They absorb a lot of oil so use just enough in the pan, a couple of teaspoons were enough for me. They were good eaten immediately after frying, but I actually found the texture even better after they sat for ten or so minutes. I was dreaming about making this dish and saved it to my library until I buy a food processor. Finally I bought one and made this , I am amazed how good it turned out. It was tender from inside and crispy from the outside. I replaced the cabbage with cauliflower. I made it in the air frier with a spray. I think almond flour adds richness
Hi, does your food processor have like a grater setting? Because mine doesn't, so I'm wondering if the regular chopping/mixing setting will be ok for this recipe.
You can freeze those in an airtight container, after shaping, placing pieces of parchment paper between them. They'll last for up to three months and you can bake them straight from the freezer, at 200 C or 180 C fan, for about 40 minutes.
@@genetreiley8092 You are welcome but the recipe is not mine. Just the tip on Freezing. I know it's important for busy people to have something homemade in the freezer, ready to bake. I have never seen kebabs like this. I was always under the impression that lentils must be cooked or boiled before making kebabs. After reading the comments, I find that people do really enjoy these kebabs. I am definitely going to try this out. Thanks so much.
I made these just as you described other than substituting mung beans soaked overnight in place of lentils, and leftover mashed potatoes in place of shredded. These are so amazingly flavorful! This will definitely become my new favorite way to use lentils. Thank you for sharing this delicious recipe ✌
I just made this today, very delicious! I made a few substitutions, instead of the almond flour I used a 1/2 cup cooked quinoa, which I made on the dry side so it was very fluffy and not watery, did add smashed garlic to the cooking process so omitted more garlic when processing it later with everything else. For the vegetables I used carrot, brussels sprouts, broccoli, cauliflower and spinach (pan sauteed separately, squeezed out liquid, chopped then added to rest of vegetable mixture), all I had small amounts left in the fridg so chucked it all in, so skipped the potato. Seasonings I used were garam masala, cayenne, chili flakes, coriander, cumin, grated fresh ginger, salt & pepper and juice of 1 lime. Like other commenters, I chose to bake in a 425 degree oven for 25 minutes, and shaped in patties, which I flipped after 15 minutes. Came out great! Thanks!
I made this recipe today. It was absolutely delicious! I made a bunch of adjustments based on what I had at hand, but the main recipe (procedure/tips) were followed. I baked them, as some in the comments suggested (425F for about 25 mins). I used an AirBake baking sheet. They were crispy and delicious! I was thinking of a fresh avocado salad in the side :) thank you!
I have already made this recipe. Because I was trying for the first time, I followed the recipe step by step and never substituted anything. It came out to perfection. Absolutely delicious. I served with sliced red onions, sliced tomatoes and some picked gherkin in Pita with tahini sauce.
Made these yesterday... baked at 375 for 20 minutes each side...maybe 10 minutes too long but they were delish...only had a zucchini and onion and green bell pepper& small potato on hand...excellent! We loved it!

I made this tonight and it didn't turn out the greatest so I re-listened to the video and think I should have processed it in the food processor longer than I did. Also, my food processor is 'medium' sized and I realized I needed to split the mixture into two in order to process it all. I baked some and fried a few in coconut oil. This recipe is really good. I made it once before with fresh cilantro and very little oil. I used it instead of ground meat to make a hamburger sandwich. My kids really like it too. Thank you!

Great video, helpful reviews. Made myself some today by baking them. Lowered the heat as my oven is powerful, I'd rather have it cooked at lower for longer than burnt quickly and undercooked. Substituted cabbage with brussel sprouts that I had lying around. Didn't have any potatoes or carrots on hand, so my mixture was more crumbly and didn't hold well. I pulsed some of the lentils to be more paste like and added about 2 tbs of olive oil, just so they can hold together. Tasted amazing, also suggest using fresh chillies if possible!

This was so good. I didn’t have a food processor so I used my ninja blender. Next time I will grind it up a little more, a tad bit to coarse because I’m a texture person, but it was still good. It works well with gluten free panko crumbs! I will try baking it next time following another commenter’s recommendations.

We're having a couple with a huge salad tonight but, before freezing the rest, I'm going to make some tahini sauce and we'll have them at lunch tomorrow. Mine are in the oven now! Easy to make because of clear instructions. I like your cutting board! My daughter is vegan so I want to learn a few good recipes. I’m so happy I found your site. Thank you!
