I got a new TV and man, Tim, your teeth are white. Whiter than the whites in your eyes! Maybe it’s the new tv or maybe your tan, but they are white enough to picture as the bright white light in my third eye chakra. Loved this practice. Namaste 🙏
I like to intercalete between strength classes and flexibility classes and do one classe of pranayama and meditation once a week, or when I feel like. You are doing a great work as always. Continue to follow your instinct 🙏
As a yoga teacher, I do understand how important it is to balance between strength and flexibility, effort and ease, engagement and relaxation, especially in this uncertain period. Hope more people can join this mindful journey with us. I deeply appreciate your lovely intention and dedication!
Thank you! Please don't stop making these videos. Truly helping us survive this time of confinement. Don't feel too sorry for the chicken being roasted! lol!
Incredibly grateful to you Tim for helping me and so many others during these times. Also, as I chuckle in the middle of the session to one of your jokes, I imagine all of us laughing together. Today's highlight: "Please don't call the yoga police on me" :)
Great class! It was nice to relax a bit today, but my body felt great after yesterday's challenging class, too. What you said at the end is so true: I think I can keep control of my emotions and stay balanced emotionally when all is quiet and I am doing my yoga. But the real challenge is once my kids wake up! I often fail miserably! :( It is something I work on daily and I know yoga has helped, but I still have a lot of work to do to stay mentally balanced during times of stress. Thank you for the reminder! Have a great day!
Hi Denise! Thanks for taking the time to share. Remember it's important to take each day one day at a time. Don't beat yourself up :) Stoked you could join me for this challenge!
Tim's videos are the only yoga practice I've consistently been able to stick with (including pre-covid in person classes)...I always feel challenged without discomfort, as he guides the movement in words that actually make sense and reminds me to listen to my body/intuition so as not to take it too far. The biggest plus, I think, is his sense of humor - which he unintentionally lets slip throughout the videos and which brings a lightness that has set him apart from many other yogis who take and express the practice a little too sternly for me. So much gratitude. Thanks for making these available and easily accessible.
I love this guy's spirit. I used to not like yoga because i felt like I didn't get enough of a workout from it, but your classes have challenged me to utilize more mind-body connection! I've learned that's an essential foundation for any weightlifting I want to do. Thank you!! Edit: best iliopsoas stretch I've done so far ^-^
Ouch,! Those toes bends at the start, took me back to my en pointe days ( 50 years ago!) thanks for the memory😊great class as ever, never stop adding your quips about life! Thank you, see you tomorrow 💕
Loving the quarantine challenge Tim. So happy I am a headstander now and can do the variations easily. Now, I just need to become a handstander, elbowstander... Lol, but one baby step at a time! Ty Tim and take care!
Really feeling the shoulder openers today! Glad to be vegetarian after the rotisserie comment! I am old enough to remember Albertson's... Thank you, Tim for projecting peace, calm and sharing a story about Krishna! Namaste, from San Antonio, y'all! :) 🙏🏼🕉🌻
Will hold off on calling the Yoga Police for the non-traditional variations , that was great for hips and shoulders! It was a revelation that in pigeon pose I did not feel my knees, as you reminded we are supposed to be feeling it in the hips - love these type of reminders. At the end, being a witness to our thoughts is a great note. Laugh out loud moment: 'If you think you are enlightened, try to go spend the weekend with your parents (bahahaha!) Thanks, Tim and Ollie 🙂
My busy mind is thankful for this practice today. One recommendation for future videos would be a 10-20m savasana only video. I've been finding it hard to really let the weight of my body drop to the ground and soften at the end of a practice, so a savasana only video would be great to just focus on that and feel the benefits of a relaxed body and mind. Thank you, Tim, as always.
Thanks Tim, it‘s always a joy following your lead. I do laugh a lot about some of your little comments. I very much appreciate your work. I‘m glad to be sharing this experience with all the fellows here :)
Energy was pretty low today so this hit the spot. Trying to stay positive and am now looking forward to practicing with you every day, gives these strange days we're experiencing some kind of structure. Love & light from NYC
Hubby still hanging in and loving this too. Done just before sunset on our deck in Molokai. Now.... off to give a toast to you (with a nice Italian Barolo).
I think all you give us in these videos is great.. some days more challenging and technical others are more flowy we stay longer in the poses .. but that’s what we love the changes .. so to answer your question we love day 1 +2+3+4 ♥️🌸♥️🌸 just be healthy and keep them coming Tim
That’s more like Michael Jackson move at [19:20 - 19:24]. So smooth. Coming back on your page after almost a year. Man I have missed it so much! Thank you for doing this!
I am a dancer, so naturally to let go of all the stress dancing puts on your body (not dancing, but it is so physically demanding) I do yoga. This has been some of the best flow and using the sacral chakra and heart-opening has helped with dancing too. It makes my movement flow. Thanks, Tim!
Fabulous! Never have I had such a craving for rotisserie chicken! Love all the shoulder opening. Almost got a cramp in my armpit when reaching for my back foot in the twist. Didn't know one could do that! My new favourite way to start the day is with you and Ollie. Thanks.
Enjoyed this. Glad you're mixing things up. Already feeling stronger with chatarangas after a bit of an upper body break from the 30 day challenge. Thanks! 💪🙏💪
Oh man - enjoying the series so far. The last one really kicked my butt, so this was a nice stretchy recovery. I'm a day behind, but keeping up! Thanks Tim!
The Q challenge that you’ve put together is hitting out of the park for me so far. There are so many difficulties in my life right now. So many friends and family that need support. This is the best part of my day. I’m looking forward to tomorrow’s class. You are a light in a troubling time. Thank you for doing this. 🙏🏻
Tim, I'm gutted I can't continue this quarantine and loath to admit it is difficult for me due mainly to Spondylosis in the upper arms and arthritis ☹️ I have though passed it on to my daughter and friends. I will seek out the gentler yoga I've done in the past. Thank you and 🙏🏻
