Apart from his insane lifts, whats equally impressive about Larry is how humble he is. What a great guy!
Strongmen from what I've seen over the years are the most humble compared to other sports.
The only thing I would say about that is, he goes nuts and yells after bigs lifts. Never saw Eric Spoto do that after doing 700lbs+. Eric was super chill and acted like his heavy lifts were no big deal. So yeah, he's humble up to a point.
@@dakotawolf5155 Fairly certain that is a basic release of energy. I've felt that way after pushing myself during a struggle. Don't think it's boasting or trying to peacock. The body just seems to erupt and vocal release can feel cathartic.

Larry you're the King man love watching your videos you're an inspiration to me thank you Brother
Right on, Larry! Right on! I've been doing leg presses instead of squats for a few months. Squats are difficult due to injuries, but I want to still build muscle. I pressed 895 last week for the first time, which for someone with injuries and mobility issues is a huge deal to me. Last workout, I hack squat just under 400. Both were PRs. I mention this because due to disabilities, I'm forced to take longer breaks in between training days. I lift only twice a week now, and notice because of the more rest in between, my strength has increased dramatically.

Priorities are: Eat, Sleep, THEN lift.
Bud The Cyborg didn’t Arnold say get up at 4 am or some shit
@@Solidsteakx doesnt mean he slept only 4 hrs lol
@@Solidsteakx Arnold said people should learn to "Sleep Faster", and that he only sleeps six hours a day.
Larry > Arnold
One problem with using Arnold as the example is part of the reason sleep is so good for muscle growth is that your body releases growth hormones when you sleep, if Arnold had replacement steroids in his regular stack then maybe he didn't need 8+ hours of sleep.
Of course I'm no expert so I can't say for sure if that's actually possible.
Also, it's not like sleep deprivation prevents protein synthesis altogether, it just slows you down. Arnold probably just gave up around 10% of his potential if he only slept 6 hours a night through his career.
Or maybe he was just telling people to sleep less because he was in a motivational video about getting more done with your life and not specifically talking to a bunch of weight lifters.
Some people have a gene that let's them sleep 6 hours and feel fully rested, most people need 8, you can go online and read about it. Mark wahlburg gets up at 3am every morning, but he goes to sleep at 7, you need to get the hours in 💪🏼💪🏼
Yeeeeaah, i know that cause When I start sleeping 8 hours, my body started growing faster :')