I made these exactly as the recipe is written and the were DEVOURED by my dinner guests. They are packed with flavor and just enough heat. So so good. Served them with tabbouli salad, humus and pita. A vegan yogurt based sauce might be nice with them but that is an extra not a necessity. I like another commenter's idea of flattening them out a little and using them as burger patties. I will try that next.
Just made it. Fantastic. I fried mine but saved some to grill in the oven to taste the difference. I was a bit worried using all the spices and used Kashmiry Chili Powder which I bought yesterday here in an Indian shop in South Africa. These patties/kebabs have a lovely spicy flavour. Not hot, just slowly lingering in your mouth. This will become a regular meal in my house. I'm a subscriber now. Thank you!
During this “shelter in place” time I am trying new recipes nearly every day. This is a wonderful gem and will be added to my repertoire! I made it today but when I started I realized that I was out of red lentils 🙉🙈🙊. I used black beans instead and it worked just as well 👍🏼. Also my veggies were: red onion, cauliflower, carrot and shishito peppers. I fried a few and baked the rest just to compare. DELICIOUS and super clear and easy to follow! Thank you so much, I will share with all of my foodie friends! 🙏🏼
Nadja K I am certain that any type of legume will work. Just be mindful of the proportions 😉. Indeed not only are recipes like these nutritional and tasty, but a positive “distraction” during this most nightmarish of times...
I was a little intimidated by all the grating of vegetables these kebabs required (I'm lazy) but they looked so delicious, I broke down and made them anyway. I'm so glad I did! They turned out great, and I'm not even that great of a cook. I used cilantro instead of parsley and lemon instead of lime but everything else I did just like the video. Afterwards, I dipped them in store-bought tzatziki sauce. I'd thought I had died and gone to heaven! Thanks so much for sharing this recipe!
I must say- the best recipe for red lentil patties that I’ve came across you UA-cam. These are my go to vegan burgers or kebabs whatever you wanna call it 😅. Thank you for the recipe!
These are beyond delicious. I didn’t have cabbage but I had Brussels so I just shredded those in there. I even made a dipping sauce: 1/2 C Tahini, 1 lemon juiced, 3 Tbs Dijon Mustard,3 Tbs Water, 2 Tsp Honey, 1/4 Tsp Sea Salt, and 1/4 Tsp, Tumeric. Mix well
Lentils might seriously be one of my favorite ways to get protein!!! They are so awesome. This dish looks awesome- might try it with baking the kebabs!
I made these today, I didn't have cabbage so used celery, and had a lemon, omg, these are awesome!!I had them with salad and home made vegan mayonnaise 😋
I tried the recipe, took mushrooms instead of potatoes, and made sunflower flour instread of almond. It turned out great. Will absolute save the recipe with my vege favorites. Thanks!
Your voice is so clear, and your instructions are concise and easy to follow. Excellent video quality too. Best of all, it's a great recipe! Well done! 👌
Rita T Yes, the voice is very clear, though accent sound forced: but, the narrator should let the cook herself ( I think it’s a lady); also say something, so we know that the cook is different than the narrator. The Kebabs though sound delicious and, healthy! Seeing the cooks’ hands, I remembered myself, that even though I got arthritis in my hands, but I still did cook a lot. Just shows arthritis or age doesn’t stop anyone do what they really want to do. Good Job!
I noticed something different in this video as well. Instructions are still clear, however the pitch in her voice is a bit different from the other videos...as if she tried to sound a bit more energetic..? Unfortunately, it was a bit annoying to hear as it was a louder/forced. Please don’t change your soft, soothing voice / communication style. I absolutely love your recipes, how objectively you explain them, and especially your soothing calm voice.

I had this recipe saved on my tablet for a while. I decided to try it yesterday and it was fantastic. I did not have parsley so i used basil. I like it and will sure be making it again and agai. Thanks for sharing.
I don’t like cooked onion so I used onion powder and more potato, carrots, and cabbage. I used cinnamon, berber, cumin for seasonings. I baked the kabobs for 20 min @ 350 degrees on parchment paper. No oil. Used raw cashews ground with the red lentils. I’m glad to have this way to prepare red lentils. Thanks
Thank you so much for this recipe. I made these yesterday. I also baked them instead of frying them. Just delicious! Your directions are very clear. I love all the vegetables. Good as a side dish for dinner, but a great snack with some tea.
