Sorry if it's a newbie question, but has anyone ever done a plate that's ceramic and then a layer of steel? The weight might be a factor, but maybe cuz of what it's made of it can be decently thin?
Our plates are tested to meet the NIJ Standards by an independent NIJ approved testing facility. We have not completed the certification process with any plates as of yet. We plan to get some certified plates to market soon.
