Hi Tim, my psoas, outer hip, hamstrings, chest and shoulder, glutes, forearms, energetic pathways and breast awareness are all warmed up and activated. I’m feeling ready for the morning and not overworked for my evening practice. I got a bit lost on my back, but maybe it’s because my kids had woken up by then. Thanks for the practice, I’d love an extended version of this practice with variations of each pose. Nicely well rounded.

I remember the first video of yours saying no judgement. It's ok to not jam yourself. My balance is horrible and normally would get frustrated and just quit. I feel like I have permission to take a break and stop trying to control everything. I love resting in child's pose if my body is not able to move the way I want
Right on! Pushed me a bit a went a few breaths longer on a couple poses then I've done in a while but that was great to kick it back up a bit. Feeling in the sweet spot of energized and not worn out. Time to get my daily allotted time outside and walk around! Thanks as always for the videos and your jokes. Had me laughing in down dog :)