Thank you for the great recipe. Looks delicious and looking forward to making it. Thanks also for the great tutorial. Update, I have made these a number of times and it's always wonderful. I sometimes make it with thyme and sage, so it tastes more like a rissole.
@@adeelarazak Lentils are not pre cooked, they cook during the frying process (pre soak makes for less cook time needed). If anyone is pre cooking then they didnt follow the recipe.
I just made these and they were delicious! I added finely chopped shitake mushrooms because I like to hide them from myself and my kids (we don't like mushrooms, but they're so healthy), and these looked like the perfect recipe. The kids and I loved these and didn't notice the mushrooms at all. Definitely going to be a go-to snack, but next time I'll try baking them. Thanks for this yummy recipe!
If you have arthritis and are having difficulty writing down the steps, here's my version, which I hope has no errors. RED LENTIL "KEBAB" by Food Impromptu 4 servings INGREDIENTS: 1 cup red lentils (200g) (soaked for 20 - 25 mins) Vegetable Quartet: (you can use any vegetable of your choice) 1 tsp cooking oil 1 medium onion (grated - about 1 cup approx.) 1 medium potato (grated - about 1 cup approx.) 1 medium carrot (grated - about 1 cup approx.) 1 cup cabbage (grated/finely chopped) 1/2 tsp salt, or salt to taste Lentil Blend: 1 inch of ginger (roughly chopped) 4 cloves of garlic (roughly chopped) 1 cup flat leaf parsley OR cilantro/coriander leaves 1/2 cup almond flour/meal (50g) OR whole cashew nuts OR bread crumbs 1 tsp cumin powder 1 tsp salt, or salt to taste 1 tsp black pepper powder 1 tsp cayenne pepper OR Indian red chili powder OR 2 green chilles OR chili flakes 1 tsp garam masala powder (OPTIONAL) Juice of 1 lime OR 1 lemon OR to your taste Final Steps: 1/4 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 cup cooking oil for frying DIRECTIONS: 1. LENTILS Rinse lentils clean. Place lentils in a bowl and soak for 20-25 minutes. Strain and set aside. 2. VEGETABLE QUARTET Prepare vegetable quartet (onion, potato, carrot, cabbage) by grating/chopping. (You can substitute other vegetables if preferred.) Heat a pan (medium-high heat) and add 1 tsp cooking oil. Add grated vegetables into pan. Add 1/2 tsp salt (or salt to taste), mix well, cook out extra moisture (4 to 5 minutes) so the meal won't wind up soggy. Set pan aside to cool. 3. LENTIL BLEND Dab lentils with paper towel to remove extra moisture. Prepare lentil blend friends (ginger, garlic, parsley) by roughly chopping. Measure almond flour, cayenne pepper, cumin, salt, black pepper, garam masala. Halve a lemon or lime. Put all these lentil-blend ingredients into your blender or food processor, squeezing in the juice of your whole lime or lemon. Blend, pausing halfway through to tuck food down with a spatula and help mix it up. Do not blend too much; avoid a "paste" consistency... you want your mix to retain some texture. 4. COME TOGETHER In a large mixing bowl, combine the lentil blend and the vegetable quartet. Add 1/4 tsp baking soda. Mix well. Put a few drops of oil on your hand, and rub hands together. Take 1 to 2 tblsp's worth of the kebab mix into your hand and press into slightly-flattened oval shape (or shape of your choice). (Small oval shapes will make 25 to 30 kebabs.) 5. FRY Heat pan to medium or medium-high heat, and add 1/2 cup canola oil or other cooking oil. Test the temperature of the oil by dropping a small amount of your mixture into the pan. You want it to bubble but not burn. Place your kebabs into the pan and cook for 3 to 4 minutes on each side. Finished sides should be nicely browned. Plate and serve, or use in sandwiches, wraps, salads, appetizers, etc.
