    YESSS!!! Good morning sweet Hannah! So pleased to be with you after a wonderful weekend at the Niagara Falls! We were so busy( we took a tour, so we had to follow the group for doing all the activities!), that I wasn't able to practice my routine pilates workouts. So you can understand how happy I am now!!!     Very good Hannah. Yoga s legs up the wall and the optp strap really prepared hips for last third of hip workout!!

    This video was great and I love your channel! It has helped a lot with my work in physical therapy. Do you think you could do a video on *stabilizing* the pelvis and hips? That is one of my biggest goals in my work with scoliosis right now. I love your approach and practice!

    How about pilates for those with bad knees? I injured my left knee ☹️ but i still want to do pilates

      Daniel Lyon s pilates book has list of exercises. Highly recommend floor Barre by Faye Davis, as well as Eyral shirfroni s chair yoga book.

      ....optp.com for double stitched, 8 loop strap for torso and legs. Using this strap and floor Barre will help..
