How do you get to that side of the rocks? I've been fishing the baby pier for over 30 years and did t know you can fish there.
Just cross island way and turn right, free parking at the ends of each side of the island as well as the south side

You need a license to fish where I am fishing including the ocean enhancement license. You can fish from the pier or jetties without a license
