I find that with skipping keeping your feet lower when jumping makes it easier/more efficient. As in not jumping too high. And also making sure your arms are tucked into your body. There is a UA-cam channel I think it’s called the jump rope guys that show good technique. And also type of rope matters a lot. They recommend using a weighted jump rope. You are doing so amazingly. So proud of your progress so far 🤗

I would advice you to do 1000 skips 200×5 that would help you but , listen to your body too , don't give up

I don’t know if you were serious about giving you advice, but I’ll leave some here regardless. You can look this up; cardio is NOT an affective way of losing weight. Cardio is amazing for heart, and needed for longevity. However, it does near nothing for losing weight. Weight training, and restricting calories will make you lose weigh significantly faster. It’s all about increasing your NEAT: Non-exercise activity Thermogenesis. You want to increase how many calories you burn doing nothing; non exercise activities such as sleeping.
Also, do NOT take any supplements that are advertised as “Fat Burner.” Besides steroids, there isn’t a Fat Burner that exists. Don’t get discouraged though, it’s possible, and wanting to improve physical health is amazing. Just remember, mental health is as important as physical, take care of yourself mentally as well.
Oh wow that was amazing I wasn’t expecting that, thank you. In terms of my activity altogether I’m doing 1 day skipping, 1 day arm weight training and 1 day legs weight training and 1 day rest. This month specifically though I’m skipping for my cardio. So I think activity wise Im covered so fingers crossed I get results. Thanks for the tips and insight they were brilliant 🤗🤗
Cardio is an effective way to lose weight, who the hell told u it wasn’t ? Jumping rope is the most efficient cardio out there, I lost 57 pounds jumping rope and I’ve been jumping rope for eight months now and I’m STILL continuing my journey to lose 40 more pounds. All you have to do is stay consistent and follow a calorie deficit

@@njambikim434 5-6 days a week, 60 minutes to 2 hours a day. It’s important to know that if your a beginner take it slow and only jump rope for 10-15 minutes a day 30 seconds in 30 seconds out. Remember to rest, (prioritize eating mainly a calorie deficit), have a proper stretch routine and warm up, and listen to your body. And remember to lift, You got this! 💯🤝