Thanks Tim for always leading amazing classes! I love your little comments and humor. I am the rotisserie chicken, I will become the rotisserie chicken 😉
These videos are exactly what I need right now. On top of everything that everyone else is dealing with worldwide, I have an extra problem that I won't really go into but its something I have no control over and must simply observe and hope for the best During today's practice I was thinking of how thankful I am for your works to keep me doing something productive when I suddenly broke down and cried for about 10 minutes straight (all while doing the poses don't worry) I felt restored being able to let it out and just let myself feel for a moment Thank you so much for giving your time to us Tim, namaste and good health to you
Your videos are just great, Tim! I am someone who has chronic tendonitis in both wrists (from work) and I do yoga to strengthen my body & be more flexible, all to ward off my tendon issues. I have been doing yoga for about a year now and your videos are my favorite (: great challenge, great strength building, great stretching, all very mindful. Thanks again.
Ok, so it wasn't just me...day 3 was tough! I am experiencing a bum right shoulder so I need to light up on chaturanga, side plank. I made adjustments today and felt good. Great practice in such difficult times. We're in western NY and the lift on the stay at home order is not in sight, at least not this month. These practices are very helpful, thank you!
I almost didn't make it to today's mat, Tim! What was that yesterday, my body this morning felt whacked, haha. It's 11PM where I am now, just finished this session. Thanks for enlightening me to sleep. I can really see your personality come up with all the quirky analogies (roasterrie chicken?) and quotes. :)
Loved today's practice! I was dreading getting my butt kicked again, so this was perfect. Didn't miss day 2 and 3's forearm plank leg lifts at all. Might've missed boat pose just a tad. Thank you, Tim, for giving me a new practice to look forward to each afternoon.
Amazing workout! I did a 20 minute thigh and butt workout before this yoga workout, and all those long holds had my legs shaking! I love the level of the workouts--the perfect amount of challenge.
Very welcome stretches after the challenges of yesterday (which were great by the way). Yoga practice becoming a very important part of my life which will extend beyond these strange times. thanks Tim!
Amazing classes Tim. I am really enjoying the practice. The right balance of feeling challenged, invigorated but also incredibly calm and centred. Thank you for sharing.
This one is perfect if you want to work on those specific areas. I prefer day 3 style, day one was also amazing. Thank you so much for doing this - helps a lot to stay sane inside. 👍🏽🧘🏻♀️
I love power yoga and if the instructor makes the practice challenging, so usually I am all for yoga workouts. But it is always refreshing to take a slower paced class in-between, so this was a very enjoyable video too! I'm wondering if you could do a deep stretch class as well sometime - again, I love power yoga, so I hope you will keep the original quarantine power yoga theme, but if you will keep on doing these videos then I know I'll never focus on relaxing and flexibility, because I enjoy these so much. :D
Thanks for the feedback Eszter! I will make note of the deep-stretching for future videos. Glad you are enjoying the challenge so far. Stoked you could join me :)
Thank you! I have been practicing yoga for a many years but recently hurt my back while doing upward facing dog. Today's practice relieved the tension.
I absolutely love the powerful sessions we had on the first three days. This is exactly what I need during that time. You brighten up my days, thank you so much!
This is such a great series. Thoroughly enjoying it. I never do yoga...ever...so this feedback is definitely from a very green newbie. I enjoy how you built the difficulty levels over the first 3 days (yesterday kicked my butt!) and today was so chill and appreciated. I feel that you explain things very well (and as a happy vegan I enjoyed your little joke about rotisseries 🤪) so it’s fairly easy to follow along without looking up a billion times and ruining my form/falling over. Don’t get me wrong...that TOTALLY happened too but very infrequently. I’m pleasantly surprised at how sore I am afterwards and am looking forward to the next ones!
Perfect follow up to day 3👍. Have to admit I was in dire need for one of your Oceanside practices yesterday, so took a break and did one of my favorites. But back on track today just running a couple days behind. Thanks Tim 🙏🙏🙏🙏
THIS IS MY FAVOURITE VIDEO OF YOURS YET. Such good opening in all the right spots! The explanations are perfect. Just the right balance of strength and stretch. Thank you Tim I’m loving this challenge, namaste
I got a new TV and man, Tim, your teeth are white. Whiter than the whites in your eyes! Maybe it’s the new tv or maybe your tan, but they are white enough to picture as the bright white light in my third eye chakra. Loved this practice. Namaste 🙏
Haha thanks Elizabeth! Glad you enjoyed the practice :)
I love all the little sideline commentary in the practice. It really creates that human element and ofc love to see that Ollie is looking after you ❤️
You are so kind! Thank you, Nikita... and yes, Ollie is looking after me. :)
I like to intercalete between strength classes and flexibility classes and do one classe of pranayama and meditation once a week, or when I feel like. You are doing a great work as always. Continue to follow your instinct 🙏
That's great Ana. Glad you enjoyed today's practice. Thanks for joining me :)
Today was awesome! Thanks for taking a pause from normal intensity to give us hip and shoulder openers!
Glad you could join me!
Enjoyed a bit more relaxed stretching after yesterday's intense workout. Thanks again for helping us stay calm and healthy!
Stoked to hear that Nancy! Stoked you could join me :)
Tim - 5 out of 5 for this one
Definitely a keeper
Stoked to hear that! Glad you could join me :)
My body is loving this ! Reminds me to slow down , let go of what I cannot control -and remind myself how much my body LOVES yoga . Thanks again
As a yoga teacher, I do understand how important it is to balance between strength and flexibility, effort and ease, engagement and relaxation, especially in this uncertain period. Hope more people can join this mindful journey with us. I deeply appreciate your lovely intention and dedication!
Yup! Thanks for taking the time to share. Stoked you could join me :)
Thanks for sharing Farnaz! I'm glad that you are enjoying the challenge so far. Stoked you could join me :)