Thank you thank you thank you! Made this today. This kebab is ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! Thank you from the bottom of my heart (& tummy). During these times when food prices are high, it is wonderful to come across recipes of this nature that is nutritious and economical! Again, thank you. Philip
When you run to the kitchen out of excitement cus you have all the ingredients 😂 These are SO good! They look quite like hamburger patties once fried. If you've had them before, they are equivalent to Falafels. I didn't have almond flour so i substituted sesame seeds, which gave them a slight smoky nutty flavor. I bet they will be delicious with BBQ sauce. Now i will say, i doubled the recipe so i was quite tired by the time i was and that's how my quarter sized balls happened. I will use them in my kale salad. Thank YOU!
THANK YOU SO MUCH for this delicious recipe....!!! I made some for supper tonight and thoroughly enjoyed.... Beyond my expectations..... It will become a regular for me from now on..... 😍
I made it today for my Vietnamese summer rolls. Instead of using lemongrass bbq pork and prawns, I added this and it was fantastic! Thank you so much for this wonderful recipe .
@ⅰи∂ㄩㄅ360 Cucumber + yogurt = "raita" in India, and is called "tzatziki" in Greece. No mayo, no sour cream, but sour cream sounds like an acceptable variant/alternative.
Red lentil patties are insanely expensive where I live, thank you for this recipe as they are favorites for the vegetarians in my family! I just purchased red lentils for soup but I will definitely try this this weekend!
I did it with normal brown lentils with skin and they came out just as good. I even ommitted the cabbage, didn't have almond flour, so I used a combination of raw almonds and cashews and finely chopped them in the foodprocessor...they were so tasty...
Honestly, you have the best viewer here!! What helpful comments your viewers have written! The variations and additions written in the comments show how versatile this recipe is. My hint: If you don't want to use oil, and don't have an air fryer or any (expensive)Parchment paper, use a baking rack placed on a cookie sheet, then bake in the oven (maybe 375 degrees...guessing here). No oil needed. No Parchment paper needed.
I know this is supposedly lentils but I didn't have any but I really wanted to try this one so I substitute it with white beans. I replaced the parsley with green onions because no one eats parsley in my house and also used oven. Next time I will definitely try this with lentils! It was all gone in minutes. Thanks
Hey you can try it these kebabs with a vegetable mixture, or mashed sweet potatoes as well. You can then roll it in chickpea flour (besan) + flaxseed/peanut powder and simply roast it. That way you can keep it oil free as well

A vegan yogurt based sauce might be nice with them but that is an extra not a necessity. I like another commenter's idea of flattening them out a little and using them as burger patties. I will try that next.
So awesome to hear that! Thank you 😊
Just made it. Thank you!
Ellen Pike thank you for trying this recipe. I am glad you like it!
How did the baked ones compare? Would like to try that myself.
i have black and green lentils. I wonder how that would fare. These cooking videos have been wonderful during these self isolation times :)
Kris Kaul I preferred the baked ones, absolutely delicious, best of luck and happy eating!
Nadja K I am certain that any type of legume will work. Just be mindful of the proportions 😉. Indeed not only are recipes like these nutritional and tasty, but a positive “distraction” during this most nightmarish of times...
@@danzad3524 Thanks so much for the reply- appreciate that.
Mix well
Hi Christina! Thanks for trying this recipe. So glad you liked it. Also, excellent dip 😊
Thanks! So glad you liked it 😊
How did you make your vegan mayo??
Thanks for the celery tip!
I tried it, loved it and my family loved it too. Please keep coming up with wonderful vegetarian recipes like this.
So beautiful 👍👍👍 recipe 👍👍👍👍 yummy 🤤🤤🤤🤤👍👍👍❤️❤️❤️
I tried the recipe, took mushrooms instead of potatoes, and made sunflower flour instread of almond.
It turned out great. Will absolute save the recipe with my vege favorites. Thanks!
I threw in whole toasted walnuts and they came out great, too.
Good Job!
@@sukaynanathani7246 how do you know it's not the same person ?
I noticed something different in this video as well. Instructions are still clear, however the pitch in her voice is a bit different from the other videos...as if she tried to sound a bit more energetic..? Unfortunately, it was a bit annoying to hear as it was a louder/forced. Please don’t change your soft, soothing voice / communication style. I absolutely love your recipes, how objectively you explain them, and especially your soothing calm voice.
Hello 👋 hope you are good 👍 if you are a veggie lover definetively check out my garlic squash recipe and all the other vegan recipes on laura ezeani healthy living youtube channel they are delicious 😋
@@lauraezeanishealthyliving9644 I definitely will! Thank you!😉
I had this recipe saved on my tablet for a while.
