Looks like the new dorms medical lived in back in 2006. I was in the maintenance dorms on E ave and liked those better, since I never needed to see my room mate only sharing a bathroom.
Planning on joining the Air Force when I am older, I am currently 15 years old. I wish to be able to be stationed here, because I used to live in Ogden Utah and I love it!
Great video ! I just got my orders and will be there mid April , I will be living on base in the dorms and I wanted to know if they have any restrictions when it comes to leaving base due to covid , are fish the only pets allowed in the dorms and are we allowed to stay off base like to go camping for a weekend without it be considering taking leave or is there some sort of curfew ?
No restrictions, you're 100% allowed to leave base. There's no curfew, you can go as you please. Some people who live in the dorms but have family here will go stay with their family on their off days. The only thing they ask is that you don't have anyone staying the night in your dorms or living in the dorms with you. Other then that, they're not strict at all.
Hi! Love the video! Thank you for sharing and thank you for your service! 🇺🇸 i enlisted in Army and at BCT I got injured and got discharged. Looking to re enlist in The AF. I’m 27! How does the housing work? Are you able to rent & live off base at E-3?
Everyone that came with me or after me were put in these dorms. If you got thrown in the old dorms then I guess they had no available rooms and you were just unlucky🤷🏾♀️ There's nothing inaccurate, it's just a tour of the dorms.
I like it, not enough to want to stay here long though. I live off base, but on base there is nothing. It's a big base but most of it is just land. It's a lot of outdoor things to do such as hiking, camping, skiing, snowboarding, ice fishing, going to the hot springs, horseback riding in the mountains. If you like to go to bars, where I live, Ogden, is the best place to go off of 25th street. I just say venture out to different cities such as Salt Lake City or Moab. It's a lot of little unique things to do.
If you’re putting Wyoming #1 I guarantee you would get that. We are starting to get more new airmen coming in so you stand a good chance of getting Hill.
@@carsuuun5237 Well from personal preference, i don't prefer neither lol but it all depends on your preferences. Being SF, Hill is primarily law enforcement and FE Warren is nukes. That's something to consider too. I will just say Hill is one of the better bases, it wasn't my preference but it could be a lot worse.
Security Forces is the worst job in the Air Force... Dont wish for it... you'll get it once you drop out of any other tech school. SF is all re-hash/dropouts from other fields. SF does make promotions FAST.. only because so many people leave the AF after only one term. Suicide rate is really high for SF also.
Thank for the video! This will become my first duty station on Wednesday and I was curious how the dorms would look.
I like watching army videos like this. Thanks for joining the army & serving our country.
Eddie White You’re welcome, I am proud to be serving in the U.S. Air Force❤️
@@beneshap love the restraint! Thank you for reminding me to stay professional.

Also that furniture is from the 90s! They had the same beds and desks at the dorms at Wurtsmith in 1991.

Omg! That's where I live & I love it!
I’m from Utah! Can’t wait to join in March!
That’s what’s up! Good luck with joining!
Dang I love that intro

I'm actually going to upload a video on that soon! Yes, I live off base as an E-3. I was able to move out of the dorms early because I'm older.
OMG! I am so mad with Trudi and Lois for not inviting me and my boo! 😪🤨😕
Inaccurate video, you will likely be shoved into the old dorms when you get here like me🤣🤣
This girl lucky as fuckkkkkkk

what am i going to do with a twin size bed and i’m 6’4😂 “embrace the suck”
What’s the likelihood that I get stationed at hill? Probably putting hill #2 and Wyoming #1.

Would you be willing to sponsor 3 Airmen PTDYing here?

That was actually going to be the next video I post. People ask me about Security Forces all of the time.