Hi Denise! Thanks for taking the time to share. Remember it's important to take each day one day at a time. Don't beat yourself up :) Stoked you could join me for this challenge!
So glad you said that day 3 was super challenging, I nearly gave up and went back to 30 day challenge instead.
Tim's videos are the only yoga practice I've consistently been able to stick with (including pre-covid in person classes)...I always feel challenged without discomfort, as he guides the movement in words that actually make sense and reminds me to listen to my body/intuition so as not to take it too far. Stoked Robert
I love this guy's spirit. I used to not like yoga because i felt like I didn't get enough of a workout from it, but your classes have challenged me to utilize more mind-body connection! I've learned that's an essential foundation for any weightlifting I want to do. Thank you!!

Ouch,! Those toes bends at the start, took me back to my en pointe days ( 50 years ago!) thanks for the memory😊great class as ever, never stop adding your quips about life! Thank you, see you tomorrow 💕
My sister was a ballerina so I can relate! Thank you, Anji.
My favourite of the quarantine challenge so far. Didn't miss warrior three whatsoever! Thanks so much.
Glad you enjoyed it Fiona! Stoked you could join me :)
I really enjoyed the down-dog with toe stretch and arms on the inside, knee down stretch! Amazing! 👍
Awesome, glad you enjoyed that stretch!
Loving the quarantine challenge Tim. So happy I am a headstander now and can do the variations easily. Now, I just need to become a handstander, elbowstander... Lol, but one baby step at a time! Ty Tim and take care!
Stoked to hear that Anuja! One day at a time, you got this! Thanks for joining me :)
My bunions have asked me to thank you Tim ! ( I enjoyed it too !)
Haha! Glad you and your bunions enjoyed it, Rosalind! 😊
So glad this was not a power yoga flow. It was perfect for today! Thank you 🙏🏻
Really feeling the shoulder openers today!
Hahaha! Thanks Darlene. And BTW... It wouldn't be my 'first rodeo' with the Yoga Police. 😊

Very welcome! Haha, thank you! Thankful for your support.
Did this today after day-1 yesterday. Tim, you are a savior with these practices in these tough times.
Just finished, I did head stand a little while longer, I paused video. I loved the praniyama. I think that’s how you spell it. Thanks Tim,
That's awesome Robert. Glad you enjoyed the practice!

