That was my question too, especially when I heard the three parent tech, because I totally predict that's coming (came up with the idea for a story set in the future based on some news reports and scientific studies I researched about a year ago).
@@marq6929 In mice they have done female/female reproduction successfully over more than one generation, but they haven't succeeded in creating a healthy male/male/female ovum offspring yet. But the science is there and it's pretty cool! We just have to wait and see what the future brings!

Yeah. It has been a while since ive watched them so when Ollie would speak i was like, "wait which alter is this? I don't remember this voice!" Idk if Ollie's voice has gotten deeper but i thought i remembered it slightly more high pitched. I'll have to go watch old videos to compare

I think you NEEDED that chance to be raised right. and you gave that to yourselves via Ed, Jamie, Jess & Jake to Ollie. I think that and the specialist care laid the foundation for you to be able to finally move on from the pain and trauma.
seeing Ollie grow up and be raised how you should have been (with safety & unconditional LOVE!!!) was something your brain NEEDED to heal. and I believe that Ollie gave you more hope? faith? that you COULD be a GREAT parent(s) to your girls as you had somewhat already parented someone.

My 14 year old part used to have a crush on you (Ollie), when you were 14 too. He can't age, so that was never gonna work anyway. Thinking about it now, it was maybe because he saw so much similarities between you and him. For us it's weird you've grown. Like it was ages ago, but our parts don't age the way you do.

@SilverAnimeWolf 2.0 Well, speaking from someone in our own system, aging doesn't really seem to happen by choice, an alter either ages or they don't, we can celebrate a day as their birthday, but they don't necessarily age unless it's natural for them to do so, I guess it all depends on the system.
@SilverAnimeWolf 2.0 we tried that with a 7 year old alter because he was sad he doesn’t age. He still doesn’t age but we give him a birthday party sometimes because he liked it. Sometimes you need to celebrate just existing

There is a fully functioning world in Jess' head with people and schools and jobs. None of them know that they are not in a real physical place or that Jess even exists but they are living their lives. That's intense.
Exactly. Who's head are we living in? Who's body am I fronting in sometimes that I cant remember? The brain is wild man.

@@lj0727 I actually just had a mind blowing moment when Ollie said he felt like the inner world was real and that this world was Jess´world and that he just came out to help her sometimes. I have these dreams that are always in the same setting where I just pop in to help this woman with difficult situations. Something i always happening and I come there to sort things out and then i leave (wake up). Waking up from those dreams I always feel like I have just visited a paralell universe cuz it´s so real. For a second when Ollie said that I thought "Is this world real? Or is this that womans inner world and I sometimes front to help her?"
And then another thought came to mind, is everything connected? Are there school mates in ollies school in the inner world that front for other people in this world?
My mind is spinning so much watching this.
I'm Buddhist, and the Buddha actually addressed things like DID, transgender, dysmorphia - they were just called "worlds" inside us. He spoke of how we're born with unalterable latent karma, and through our actions and choices, we develop karma. So life is about making the best possible choices for everyone involved. Including honoring all the different "worlds" within you. Like, you never ignore the worlds inside you, you listen because some of those voices are from the universal wisdom all souls contain from the creation of the universe. We're just shattered pieces of the whole universe, striving to become one with it again. So I've always wondered, does each alter in DID have its own soul, or do all the shattered pieces share one soul but experience it differently and make different choices? Do alters have different latent karma? Can alters create their own unique karma, and does it affect the birth person?

I don't even see you all as a part of Jess really, i just view you all as you all, including Jess. You are smashing the stigma to pieces and the world is all the better for it. Oh my god... and then what if in each inner world, each individual also had an inner world of their own? Maybe some know about it, maybe some don't... essentially making there an infinite number of inner worlds, and also having each inner world as it's own outer world as well. My mind can hardly comprehend it.

I love hearing about your inner world. At first it was so hard for me to wrap my mind around the idea that you guys don’t realize you are alters while on the inside, but it kinda makes sense when I think of it like a very vivid dream. Even in a vivid dream, you generally don’t realize that it’s not real and that you have a “real” life in the waking world, but when you’re awake you’re able to view your dream life correctly. I’m sure this only skims the surface of the experience, but it helped me conceptualize it. It’s so interesting and it warms my heart to think that you love your life so much ♥️ I also wish we could see jake’s movies so badly! Can you give us some plot lines?

@@MinieAnneThat's not true really.. I think you're thinking of 'lucid' dreaming instead of vivid when defining the ability to be conscious while dreaming. You can still have a vivid dream, and not been aware you're dreaming at the time.

To be completely honest, I’m still shocked that these are a handful of completely different separate people. Like the more i think about it the more i want to fly over there and meet them all. Ed is my 13 year old spirit animal. like he looks so cool! Those days were so carefree i miss it. Now i have a job I hate and im tired all the time. Everytime i move my hips pop and my knees hurt and it hurts... Im only 20.... Okay maybe its cuz im overweight i need to work on that but damn ive been the same since 2018 so idk its just weird how our bodies change so fast.