Thanks
Kabab recipe is very nice. With masoor dal cabbage and other easily available ingredients such nice kababs is very good item for brekfast.
This is a really excellent recipe from the lady - full of flavour and they stay in one piece! Thank you Madame!
Thank you for this amazing recipe! It tastes great.
Instead of frying, I bake in the oven, air, 180 C, for 40 minutes and they turn out just fine.
I'll try this in air oven..thanks
Absolutely AMAZING flavour!!! Thank you so much for this recipe! Blessings!
So glad you liked it 😊
Thank you so much for this recipe. I made these yesterday. I also baked them instead of frying them. Just delicious! Your directions are very clear. I love all the vegetables. Good as a side dish for dinner, but a great snack with some tea.
Thank you! So glad you liked it :)
This recipe is an absolute win!! I just made these and ate 5! 😲 Will definitely make again!
Thanks! So glad you liked it :)
I made it today just added some fresh mint leaves and chaat masala powder to it ... Very very delicious ❤❤❤
Have u made with same method?
@@ammyfill6221 does it matter?
Thank you for the great recipe. Looks delicious and looking forward to making it. Thanks also for the great tutorial.
Update, I have made these a number of times and it's always wonderful. I sometimes make it with thyme and sage, so it tastes more like a rissole.
Ok, could not wait: cooked them precise same technique, just substituted a leek for the cabbage. Brilliant, totally delicious!😀😍😘
Betty Boop : adding leak is a lovely idea.
Did you cook the lentils first? Is that needed or do you just blend it raw?
@@adeelarazak I cooked them first, about 30 mins.
betty boop Thought so! Thank you
@@adeelarazak Lentils are not pre cooked, they cook during the frying process (pre soak makes for less cook time needed).
So glad you liked it 😊
Looks amazing like a nice alterantive to falafel when you want something more spicy, yummmm
Thank you for sharing this wonderful recipe. Especially it's vegetarian. May God continue to bless you and your entire family,.Good morning.
This is a fabulous recipe, I am trying to wean my husband off meat, he absolutely loves these, thank you 🙏🏽
If you have arthritis and are having difficulty writing down the steps, here's my version, which I hope has no errors.
RED LENTIL "KEBAB"
by Food Impromptu
4 servings
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup red lentils (200g) (soaked for 20 - 25 mins)
Vegetable Quartet: (you can use any vegetable of your choice)
1 tsp cooking oil
1 medium onion (grated - about 1 cup approx.)
1 medium potato (grated - about 1 cup approx.)
1 medium carrot (grated - about 1 cup approx.)
1 cup cabbage (grated/finely chopped)
1/2 tsp salt, or salt to taste
Lentil Blend:
1 inch of ginger (roughly chopped)
4 cloves of garlic (roughly chopped)
1 cup flat leaf parsley OR cilantro/coriander leaves
1/2 cup almond flour/meal (50g) OR whole cashew nuts OR bread crumbs
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp salt, or salt to taste
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp cayenne pepper OR Indian red chili powder OR 2 green chilles OR chili flakes
1 tsp garam masala powder (OPTIONAL)
Juice of 1 lime OR 1 lemon OR to your taste
Final Steps:
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup cooking oil for frying
DIRECTIONS:
1. LENTILS
Rinse lentils clean.
Place lentils in a bowl and soak for 20-25 minutes.
Strain and set aside.
2. VEGETABLE QUARTET
Prepare vegetable quartet (onion, potato, carrot, cabbage) by grating/chopping. (You can substitute other vegetables if preferred.)
Heat a pan (medium-high heat) and add 1 tsp cooking oil.
Add grated vegetables into pan.
Add 1/2 tsp salt (or salt to taste), mix well, cook out extra moisture (4 to 5 minutes) so the meal won't wind up soggy.
Set pan aside to cool.
3. LENTIL BLEND
Dab lentils with paper towel to remove extra moisture.
4. COME TOGETHER
In a large mixing bowl, combine the lentil blend and the vegetable quartet.
Add 1/4 tsp baking soda. Mix well.
Put a few drops of oil on your hand, and rub hands together.
Take 1 to 2 tblsp's worth of the kebab mix into your hand and press into slightly-flattened oval shape (or shape of your choice). (Small oval shapes will make 25 to 30 kebabs.)
