    Thanks i have done this recipe. It was super easy, and delicious. Some notes: Cut the chicken for small pieces, and bake it in the pan long enough to be sure it is done. When it is 80% add the souce. / i have served it with ramen noodles not with lettuce what was a good idea. thanks again

    Chef? Is there a special reason to use white sugar? I only use brown one. Same question for salt. If possible i use only seasalt w/o flour or other fancy stuf. Thank you 💭🍽👍

    • @HAPPYWOK
      @HAPPYWOK  6 років тому +4

      Brown sugar is also ok. In commercial chinese kitchen, white sugar are easier to scoop than brown one. We seldom use salt since our seasonings are already a bit salty. Thanks for asking and also Thanks for watching

    Please let us know the heat settings besides time when cooking. For example, med hi, or med for 10 min etc. Otherwise i would leave the heating too high or too low then the recipe comes out wrong. Thank you. Great recipe and better cooking instructions versus other videos. Thanks

    Is it just me, or does another cook just love the loud clanging of metal to metal when stir frying? I just love the process. It's almost as good as eating it! It's the best cooking method for ADD cooks. Lots of speed, noise, and excitement!

    Can I use plain flour instead of cornstarch?

    • @HAPPYWOK
      @HAPPYWOK  6 місяців тому

      Not good idea. Cornstarch is better for sealing juice inside the chicken meat . Also necessary for making slurry. Thanks for asking and thanks for watching.

    Can use chinken breast?
    what is them different?
    :)

    • @HAPPYWOK
      @HAPPYWOK  6 років тому +1

      Chicken breast are easy to work with, But I would recommend chicken thigh. Although you need to do extra work by removing bones, but they are the most flavored part of a chicken. They do have marbling fat, between lean meat. Thanks for asking and Thanks for watching.
