I partially tore my medial lingament 10 months ago which means I can't do any kneeling poses. I am so glad that you have posted no kneeling yoga videos since normal yoga is too strong for me at the moment due to my knee issues

Thank you these are great classes to do before work, love to see some more knee classes as I have an autoimmune that’s destroying my knee cartilage rapidly I’m only 51 so way too young for knee replacements 😊

Wow wow wow! I love this! Thank you so so much! I have a lot of problem in my hips and muschles around with uneveness because of jumping on ceiches for 3cmonta 5 years ago and I can geel how my body turns to one side all the time so this was so good stretch and workout. Thanks for this, it's helping me during a flare up too. I'm having a total knee replacement and I'm wondering if you can give us a session to do early on to gently stretch so we don't stay muscle tight and bed stiff in the first few weeks?

Can you give us some exercises that don't require getting on the floor? Because of knee pain, I can't kneel as part of getting up from the floor, and because I'm recovering from a wrist fracture, I can't put pressure on my wrist to get off the floor. Help!
The exercises that are done of the floor in this video could be modified to be done in bed so no need to get on the floor. We also have several knee friendly videos on our channel and plus a chair routine and all standing routines. Keep up the good work!
Thankyou for not speaking to us old and injured like we are 5 year old morons. Lower back and right meniscus injury. Broken ankle on the other side. 73 year old cattle producer (hence the injiries) coming out of 2 years of Covid. Formerly in good working shape. Thanks. Haha! Down to the ground however you want to do it. It ain't pretty!

Thank you Melissa. My knees feel good. Sometimes being gentle is not easy. In fact gentle helps to ease into the pose. Breath is also a key component. ❤️
