Hannah Thanks so much i loved this routine, will be good to do in future both before & and after bicycle rides etc.. Its perfect for me as i have really tight hips. U must apologise i fell out of routine of doing this challenge, lockdown demotivated me a little bit.. So am now in catch up with it.. This is my first day in a week back to my exercise routine, so this will help bring much needed movement.. Will crack on with what I've missed tomorrow.. For now I'm just going to enjoy the lovely feeling this routine has given me. 😊
That was a killer one, but I enjoyed every part of it 😁 felt the insane 🔥🔥 in my legs and my booty! Howevet it was quite challenging for me because I couldn't stand still on my side properly, but I guess I have to work more on that balance 😅 I said this before, but I love this challenge soo much 💖💖💖

hi hannah i love thesethey give that gnawing feeling on the sides of hip n under bums area .. . n in a way they help lower abdomen fat reduction... by the way i reduced a size ... now my by chance small size high waist jeans is fitting a little more n it will get comfy too...ye ye ye. got questions... 1. my knees get pain if i go on all fours for 2 or 3 exercises at a go... my question is is it fundamentally important to do those exercises??? like donkey kicks,or back kicks etc?? for weight reduction? then i will keep trying with pillow otherwise will leave.. 2. often after exercising for 20 mins at a go i start getting clicking sounds on knee joint or elbow or sometime even i can hear my vertebrae clicking... i have no pain no irritation ..my question is ..is it normal?? 3.by any chance if a pain is felt i stop immediately ..but do i apply cold compresses immediately or warm .... what do u suggest 4.for very tight hamstrings should i keep feet dorsi flexed mostly??? or ventriflexed... like ballarina feet. thank u ....
Hi I’m so happy to hear you feel happy with the result. For the questions: 1. Make sure you check with doctors first to know what is the cause for knee pain that you have. Sometimes there are some underlying causes that we didn’t think of and only doctors can help. You don’t have to complete all the exercises in order to do weight loss. Please listen to your body and stop when your body tells you too. 2. It’s not unusual when you hear the popping sound without pain. It causes by carbon dioxide builds up in the joint’s fluid and is releases as a gas bubble. It could be avoided by decreasing the range of motion. 3. I’m not sure what kind of pain do you have to suggest. In general, ice is used for acute injuries or pain (with inflammation and swelling), heat is used for muscle pain or stiffness. 4. In order to stretch the hamstrings, you can keep your ankle plantar flex (90 degrees). And for tight hamstrings, there are different reasons that can cause it. And from some research that I read, it’s possible that tight hamstrings can cause knee pain too. So again, I really suggest you to check with doctor first. Hope it helps!
