulders ?
If someone asks me how many genders i say two… But that’s it just but
not meant to be a criticism but you are lucky to have had choice to find out who you really are. There must be so many men 50yrs + who have lived and are living such unhappy lives. As when I was young in the 1960s there was no mention of body dismorphia. I live my life in secret. Am lucky I have a job in health care and work with women. I am happy for you. You are gorgeous and kind. Sorry to have mentioned this.
No one cares, Sir Hon
I don't need to ask, I take them as they are.
let me educate you. There is this thing called sex determination system. us humans have the XX/XY sex determination system. Its pretty ok, some animals, especially birds and lizards have WW/WZ sex determination system, but that is irrelevant now. the point is that in this system, its the sperm that determines the gender of the newborn, because when an egg is created inside the womans reproductive system, it only contains one X chromosome and it cannot contain any other chromosomes, because women only have the X chromosome in the 23rd chromosome pair. However, men have XY chromosomes, that means that the sperm can either have an X chromosome, or an Y chromosome. Now if the sperm has an Y chromosome and it fertilizes the egg, the newborn will have the X form the egg, and an Y from the sperm, and therefore he will be a man. Now he can think whatever he wants to, he can say about himself whatever he wishes, but he still has his ancestral Y chromosome, which was inherited from all his male ancestors. And like all of his ancestors who had XY chromosomes, he is, in fact, also a male

You cannot say that because you look like a woman and are seen as a woman by society, it automatically makes you a woman. What about trans women who don't look like women, who don't "pass" ? Being is not looking like, feeling as or identifying as. Trans women like Blaire White seem to have a better understanding of their condition than yours. Please stop being offensive towards women and accept that you are a biological male with gender dysphoria, which lead to transitionning. Most people are really OK with trans people, but we don't want biological facts to be denied in the name of inclusivity. You wouldn't like me to call myself a trans person and try to steal your identity, so please don't call yourself a woman like if you were born female. Truth is often not what we want to hear but trust me, on the long run, living in denial won't bring any joy in your heart.
you’re clearly sick and insecure in your femininity. who CARES???
