@@MARIARODRIGUEZ-xb5cb there is nothing wrong in teaching other but many many female influencers focus solely on looks just looks as if it is the only thing that matters . Only what dress to wear what hairstyle . It kind of gets monotonous even and we low maintenance ppl eventually loose interest.

In today's world where people try run before mastering crawling, and attempt to talk about an aspect of jogging they most likely recently tried with high sentiment yet bring up pretty much the same thing from another creator and criticize the length of it.
People put in effort in what they do (content creation and people who take interest in things or from work) and people who compare or criticize things over value their intelligence and understanding of their job, let alone reality, there's a big difference with paper and reality and fail to see that what they're thinking is through their own perspective not the person they're criticizing.
Those with limits of things that are so close yet far apart because of limits, are the worst to work with, over reliance on paperwork, over reliance on safety rules and trade standards/guidelines, and also narrow mindset. Opinions similar to yours that speak of the same thing, or others who straight criticize other peoples jobs, not them and never constructive criticism.
If you focus on you, and on what matters, attractiveness comes with progress, it's a character/personality thing that comes with personal work and life experience. Nothing good comes from making oneself attractive for other people, accept the same people.
If you find yourself through doing life, hobbies and personal development, no doubt, you'll find yourself attractive in your own way, that none of these would matter. You know you, and you'll know what you want.

    Here's my second attractive list:
    1. Kindness
    2. Sense of humour
    3. Empathy
    4. Body language (eye contact, genuine smile, occassionally touchy, leaning in a bit when we're interacting)
    5. Relatability (this one actually tops the charts)
I never heard of the term reciprocal liking before, until now, even though I've felt it a number of times before. So, thank you, Lana.

Sense of humor is a very specific thing (it's different for different people), so when there's shared banter and laughter, IT IS IRRESISTIBLE.
Stephen Hawking (famous physicist): even though he was stuck in a wheelchair for many years and could only talk thru a machine, still had women marrying him because he had a legit sense of humor.
Back in the day when Cher and Val Kilmer first met in a group setting, the reason they became fast friends was because they laughed at the same things.
Previous CNN host Larry King would be the first to admit that he's not that attractive, but he knew his sense of humor was formidably appealing.

My advice would be: Don’t feed negative thoughts. Learn from mistakes, but don’t beat yourself up over them. Force yourself to see things you can be grateful for. Don’t focus on what you want people to do for you, focus on what you can do to help others.
Popularity and attractiveness should be a by-product of your efforts, not the end goal!

00:28 😊 Optimism attracts, negativity repels. Positive outlook on life is attractive.
02:13 💑 Reciprocal liking is a concept where knowing someone is attracted to you makes you more likely to like them.
03:40 👁️ Nonverbal cues like eye contact can enhance attraction and connection with others.
04:57 😄 People with a positive "affective presence" who make others feel good tend to have more friends and romantic interests.
06:53 🤝 Being understood and sharing personal experiences can strengthen connections and attraction in relationships.

I struggle with eye contact because I am autistic but I do try to push myself when I can. Positive affective presence is HUGE though, even when I feel super depressed I’m always able to make people laugh and I’ve been told that people felt “energized” or “rejuvenated” by spending time with me. So even if you struggle with part of socializing you can compensate with one of your other strengths!

Absolutely agree, positive people are more attractive than pessimists.
Sometimes I ask myself how we like some people and feel comfortable communicating with them, but not others. The answers are in our attitude and thoughts, in the life and principles of our interlocutors, their behavior, our preferences. Sometimes it should be like that, each person comes into the life of another with a certain purpose. And I am grateful for all my people next to me.

I pressed on the video to see how be more attractive only to find that, most of the tips are things that I do everything, I struggle a lot with my physical appearance and always think that people only like me for my looks, but not really me, as I used to look really “ugly” but when I changed my aesthetic, did my hair and such, I suddenly made friends. But I don’t think that’s the case, I’ve been making new friends recently, and trying to live in the present, as I zone out a lot and think of things like my insecurities, and well it made me closer to them, I got to learn something new about them, and relate to them too. I feel so happy whenever I focus on getting to be close, and genuinely forming a connection without always assuming and thinking that, they only like me for my looks but not who I really am

Iam typical introverted and its really hard to start conversation with others. But if someone approach me first then i can guarantee that person will get to know the most craziest sides of me.

I think eye contact is really important, if u met eyes with a person, try to maintain it for atleast 3 seconds, u can see their eye colour if u want to..
I tried it and felt good about it after that
At least it gave me a feeling that I did not avoid it, becoz of nervousness

Guys just remember that everybody has a different perspective of beauty and being attractive, some people think beauty is being nice and kind, some people might think beauty is about having a nice smile or wearing nice clothes, But the only people that can decide if you are beautiful or ugly is yourself. Love yourself ❤❤❤❤

I can relate the eye contact issue, like it feels bad when you can't open up yourself because of anxiety...
