I almost cried when you said that it was age 22 you realised about the second puberty. I'm almost 20 now and I've felt so awful about not glowing up, but thank you.
You're still gonna continue glowing tho, I found my body changed alot at around 25. Like I was super insecure about my nose, and it became more defined with age.
Your face and body are gonna change at least until your are in your later 20s. I think I noticed the biggest changes between 24 and 27. Things take time, it's gonna be okey.
Period, Dasha. One huge step to notice your own beauty is getting used to your face, body, expressions and flaws. As Dasha mentioned about pictures. I also recommend recording videos of yourself. You’ll think you hate yourself at first but the more you add different angles, postures, movements and lights, you’re just getting used and used to yourself. Then you’ll think how to improve and notice things you didn’t even knew about you. Don’t get discouraged by not looking like another person, once you know yourself as much you know your favorite artist/celebrity your perspective and life will change for the better.
I absolutely love how she guided the youngsters the right way. The modern social media can rub teens the wrong way and encourage them to try "diets" and stuff that are really bad. So thank you for talking about it :)

Dasha, your vid was recommended to me by YT and as a 30 y.o. who has undergone her second puberty at this age, I can confirm that everything you said is true! Ppl have been telling me that I look prettier and healthier. I was so thin and lanky ever since, and I didn't really mind how I look despite how plain-looking I was. But more than learning how to put light makeup and fixing my hair, my experiences in life made me wiser, stronger and more confident. You wont just look good, but you'll feel good, and live your best life! :)

I absolutely love what you said to your younger audience... I see 13-15 years old girs on social media all the time, trying to look perfect so badly or already looking like a supermodel at such a young age and I can only be concerned for them because where is their awkward phase? Where is the experimenting phase that will lead them to find their femininity slowly and safely? Im concerned that social media has put them in such a pressure that at only 12 or 13 they feel like they have to look like their pinterest board
Nueva sub❤.

Dasha, you are bringing about positive change one vlog at a time. Your self-transformation, and self-improvement journey is very inspiring. You have proved that with self-care, self-love, a positive mindset, and proper steps, one can transform themselves. Outer beauty definitely boosts our confidence, but it's ultimately the inner beauty that makes oneself more beautiful and attractive. This is what reflects from your personality. Your beauty radiates from within in every facet of your being. You taught us that no matter where we are in our transformative journey, we must love ourselves at every step. Self-love, self-care, a positive mindset, and appreciating ourselves are the keys. Definitely looking forward to the 2nd part. ❤💖✨👍😊
You can change the shape of your nose and your face by losing fat not weight you can start by eating less fat or stop eating fat if you are able to do that also if you mean face shape like it’s around or oval or diamond you can’t change that but you can learn how to use that to make you look more beautiful cause everyone is already beautiful 😌🩷🩷
please please NEVER change your nose. I used to hate mine cuz it's too big and it has a huge bone in the middle, but that's what makes my face unique and special. A diferent nose its a preetier face, no matter how big or small it is ❤

Unfortunately, some people fail to appreciate the effort and journey you've shared so openly. Remember, your authenticity shines through, and your genuine desire to help others become better versions of themselves is evident in every video. You've been my daily motivation to take care of myself, daily exercise, and nourishing my body with healthy food. Keep shining, keep inspiring, and keep being your amazing self! Your authenticity is your power, and those who truly understand your message are behind you, cheering you on every step of the way. You're making a difference. Stay strong and continue spreading your positivity and wisdom. Much love and support to you always! 💫✨❤

I love this tips of glow up.. unlike other who teach to wear so much this and that, Dasha tell how she went through the insecurities and how she overcome it with things that makes sense (and healthy way).. Glow up takes time and she admitted it! Be patience, be confident, and live your life. The beauty doesn't just come from outside, but also inside. Dasha is pretty outside and inside, no wonder people are mesmerized by her.
Hey Dasha! I’m not a physician or a scientist neither but, according to many sources, second puberty does not exist. Again, I’m prone to be wrong (specially bc I’m not a professional of this field), but I’m just saying what I could find in the same sources fellow netizens can. I would like to mention that this comment is purely for curiosity purposes and to bring awareness about the medical term “puberty” (and not to h4te)! Still, we notice changes because an average healthy human is often changing. Also, in the age of our young adult years many people have more confidence than when they were teenagers and start putting more effort in looking presentable (not exclusively, but specially women, which I personally assume to be the reason why young women change more/ faster than young men)! We go through puberty for the first and only time.
I have heard elsewhere that women can commonly go through another bought of symptoms that resemble puberty once they reach early mid 20s. I assume this is due to our own hormones and what not, but I wouldn’t knock this idea. Medical research/ testing only really began in the early 1990s which is why so many of women’s feminine problems are under diagnosed or even misdiagnosed. Just keeping an open mind is all.
I loved this video so much, Dasha. It was the content I was looking up. Also it's very devastating how the social media made us to look ourselves like if we weren't enough. I remember I hated my body and face because I didn't feel pretty as much as those "it girls" on website. But now I started to workout and improve myself just for me ❤. This video helps me a lot. Thank youu 🎉!

thank you for being realistic!! I’ve always believed that most beautiful girls are just naturally gifted and sometimes I feel insecure about that thought that I work so hard to look pretty, but it turns out that it isn’t like that at all! Thank you for this video and ur deep honesty. 🙏💗

Thank you so much again, Dasha! You are amazing!! ❤❤❤
Thank you for the positivity Dasha!! Please make a part 2 of the video please.💗
A person's beauty comes from confidence and positive mind, and then people's smiles have a good influence on others
People who are always pessimistic are always frowned upon and look negative to others
In that sense, Dasha Taran gives good energy to people
She's so good at speaking 🥰
You're a wonderful example to follow, especially for very young guys that dont have self-esteem.
I just bought a cap from your wazza website and i can't wait to wear it, i hope that it will arrive soon. Thank you 😁
Love you from Italy ❤️🇮🇹
I appreciate that!
I'm a guy so I shouldn't be watching this video but the amount of behind the scenes work that goes into beauty is not talked about enough
Incredible insight! becoming a model is not easy.