This series is the only reason I am surviving the quarantine!
Yes please to classes with more stretching / yin cooldown! Great complement to all other the super strong ones.
So glad you incorporated a workout with hip openers. Thank you!

Exactly what I needed today. Hips were so tight and sore. Thanks, Tim!
Your guidance in each pose is exceptional! Thank you for being conscientious of the proper flow.
These videos are exactly what I need right now. On top of everything that everyone else is dealing with worldwide, I have an extra problem that I won't really go into but its something I have no control over and must simply observe and hope for the best

I'm glad you enjoyed it Beatriz! Stoked you could join me :)
Thank you Tim. For some reason I just couldn't vibe with yesterday's practice. Today's felt great.
My hips especially the left is extremely tight from all the soccer as a kid. Great hip opening exercises. Thanks!
Glad you felt the benefit of the practice! Thanks for joining me Todd :)
Hi Tim, I have been following from last 4 years, lot of thanks to you for your videos. These series are really awesome. Namaste from Bangalore, India.
Love your sessions. The way you demonstrate makes me want to follow. Thank you.
Awesome, thank you so much!
I really enjoy all your instruction. The slightest movement makes all the difference. Thank you!
Nice balance to yesterday's practice! Thank you Tim! :)
Glad you enjoyed it Suzanne! Stoked you could join me :)
I appreciate this offering. Thankful. Grateful. Blessed.
Glad you enjoyed it Vicki! Awesome that you pushed through. Stoked you could join me :)
Your quarantine videos are so amazingly unpredictable... really look forward to them. Loved the side openers today. Thanks Tim!
Amazing workout! I did a 20 minute thigh and butt workout before this yoga workout, and all those long holds had my legs shaking! I love the level of the workouts--the perfect amount of challenge.
Very welcome stretches after the challenges of yesterday (which were great by the way). Yoga practice becoming a very important part of my life which will extend beyond these strange times. thanks Tim!
Loved the workout today! Thanks for going slow, it was very calming.
Loved this one today. I have wonky hips and shoulders, so this is really good for me!!
I am really enjoying this challenge. I think it might be your best one yet!! Thanks :)

Thank you Tim. These videos are a great gift.
You're welcome Luke! Stoked you could join me :)
Good practice Tim! I liked how you are helping us to learn how to protect our lower backs.
Looooooved this one. The speed was just right for where I am but it had rigor too because of the long holds.
Yes took a needed rest from previous video. Better paced workout today. Thanks Tim.
This one is perfect if you want to work on those specific areas. I prefer day 3 style, day one was also amazing.
Thank you so much for doing this - helps a lot to stay sane inside. 👍🏽🧘🏻♀️

You're welcome Lillian! Stoked you could join me :)
Loved todays class. Helped me much with back tension x thank you Tim x
Glad to hear that! Stoked you could join me :)
Great flow to balance the intensity of yesterday. Still good for intermediate practice. Thank you!
Thank you! I have been practicing yoga for a many years but recently hurt my back while doing upward facing dog. Today's practice relieved the tension.
Glad it helped. Thanks
Just finished just what I needed after working from home.
Namaste 🙏
Stoked to hear that Alessandra! Thanks for joining me :)
I absolutely love the powerful sessions we had on the first three days. This is exactly what I need during that time. You brighten up my days, thank you so much!
Glad to hear that! Stoked you could join me :)

Perfect follow up to day 3👍.
Have to admit I was in dire need for one of your Oceanside practices yesterday, so took a break and did one of my favorites. But back on track today just running a couple days behind.
Thanks Tim 🙏🙏🙏🙏
Thank you, loved keeping all the energy centres open, not opening one at the expense of the others, really valid.
THIS IS MY FAVOURITE VIDEO OF YOURS YET. Such good opening in all the right spots! The explanations are perfect. Just the right balance of strength and stretch. Thank you Tim I’m loving this challenge, namaste
