Even relentlessly positive people have a line - and in this case it’s a dry, disgusting line #thatenglishmanintexas #texas #texans #country #countryliving #steak #reaction #reactionvideo
40 year old son and I were laughing our arses off, and saying "shots across the bow"! When you said putting ketchup on was a hate crime. Hubby loves to destroy a good steak with ketchup. It disgusts son and I.
I've never understood why some people care so much about how I eat my steak. If I instruct the server - as I have done on occasion - that I want my steak very well done and to "cremate that sucker," what does it matter to you? It's MY steak. I'm not going to force you to eat it or even offer you a bite since it seems to offend. Likewise, don't expect me to cut into a hunk of beef that bleeds all over the plate. I do not like the flavor or texture of meat that's still red in the center.
Listen man, eating meat is objectively bad for the planet and the beef industry especially is going to shrink in the coming decades. We have a finite number of affordable steaks left, and we should make every effort to get as much flavor out of them as we can. So, respectfully, stop eating steak. You can overcook old pieces of leather instead, you won't even notice the difference.
@@The_sinner_Jim_Whitney I’m a native Texan that has been to the UK many times. I love the food there. And steaks should not be cooked more than medium ever!
@@Sabbathissaturday I don't care how anyone likes their steak and can't imagine a universe in which I could become offended by someone's steak preference, haha! I like mine medium (mid rare for filet or prime rib).
The problem I see with that steak is that it's dry, not that it's well done. Here in Argentina we traditionally eat our meats wholly cooked, but juicy and full of flavor.
People here complaining about juices running out onto the plate as if that’s somehow worse than steaming all the flavor out the kitchen’s range hood. You want to eat a shoe, then eat a shoe. Stop acting like it’s not a disgrace. It is.
I don't like rare steak, it tastes like raw beef and that's just not a flavor profile I enjoy. That said, medium for lesser (grocery store or casual restaurant) steaks and med-rare for truly good (prime, aged, specialty butcher-shop or GOOD steakhouse) steaks is right in my opinion. But hey, if you want to pay $80 to ruin a steak, what do I care? I'll get it the way I like it, you get it the way you like it. When it comes to prime rib or beef Wellington, though...
Come on man, just like you have your opinion on how steak should be done, so does everybody else. And those people think you're just as wrong as you think they are. Let people be.

It looks dryer than the Sahara desert.
My brother eats his steak, shrimp, abalone, and even burrito with ketchup he is genuinely unhinged. Thankfully he likes his steak rare, but still!

I concur
Well thank god for your input, I don’t know what we all would have done if you hadn’t commented. Praise Jesus you are here!!! Hallelujah!!!
Just wanted to correct one thing. It's not blood. A lot of people think the red juice is blood. It's not.
@@shadowscall7758OP thinks it’s blood and orders steaks cremated. There’s no saving them.

I can never unsee that
No offense but covering a well-done steak with ketchup sounds exactly like something a British tourist would do 🤣
Trump eats his steak well done with ketchup, like a 4 year old. Because he's a piss poor excuse for a human being.
They eat terrible food, it's true, but (and I could be wrong) I'm pretty sure steak is one of the food things they nail.

That's like an old woman's diaper it looks so dry and over done 😂

Why & also HOW would you make steak look worse than a god damn meatloaf
It was a clone account made by the vegan teacher to convert us to veganism
I think that's what crocks are made out of.
😆😆
Well at least you ppl have steak.....
Sorry. I only eat well done.
I concur. I don't like my dinner to moo when I stick a fork in it.

Because not everyone likes their steak to be a bloody mess and just stop with the ketchup on steak BS
