Good video brotherhood 👍🏽I got my level 3÷ w/ Kevlar from you and I love it. I got chronic bk problems but the weight of the plates makes my back really comfortable. Seem like it's a crazy story but it's true it helps me. Keep it going. 👌🏽👍🏽⚡🔥💥💯

Only buying Level IV armor means that you will never wear it, and thus never be wearing it when you need it, and in turn will have an NIJ rating of 0 when the rounds come in.

If it stops 5.56 and 7.62 then that's covered mostly of what will be shot at you.

As an owner of your level 3+ plates,
How many rounds can it withstand before the kevlar wrap needs to be replaced and can it be re-wrappd?

If they are normal PE or ceramic plates, the first round it takes it's compromised. I wouldn't throw it away (it may have some protection so it's worth putting in a cheap carrier to give to someone who has nothing) but you aren't going to get any of the original protection back because delamination has already occurred. If you got shot it saved your life, it's well worth buying another one.
If you are talking about steel AR500 style armor, you really should also replace it (Especially how cheap it is), but if it isn't dented then really you could just rewrap it. Best option is to use a rubber liquid coat such as truck bed liner this way you can retain the existing kevlar wrap. If you are going to tear the wrap off because it is too torn, then your best option is to wrap the plate in 1-3 layers of woven roving fiberglass with resin. I would also wrap it in duct tape just because fiberglass filaments are sharp (it feels itchy if it gets on your skin because it is actually puncturing your skin). The tape helps keep it under control.
