I'm so happy you posted this I was very nervous to ask you to post a dorm tour because it was too invasive but thank you because thats a big deal lifestyle
Great video and glad to come across another person who experienced the dorms at a somewhat older age. I'm currently looking to join the Air Force at age 30/31 and have been curious about some of the dorm setups.
I enlisted in the Army Reserves in 2018 to help me get through college and pay off my student loans. I have a little under 2 years left on my contract and I am thinking of going Active Duty for four years just so I can have that experience and when I get out I will be entitled to the Post 9/11 GI Bill so I can get my MBA for free. Kinda wish I went Air Force, but everything happens for a reason. (:
Yes everything does happen for a reason! I really don’t know anything about the dynamic within the Army but, everybody that I’ve met that has switched to the Air Force from Army says the camaraderie is a lot better in the Army.
My job is Command & Control Battle managing operations…basically all the jobs within this career field are centered around controlling aircraft in war time..Yes, this was my first in state base…I’m here until they decide to send me somewhere else lol but for at least 3 years.

@@AlisaNicole was this your first choice?
How are you liking Active Duty?
The biggest adjustment has been being away from friends and family, but once I got through all of my training it’s really been like a regular 9 to 5.
This is still unacceptable housing for single enlisted.
Are civilians allowed in the dorms?
my question too
