Great recipe! I did substitute spinach instead of coriander because that is what I had available, but it was still delicious.

Made this today! Absolutely delicious! Even my kids liked it (not big fans of spinach) and sadly no leftovers for tommorow!

I am always curious what is the brand of your chopper. I cant find one that can make a good paste or chop the whole spices. I love your recipes so thank you.

My blender is from India.. it's a brand called Preeti.. however you can use any high power blender, but the trick to get a smooth puree is to first blend the ingredients without adding any water, n then add water a little at a time may be 1 to 2 tbsp n keep blending, repeat the process until you get a smooth paste.. still if you find any chunks in the puree, just pass through a strainer.. thanks ☺
