    I'm a bikram yoga addict but given all going on cannot attend local classes. I found your videos a few days ago and have done a handful. GREAT! Love them, just what is needed in these times. I was a bit hesitant about the wall work but I see how it really draws your attention to these certain posture and alignment issues. Thank you for doing these videos!

    This was an awesome practice! I don't usually use the wall, or blocks, but I've been trying to expand my practice recently and let go of the ego to make my posture and yoga better. Exactly what I needed!

    Great Tim thanks, it really makes a difference using the wall. I actually do that with my classes when I teach them Tadasana. I get them to hold Tadasana against the wall and then walk away trying to keep that same alignment, they look like marching soldiers :) Stay safe, we're in total lock-down here in Wales too, thank goodness for the yoga.     Loved the way you described the cactus pose by saying to lead forward with the heart as well as up! For the first time I didn't feel like I scrunching my neck. Thank you!

    Thanks Tim. I did find the poses against the wall really helpful. I would love to see more videos like this. I am pretty new to yoga and am not very flexible but found your videos to be extremely helpful. My body feels so much better whenever I do one of your videos. Thank you!!!!

    I found the wall work quite challenging, but probably just what I needed (now let's see if I can walk tomorrow). Like many people, I am stuck in COVID-19 lockdown (I'm healthy, but stuck at home), so these thoughtful and tough-minded practices are a blessing. Thanks so much.

    This was brilliant. Really felt the alignment and ability to open into poses rather than sink into them. Think the twisted triangle was the best I have ever done it. Felt really open and spacious. Thanks.💫👍

    How I loved the slow flow in this practice as it gave me precious time to delve into that wall :-). The wall theme itself throughout the practice was really meaningful.
    To get down into the body during these turbulent times on our Planet
    Earth and to constantly having to relate to and adjust the body accordingly to your instructions, was such a bliss and so soothing for the soul! I will repeat this sequence - also this one :-).

    I have learned so much from all your videos I've watched. (30?) Loved the leg up the wall elements of this particular video. I've been taught that before but your clear words and demonstration made the benefits really sink in. It's very helpful to watch you practice and work within your limitations, which I've never seen you struggle to go beyond. That's in no way intended as shade. You're obviously super adept. For me, I'm always trying to break through and surpass my own physical boundaries (tight hips and shoulders - like most of us humans) and maybe that's not the most important element. Thanks for all the inspiration, guidance and wisdom.

      Thank you for sharing Carl! Totally, I have limitations and had to learn to work with them and I encourage all my students to do the same. The wall class is super helpful in waking up certain muscles that need to engage in order to keep me supported and safe while practicing yoga.

    LOVE the wall work. So challenging and engaged my whole body. Also, love the legs are the gateway to the spine. Never heard that before. Would love to hear more about that.

      Thanks! Oh yah, most people just think of the spine in a vacuum, but the legs hips and pelvis dictate the health of the lumbar

    I liked this workout. After 3 to 4 weeks of inactivity my body was not feeling good thanks to everything going on with this virus in South Korea. It totally through me off schedule with my lovely joints cracking. Hopefully, now I can get back into the swing of things.

    Hi Tim, thanks for this lesson. I sweated and struggled but it made me feel good. Working against the wall for certain asanas is definitely helpful for posture. I saved it in my collection to repeat it. I train every day and in lockdown times, doing yoga is a great help.

    Thanks Tim, I have been following you for about a year and the practice has really been fantastic. With a busy stressful job and 3 young kids, it's amazing to start the day with some quiet time on the mat. Given that so many families are stuck at home, any chance you can put together a video or 2 aimed specifically for kids? 10-20 minutes, a little slower with plenty of explanation and time to get into the poses (and of course, plenty of dad jokes).       Right on! It beneficial to do these poses at the wall so when you are doing them in the middle of the room you can start to work those muscles too.

    Thank you for a new way to do Yoga. The “against the wall” was much harder than I imagined it to be. Surprise! I’d like more of that as well as more 45+ min sessions. This is really great way to ground myself with “social distancing” currently going on.

    Wow! What a practice. If we're all in isolation in the weeks ahead, I'm going to keep coming back to this. Thanks Tim. Loved it so much that in these uncertain times with people at home and maybe not used to practicing at home (why not???) I shared you on Twitter for the #stayhomechallenge More people will feel better mentally as well as physically if they find a way to practice.

    Loved the slow workout today. It gave me time to go in the pose, hold, feel and correct it. I like the way you give tips for the correct posture. Thank you and would love such workouts! I m going to repeat this many many times.