5. FRY
Heat pan to medium or medium-high heat, and add 1/2 cup canola oil or other cooking oil.
Bless you.
What a kind soul you Are to go thru’ the trouble of writing this. God Bless you…👌🏽
I'm new to this channel and saw your comment. Thank you so much for taking the time to type everything out. You're awesome 👏🏽 😊
Philip
So awesome to hear that! So glad you liked this recipe 😊
Wow very nice, so yummy and tasty recipe
When you run to the kitchen out of excitement cus you have all the ingredients 😂
These are SO good!
Thank YOU!
Epiphanie Alway
Thinking the same thing (except lemons/limes)
THANK YOU SO MUCH for this delicious recipe....!!! I made some for supper tonight and thoroughly enjoyed.... Beyond my expectations..... It will become a regular for me from now on..... 😍
Fiona Bell- Thank you! So glad you liked it.
I made it today for my Vietnamese summer rolls. Instead of using lemongrass bbq pork and prawns, I added this and it was fantastic! Thank you so much for this wonderful recipe .
Very great recipe u made this look effortless will try making this tomorrow please God. I love any thing with peas
I lov red lentils so this will be great for me to try, thanks for sharing
I will make these with some hot chilli peppers then add cucumber yoghurt sauce for dipping.
Virginia Hoffman, and then you will invite me over and I will bring sweet minty tea
Thanks for the idea about the dip!
@ⅰи∂ㄩㄅ360 Cucumber + yogurt = "raita" in India, and is called "tzatziki" in Greece. No mayo, no sour cream, but sour cream sounds like an acceptable variant/alternative.
Kabas
I made this with a cornflake batter then put them in the oven! Gamechanger! It was so good. Next time I will make them with some pearl barley :)
Namaste. Greetings from the US. Tried this kebab recipe. Simple and savory.
These look great - I will make these over the weekend. Thanks for sharing.
I love how simple these recipes seem 😍
Red lentils are so healthy. Can't wait to try this recipe. Thanks so much. Oh, and very clear instructions.
I cant believe you shaped the kebobs with one hand, amazing. great recipe thanks
I understood every word and these are delicious!!! Thank you!
That way you can keep it oil free as well
Using beans is the original way to do it, anything like that works
Hello I tried the recipe I loved it! Very tasty, I didn't have almond flour so I skipped this part but it was still very tasty, thank you. Looking forward for other recipes.
I made those and they were delicious. Brushed the patties with sunflower oil and baked them in my Philips VIVA air fryer. Additional made a vegan cheese sauce/dip, and green salad. Heavenly meal. Thanks for posting
I was wondering how they would cook up in an air fryer, ty for posting.
I think the sauces would work out really well with this especially for those who want to use it as a finger food.
Exactly my plan 😄🙏
Every item on the menu...
Is terrific...
Specially the musk melon...
Cool....cool....cool....
Just Fantabulous...

You’re welcome! :)
I made them last week and I loved them! I had lots of veggies but because of quarantine I hadn't been able to buy any kind of meat or chicken so I wanted to find something to cook with either rice or lentils and this recipe was just perfect! Greetings from Mexico! :)

Oh wow! Mmm. Looks scrumptious. Well presented...clear, concise, perfect! Can't wait to try this.I will use coriander and add yellow lentils.
wow thank you for this super awesome recipe! the whole family loved it, finished the whole batch in one go. served with boiled potatoes and soy-yoghurt-herb-dip. also baked in the oven for 25 min to avoid all that oil and turned out perfect! always looking for new ways of eating lentils and cabbage!
Tatanen lll - Thank you!
I’m so happy to have found this channel and the lentil kebabs look delicious! I’m going to try them.
Thank you! :)
@@FoodImpromptu Two questions: you only soaked the lentils right? You didn’t cook them? Have you made this with chickpeas?
@@clacicle - lentils are just soaked and not cooked. Chickpeas will work too, soak them overnight.
@@FoodImpromptu Thank you!
A+ on recipe and your beautiful clear instructions. I am now a subscriber and a fan!!
I made them into sausages. Also omit it the oil and cooked them in the air fryer at 400 Fahrenheit for 15 to 20 minutes. Delicious. Thank you for the recipe.
its like the Egyptian tameya (falafel) but we make it with fava beans , delicious recipe thanks 💖
