I think one of the reasons why people are hesitant to buy Chinese cars here, apart from political ones, is simply that they are new brands in our markets. What is the dealer network like? Will they still be around in five years' time? What will the secondhand value be? No idea. Buyers who take these questions into condsideration, will probably often go for more established and well known car makers.
How fast can you go in the rain? Auto pilot make sure safety.

Tesla also doesn't go to night mode on the screen when entering a tunnel. Incredibly dumb IMO. The auto dimming is way to slow also, so I also feel a bit blinded in tunnels in my Model Y
Ooof, the system not switching to dark mode inside a tunnel would bother me. Way too much light

no, I asked, they don't know yet when it will come. Really tempted to buy this car, nice, but hasn't had a sedan for 30 years. The trunk opening is not that convenient. And there were quite a few sw bugs. Which one could end up being stuck with, but likely not likely. But I will test it.
@@royborgersen8092 yeah I also expect G6 not sooner than late 2024 as it's off the new "cost effective" platform. Shame, as I want that size/format.
It's a quite nice car for the price, they just need to fine tune it a bit.

Nope. ET7 is a lot bigger and more luxurious than P7.

@@danielstefanovic2604 More luxurious by a bit. But G9 is way more efficient and faster charging. The G9 performance has like 1k customizable modes from a soft GLE to a sporty Cayanne. EL7 just has a few modes.
Also G9 has 2-3 cm deeper leg room. EL7 and all NIO have a high floor for the battery swap. If you are 2m, then your knees will be way up in a NIO.
Plus this one got 2 lidars and now comes with 7 year warranty and lower price than old P7
Lidars are not in Europe version for now. Europe doesn’t allow city ADAS, which is what lidars are for. This one has radar, mm-wave, uss, enough for highway assisted driving.
Are people in Norway actually buying these Chinese EVs ? seen maybe a couple in the many videos of bjorns I have watched
Some but tesla still rules with model y.
MG sells best among the chinese, g9 will problaly sell good.
Quite a lot of them. MG, Xpeng, BYD, Hongqi, Nio, VOYAH, Maxus, Seres, JAC. I would say Nio is the best of them (exept this Nomi assistant).

why buying an unknown brand with little service stations across Europe if you get a M3 or MY with supercharger network for a similar price ? Things may change with time, but for for now only MG did it right by offering significant better value for money.
Because the build quality is better and M3/MY are ugly

ABCSLIC(Always be Chinese Slowing down in curves.
All china cars slow downs on curves, its stupid. They dont fit the software to the EU users when it comes to driving.
