@@Saffire96 the subconciois mind is powerful. This is something that I picked up in that "Split" film when the psychologist talked about how each alter has certain characteristics and even illnesses.
For example; the host might have been stung by a bee and is allergic to bees so the body begins to flare up with an allergic reaction. When the first alter comes through, the body begins healing itself, as this alter does not believe they were stung by a bee, only the host.
The body and mind are truly connected and the body responds to the perspective of the mind.
So the "left handed" thing really interested me. I think D.I.D. is such a fascinating thing.
Meet and greet idea for ed! People leave bottles of wine in a local Welsh park! Leave and go home! Ed arrives later with gaz to collect said bottles with cute notes on them, staying away from people and keeping his introverted heart wine happy XD

This video genuinely had me crying. When Ed says he was hurting and would do negative things because of his pain, and his lovely husband told him he can do that in a positive way that not only was better but made Ed feel better. I can’t imagine how much happier Ed is now. I love you guys 😭😭😭

When Ed said Jamie has helped him channel his need to please in other ways my heart lit up. I’m so happy that Ed’s reached a place that he isn’t letting the trauma control him. And the fact that Jamie has helped him just made all the mushy feels❤️
The fact that Ed puts make-up on because he feels the body looks good with it is ADORABLE. And he’s growing more comfortable with the camera and I’m SO proud of him!!!

Ed, you've done such a massive work with your own personal development, I'm very impressed. And I'm very happy for you that you've managed to turn your trauma behaviour into something that makes you happy! You've really made me think today about my own trauma issues (I have complex PTSD), and if there is anything of all that's rattling around in my brain that I can turn into something positive. Ive always thought something like "if the alter feels like a male or is a certain way then why dont they dress how that looks" and ed put it perfectly here and it gave me a different perspective. That was that its up to the alters to respect the body in the form that the host or main fronting alter has to feel the best in. Thats beautiful.
I love everything about this. Ed being so much more comfortable in front of the camera. Showing systems can have families and function in life. Showing “bad” alters are like that for a reason, exist for a reason and can be so much more than just “bad.” Fable being a lovable little shit. Evie being an absolute angel. Gaz being the ball of fun that he is. And of course, Ed himself. Such a lovely human being that deserves all the love.
Thank you for being so open about this. Eds help our alters understand better our Persecutors and helps our Persecutors feel more comfortable growing in who they are. Shes grown alot in the last couple of months and can really relate to Ed's experiences, so thank you.

Is there ever any jealousy that exists in Ed or Jamie over the intimate relationship that Gaz has with them since Ed and Jamie are married yet Gaz has the physical relationship with Jess's body and Ed or Jamie may be out at those times. I hope that makes sense 👍
Stacie Hostetler seems they’ve all talked it out. Jamie and Gaz will also be intimate as well. But I’m sure it’s a complicated issue that each system has to sort out.
Well.. typically systems talk out these things with their partners. Like Nin, Her relationship is with just Nan.. kyle and Jeremy are together also.. so when another altar shows up, they stop with the loving relationship and it turns into more of a friendly mutual relationship. Naturally the partners would still care for each other and the system (with correct communication) would know who that person is. But they’re not going to act on those feelings while someone else is fronting in the body. Doing something to jess would not necessarily effect the other altars in the same way.. it’s the same difference with dating and physical touch. Altars need to have a mutual understanding about what’s going on or it could cause a lot of internal issues.

Thank you for sharing this and yourself. Working through positive and healthier outlets for ours right now, there isn't a lot of information or positive support that we've been able to find for persecutors so this video means a lot.
