- First gym session in 4 months. I feel like I was lazy here, and that I maybe could have gone up to around 145kg. But I saw no sense in killing my self on day one.
Todays training:
X1 max effort bench Press
Pause bench + 125kg - 5x3
Close grip bench + 115kg - 5x4
Muscle ups - 3x4
Weighted chin ups - 3x4
Tricep extensions- 4x8
Rear delt flys - 3x amrap