Wow Dasha is so blessed she has fair skin, pointed nose, perfect facial ratio you're so lucky so beautiful 💗✨💐 fan of yours
you have a beauty that makes people envious
Really thanks for reassurance dasha
6:12 Yes, we want the second part💗
I’m truly inspired by your words and now I feel like I really need to start exercising and do the things you told us to glow up. Thank you dasha!❤❤
Oh my gosh, that was beautiful. I loved how you explained that health is the most important here. Thank you so much. This was very real 🧡.
Nueva sub❤.
You look cute in your old photo as well! 😊 I really like how honest you are & im glad you got the confidence after glowing up & I like how you encourage your viewers to find ways to gain confidence. Take care!✌🏻 😁
I always appreciate your advice, since thanks to this channel I was able to take the first steps to break the complexes produced by years of bullying and seek help for myself 🙌🏻 Of course I need a second part of this video and thank you for helping me appreciate myself more Dasha, you are a very inspiring person, with a very beautiful soul, love you so much🤍🤍🤍

Thanks Dasha for these guys! They will help me a lot, the truth is I'm waiting for the shine to come but I have to go for it... Btw... you have always been very beautiful and with very cute and special virtues and character ❤️❤️❤️
Oh you don't have to look just like her to be beautiful. I understood it the hard way .. we all have different facial structures and bodies... You just have to find clothes that suit you, hairstyle that fits YOUR FACE 😊... Dw you'll get there AND she is different type of beautiful and you are different.... Doesn't make you any less pretty ok? Have a nice day. 😊🙏

I am sure you are REALLY REALLY cute... ❤️❤️
I promise as you grow older and grow into your facial features more YOU WILL BE CALLED BEAUTIFUL ❤️ .... Take care of yourself ok? We all have days where we don't look our best but hey that doesn't make us any less pretty ok? Never stop taking care of yourself... Ideas of beauty change.. its normal to worry about your appearance I did too! I used to have a hard time accepting compliments too ☹️ but remember people don't compliment for no reason.... They think you are attractive and cute so yeah I started accepting my differences and just knowing that idea of whats beautiful varies ... What's beautiful to me might not be to others ☺️ so yeah keep that in mind and I'm glad I could help
@@margoline6790Everyone has their own beauty
Girl went from gorgeous to goddess
I swear you have restored my self-confidence. Thank you once again, Dasha Taran❤❤❤
She’s naturally beautiful 😢
Girl, you're already pretty
step 1 : already have a good face shape and a good nose
You can change the shape of your nose and your face by losing fat not weight you can start by eating less fat or stop eating fat if you are able to do that also if you mean face shape like it’s around or oval or diamond you can’t change that but you can learn how to use that to make you look more beautiful cause everyone is already beautiful 😌🩷🩷
please please NEVER change your nose. I used to hate mine cuz it's too big and it has a huge bone in the middle, but that's what makes my face unique and special. A diferent nose its a preetier face, no matter how big or small it is ❤
Yes yes yes absolutely!!! I also used to be insecure of certain aspects of my face but now I've grown to love them!! :D@@shysunflower
step 1: be negative no matter what
I have it
Thanks for this dasha!!ilysm, just earlier today i was weeping because of lack of self confidence, but you always make videos that make us realize self love that self love and care really is important.. You're so pretty btw i love your make up and hair!!!
You are the person in the profile? Girl u are beautiful!
Hi Dasha! Thank you so much for this video. It was incredibly inspiring! Your dedication to self-improvement, both internally and externally, is truly admirable.
probably one of the realest and effective tips tbh
I'm 18 and I have been so depressed about my face and body .I almost cried for days and tried so hard to change my appearance. I'm so glad that I saw this video and I realized that I don't have to try so hard to be another person.Thankyou so much Dasha sis. You helped me a lot to fix my entire future beautifully. Love you ❤️❤️❤️
Thank you dasha for all these advices, I’ll be sure to do these things and hopefully improve myself. You are beautiful inside-out. ♥️
You're an inspiration for those who are struggling ❤
thank youuuuu for these tips
I love this tips of glow up.. unlike other who teach to wear so much this and that, Dasha tell how she went through the insecurities and how she overcome it with things that makes sense (and healthy way).. Glow up takes time and she admitted it! Be patience, be confident, and live your life. The beauty doesn't just come from outside, but also inside. Dasha is pretty outside and inside, no wonder people are mesmerized by her.
You look stunning as always. You'll always have our support.
I learned a lot about you and your efforts to get to this stage in your life in this video. 👌🏼 Always surprises me.
part2 please thank you so much for the tips inspiring🌺❤️❤️❤️
thank u dasha u make my life more better with your advices and please i want the part two 😭💗✨
