This basic training for your chest muscles is easy and can be used by anyone (men and women alike), given that all the exercises involve supporting the knees. This way you use only half of your body weight making this weight bearing exercise easy to do. It is therefore recommended for beginners.

Don't give up guys. I started this exercises a couple of times through the past 4 years. And I stumbled and stopped. Until last march I started the exercises from the first level. I only was able to perform the first set. The last six sets I was able to count one push up then fall - that was level 1 -
After 11 months of doing this exercise twice a week.
Today is my first day to become able to do all the sets of level 2 successfully.
I'm very happy guys each one reading this just keep going and it doesn't matter how many times you fail.

Quick tip to all my brothers out there, when i started level 2 after level 1, i couldnt even do the first 8 of each exercise so what i did was since my limit was 8 of each exercise i did 8 of each set and when i could do that the next target was 9 of each set and so on and so on, im at 16,16,16/8,8,8/13/13/13. Don't give up you will achieve just do this every alternate day and eat good food after you exercise. Man im starting to look good XD

Completed this for the first time 6 days ago. Done it twice since then and completed it both times! So you bro's know, its a lot easier mentally to complete it when you know you've done it once! Dont give up!
Keep it going king! You are doing great!!! This work out can be done, I made it. Don't think it's difficult, just do it, start with 6reps first week, 7 reps second week, each week increase by 1 rep. Eventually, you will nail it!!!! Go go go

I'm just being curious... Is there ANYONE who can do this workout, start to finish, properly, doing all of the push ups with the exact same speed as they do them in this video? Like literally.

Its very diffult but effective workout
In the beginning its very difficult to do it completely (try to increase rest time) after training regularly everyone can do it.
man i did level 1 every day of the week except the weekend so 5 days a week , i'm trying to do this too , but 16 reps is a lot
is it just me or level 2 is much more tiring than lv 3?
It even rivalizes with the insane one, only the insane 2 is harder than this.
My chest does not hurt but it is stiff after my work out is does this mean iam doing it right thanks

I want to exercise at home, but I don't have bench chair. Would you recommend to skip that exercise or do it with simple chair...?

i can't do all the reps (ex : first 3 sets 16 reps, second 3 sets 6 reps, last 3 sets 4 reps) so what is better?
1- just do it until it's increase with the time and Attempting,
2- do less reps to make them all equal and increase the reps each time ?
The important thing is not to exceed in the effort and do the reps you can do. The best thing would be to ask a trainer a personalized training plan that allows you to increase the number of repetitions steadily over time in order to advance to the next levels of training.

Who's here during covid19
I've been doing level 1, 2 and 3 for almost 1 year but there are no big results yet. I asked a fitness trainer how often I should do this training per week and I'm doing what he says. He says that I also do the exercises correctly. And all the other workouts I'm doing are great and work very well. So can anybody tell what else I maybe do wrong or what else I can do get a nice chest?
Maybe you are not working hard enough to stimulate the muscle growth or you are not eaiting enough of meat, eggs...
The tird reason may be that you are not getting enough of sleep...

these exercises can build muscle to certain degree. imagine these "level 1-5kg lifting, lv2-10kg, lv3-15kg" if u use 15kg lifting for a year, of coz it won't grow cuz its the same weight. it would only grow if u add the weight like 20kg, 25kg.

How could anyone do pushups wrong? Besides, i do some kickboxing lessons, and i am one of the few people who receive comments on how i do em. I think it just needs time to adapt to the outragous number of them, thats all.

You never feel your chest hurt no matter what type of excersise you're doing, IDK why maybe there are not that many nerves or something, but my chest got pretty big by doing this so it is working the right muscles

Yup he's right. It's not healthy to do the workout every day. Your muscles have to relax for like two days or something. They only build up if they relax.
Marcin Klasa true am 13 now,i started working out since 10,calisthenics,now I got broad chest also abs I combine it with taekwondo now am a black belt,the trainings are easy because I got this on my side.
BTW am using my sister's phone
