I have found a lot of useless unboxing videos. I do not understand why so many people are obsessed with making videos about taking things out of the package. I found your video and FINALLY someone has the sense to actually show the boxes in use and what all can fit inside them. THANK YOU..

I install Security (Access Control,Intrusion,CCTV, etc.) and recently upgraded from the Husky system to the Rigid Stuff. Still figuring out my workflow but it's already paying off and making my job way easier.

Awesome overview. I like how you were able to customize the inside of the boxes without breaking the bank with expensive add-on accessories like some of the other brands.

The tough built mounting hubs fit nicely on the outside of the Ridgid crate using #10 screws with nuts and washers. It can save a lot of space inside the crate!

Hey just wanted to say great video and keep em coming. I have been using the Ridgid boxes for years but just got a low voltage job a few months ago. Mostly we do high end, whole shebang home integration packages, A/V, cameras, lighting, drapes, etc. with Josh AI. It really amazes me how much there is to this trade,. It would take years to master residential integration and that's just a small part of Low Voltage's scope. Any way thanks for the real world no bs content.

Slick setup! I love that top bar you have on there as a workstation platform and the organization in your hand tool box is a game changer. Thanks for posting this!

Very nice set up sir. I came to this video from your recommendation on the review video. I use two rolling set up but I wish I could use your cart. Unfortunately it wouldn't do well on a early job site.
For my electrical set up I just bought the Craftsman 22 inch tradestack bag that goes with their new rolling system. I absolutely love the bag, you should check it out. It might not fit you needs but if you have a employee going to another area it will pretty much handle everything he needs to take, tool wise. The bag opens up very well and has easy access to everything.
My only issue is figuring out a way to mount it onto my Ridgid boxes. They offer a plate that attaches to their box's and the bag locks on to it. I think I'm going to buy the mounting plate and just permanently attach it to my top box.
Love your setup brother, thank you.

Can you go into more detail on the screwdriver bix and how you set up the lid to hold more drivers, pliers etc. Im ttying to go full pro gear and looking for a way to get rid of my tool bag which i use to hold most of my screwdrivers, driver extensions, pliers et . Thanks

    I dig your set up
I have a similar set up - just geared towards plumbing.
Love the Ridgid tool boxes - I just load them on a hand truck & good to go

I also have a plumbing box, but it’s not organized. I’ve just got all my plumbing tools thrown in there… 😂🤣😀i guess it’d be different if i did that everyday. Thx for the comment!

For your vacuum you should look at the new ridgid NXT vacs they have corded and cordless ones. They are square and more compact so would likely integrate into your setup better. And unlike some of the other compact versions, these are compatible with bags so no more clogged filters

Thanks for the comment! I have both the corded and the cordless NxT vac. The problem with these vacs is yes they are rectangle but they don’t stack and lock. They slide. Ridgid missed an opportunity to have it connect with the new 2.0 boxes. They’re too big to fit in the crate. They’ll only fit in the large boxes, but then it takes up the whole box. We may we have small sheet rock dust messes, and the Makita vac with the cyclone adapter has turned out to be our best option.

@@donniestoolthoughts9209 I agree that they missed the mark on integrating them into this system. I'm hoping someone makes a fastener or something with a 3d printer that could make it compatible

    Great video.
Does the 2.0 feel thinner than the original? I was looking at the 2.0 @ HD and it didn’t feel as tough.

Without drilling a hole and measuring, I can’t say for sure, but yes, I think they are thinner. Thx for the comment!
