Thanks again, Tim. I appreciated your instruction to "feel the pose from the inside of the body" rather than "seeing" it. Great to have a 2/3 practice -- especially while so many of us are sheltering in place.
I loved the emphasis on the back side of the body. Locust is not my strong suit. I TOTALLY agree about these love stories. They are all insane!!! Hallmark channel has a bunch of lunatics on it! LOL I really appreciate the level 2/3. Thanks so much!!

Tried to do this video with a cold and it definitely made balancing difficult...will need to try it again when the congestion is gone! I enjoyed the video regardless though. I like these level 2/3 classes. Thank you!

This was such lighthearted and fun practice. I laughed, I smiled, I feel full of positive energy. I love the way you interact with the audience Tim. Keeping being the way you are :) And I really enjoyed the cool down in this one. Very natural and gentle.
Love these tangents of sharing about the movie he saw and his perspective on it (looking beyond the Hollywood romance narrative we are fed where most would Just moooo moooo with the herds).
These shares are actually perfectly in line with Sensei Tim’s pedagogical praxis which is to talk with - not at - us students when he instructs. 😻 👏

I did my best with this practice, can't do arm balances yet but if I don't practice I'll never get there. On the other had my calcific tendinitis has come back in my right shoulder and it is agony but I'm still cutting down my tramadol, I'll be down to two a day from tomorrow! If you have any tips on anything I can try to help my shoulder, I'd really appreciate it. I know you've had shoulder trouble so you might just be the very guy who can help me, it wouldn't be the first time that your practices have helped me. Thanks Tim, love and light 🧘♂️🧘♀️💜

I enjoyed the warrior flows and twists, and especially liked the arm balances. I'm glad you included locust, which isn't my favorite, but I'm committed to doing it every day to increase my back strength. I'm a big fan of handstand practice, too!

I enjoyed this but the arm balances are beyond my skill level at the moment - need more practice. Cold -1 at the edge of Exmoor in Devon in the UK today. Thank you Tim. Good to have an hour's class. Namaste.
I’ve always agreed about the plot of that movie. 100% in your camp here.
I love this practice. In december i found the arm balances difficult. Tonight, 2.5 months later, i could comfortably do crow. The other arm balances were definitely better but needs way more strengthening. Wow. I am so pleased. Thank you for literally changing my life and my self belief. X

Loved that little gem of an armbalance, loathed standing split (though its clear I need those like bread lol)
Well sequenced and slowish pace with some finetuning in the poses.
Some classes are too slow for me (maybe it depends on the level of the class..?) ..this one felt great and like it had an appropriate pace for the instructions altho moving slow/mindfully.
Loved how you ended with some meditation before savasana (as well as included savasana!)

Hello Tim I suffer from anxiety and panic attacks more than 15 years.. Can you please suggest yoga routine for anxiety that I can do daily?
You should try the 30 day challenge. have you started that yet?
This is great! Just needs a little more instruction on breath and maybe give extra time in down dog for those taking vinyasas, I can’t do one in 5 seconds!
Love this practice Tim! I still can't do the arm balances (am currently doing the Arm Balance series in the CMC though), but maybe someday! I enjoyed your Titanic commentary as well! :-) (I'm pretty sure I'd be suicidal too if I were engaged to that dude...... :-))

That titanic tangent reminded me of Romeo and Juliet. It's equally as creepy if you think about it - they fall in love after only seeing one another once. They don't know each other. Then decide to run off and get married anyway and end up dying over it because their families disapproved. Also Juliet was only like 14! It's not romance it's creepy haha. Also this practice was fantastic and I wished it was longer when I got to the end. Namaste

Sorry to not like this video as much as some of your others. I enjoy them more when there is an uninterrupted flow and less talking especially about "stuff" like the Titanic. For me it breaks the meditative, calming energy that I like to get from a yoga practice and turns it into an "exercise" video. I have really enjoyed the 30 day Challenge and other videos that you have put out and have learned a lot and really appreciate all that you do. Thanks Tim.
