Here to second the CREATIVITY of your workouts. I was feeling tired and planning to maybe do 30 minutes of this, but the workout was so good and interesting I finished it! 🎉
I recently bought the BB Alegro reformer for my home workouts. At 62, I feel great when I can accomplish most or all of the moves in your video. I had a bit of a problem with the push backs on the box because I have the sitting box light. It has a nubby surface that is hard ro move on. I hadn't thought of that when I made the purchase. I'm going to buy a piece of vinyl to place on top. Oh, wait- I have a large vinyl photo backdrop in my basement from my photography career. Ready made for me to make a surface I can maneuver on. THANK YOU for your reformer videos. I need to up my skill and strength!

Your flow is perfect, and thanks for the encouragement throughout and alignment adjustments, they were really helpful! I enjoyed this so much, please keep posting and thank you again!

Fantastic! I love your 45-1 hour sessions and look forward to doing them. During your feet in straps exercises, I added a small ball between my ankles to get some inner thigh work 😊

Slowly making my way through your videos and loving each one. Do you also do videos for the Wunda chair and/or half trapeze? Looking forward to your next new video. :):)

Please keep making them, I love that you incorporate different intermediate moves...a lot of videos have a stock standard set of movements. I love that you add to these and would love even more like picking flowers, snake etc. Thank you to for being such a fun happy and smiling instructor😊😊😊😊...it makes the tough workouts so much better
Love these work outs! Wonder if you could do some "bite size" like 15 minutes on the jump board, etc. I'd love to cobble together a work out from some shorter ones.

How i can adjust my straps right place
I am 5’5” tall. Can you please provide guidance on the rules for placement of the metal bar that holds springs and stopper? Thank you
Hi yes for your height I would have the bar in the middle (aka 2nd setting) and the stopper in the second space up. Hope that helps.
