How to mount LED backlights to a monitor - Reduce eye strain and make your desk setup look awesome!

I've been upgrading my home office/UA-cam studio these last couple of days and decided to add some LED strip lights to the back of my Dell curved widescreen monitor to reduce eye strain and to generally make my studio space look awesome. What tape u use?

To re-stick the LED strips I actually re-used the same tape that originally came with the LED strips. If you mean the tape that I used to secure the power and IR cables, I used clear parcel tape.
