My brownie keeps coming out looking like a wet sponge. I used all the same ingredients except I swapped out the Iso-Pure for chocolate-flavored Collagen Peptides. Do I have to use Iso-Pure? There's none available in my area.

huh vital wheat gluten. I've not seen that in a store didn't occur to me to buy it. I know a brand somewhat near me makes bagels out of it. WHich I like. I should look into that, since that doesn't upset m stomach (so far) like most normal wheat products
I destroyed my diet since febuary i injured my knee then had a surgery havnt done anythinh no workout no diet pretty much on the couch all day and eating shit junk ..... gained weight and i still need a month recovery . Its going to be soo hard to go back on track but i hope not 😫

@@ginacurry4878 its sooo hard not to , i cant stand in the kitchen i cant do anything other than sitting actually layig down with my leg elevated and eating while being on my phone so thats whats keeping me sane so far . I hope another 2 weeks and atleast ill be able to use my leg as weight bearing and i can start moving around before turning into a hippo

Right? Your recipe says allulose which is one of the healthiest next to that from the stevia plant. Problem is, stevia sours , since it is a sugar alcohol. So no glazes omg stevia sugar glaze tastes the way farts smell

Most people who care to read ingredients on the backs of labels know what the stuff is because we"look it up". It's in every baking aisle of every store. So most people know what it is

Xantham gum and a little baking powder. Maybe add a little almond flour with those but you'd have a flakier , more crumbly brownie. Unless you added more egg

For those looking for a replacement for the vital wheat gluten: I used 15 more grams of protein (35g total) and added 1/2 teaspoon of xanthan gum.