They actually spoke about this, I think on a live stream? Jess doesn't see or interact with the inner world. She goes into a "dark void," I believe it was described as, and the alters refer to it as her sleeping or being in the dark room. It seems like there's nothing in there, but Jess has come back with fragments in tow and fragments have come out from in there on occasion. This is all just my recollection of their words, though, so I may've worded it differently than they do

If Eds going by his day in the inner world how does it feel like for him when hes about to front? Does he go through a portal or is it like he goes to amnesia/falls asleep in the inner world and wakes up in Jesses body or that hes near her?

I'm not new to the idea of DID and I consider myself fairly informed from your videos, other videos, and my ex girlfriend with DID (11 personalities was a big jump for me to start learning, and videos like this improve my relationships with all of them). if the alters don't know they're alters when their in the inner world does it work like the silence from doctor who where if you're fronting then you go back to the inner world and forget about ever being a part of a system then when you front again you remember everything, both inner world and real world memories?

Mackenzie Brisbin Jess or Jaimie talked about this once and said it was one of Ed’s roles since intimacy was a big insecurity for Jess. I would imagine then, they all are fine with it since it’s one of his roles.
I should imagine it works like a polygamous relationship would, so ed is married to Jamie but can still be romantically involved with Gaz. Then, as a previous person said, Jess is okay with ed having a relationship with Gaz because that's his role

It's weird because as the host I have always known about the inner world. I used to call it my daydream land (I used to think severe dissociation was daydreaming) and I used it as escapism.
Hi guys ! I discovered this channel recently and I have to say that I am fascinated by your story. I have a question for the alters about the inner world (I mean all of you can answer, Jake, Jamie, Ed or Ollie).
I know that when you are in the inner world, you have no idea that the outside world exist. But is there some sign you can remember when an other alter is "fronting" ? I mean when someone is fronting, is he passive, inactive or he just act normal like is in the inner and the outside world at the same time ? I don't know if it make any sense and if you can remember of that ^^

Jake talked about it in his 2 hr video. Said that it's basically a void area, like the area separating the inner world and outer world, where the alters can't go. He mentioned that that's also where they find fragments.

@@yannah5198 It's not really scary, it's was just a bad explanation lol. So, think of purgatory. It's not bad or good, just a place (supposedly) between heaven and hell. Well, the area Jess goes is similar, it's inbetween and very few are/go there. The way Jake (and Jess) have discribed it I think of like, the cliché of watching home movies in a dark room with a big, old project and film. However, in this case the "home movies" are actually Jess's memories, but she doesn't control what plays,and the "room" is very very large.

Okay, So Ollies inner world, doesn't know Jess exists or knows about the real world. But ollie's real world knows what the inner world is like and knows Jess. So is inner world Ollie a different Ollie than real world ollie? They must be if they aren't sharing memories of who jess is or the real world. This just got so much more confusing.

Also, id love to know if someone with DID needs to consume more calories to not be deficient. Just thinking burns calories, stress, anger, fear, sadness crying etc burn a lot of calories so I'm wondering with all the amazing things in the inner world drains jess? I hope im making sense lol but basically the more you think and daydream the more calories you can burn so does it stand to reason that having multiple ppl thinking and "day dreaming" (kinda) in the inner world would burn a lot of energy and calories that would need to be reimbursed, refilled.... if im getting thid wrong i apologise ahead of time lol sorry guys 😊
I don't think so. The inner world isn't explicitly connected to the outer world in the way of energy and whatnot. At least not anyone's that I've ever known. When they front, they front the same one body. Ollie I have a question, you touched on time being the same but I wondered: do the seasons change the same way or is the inner world weather fairly consistent?
So glad someone else makes sims of innerworld 😅 also your videos inspire me. My system and I just started doing that and it gives us something to bond over considering we can all achieve Co consciousness at the same time a lot (does anyone else have that? Co consciousness without any feeling of anxiety or whatever ? Like a constant presence of them a lot of times in the day... or one of them almost always co conscious with you??)

You, Ollie, just said something that kinda blew my mind. ( I paused at 25:38 to write this.) You said that the inner world felt like your world and that this world was Jess´and that you just felt like you sometimes had to come out to help her.
I have these dreams sometimes, just like pop-dreams where I am suddenly in a place and I have to take control of stuff. It´s always the same place, same surroundings and same people around and in the dream I feel like I am in this other womans body and I´m just there to manage a situation. Last time there was an emergency over there when they were repairing a house and I came there to finish the job cuz it was absolute chaos. And when the job was done the dream ended and I woke up.
Afterwards I always feel like I had just visited a parallell universe.
I don´t think it´s the same as with you, cuz that would mean that THIS world is the inner world of the other woman. lol. But these dreams make me able to relate to what you are saying.

I actually want to answer this question in regards to my system. Some of us can influence the headspace. My mom is actually the one in charge of the Main Space region (where most of the daily things happen). We often have to call her to the main space so she can change the layout of there is a new alter.
