    you NEVER explain it wrong! That's what I tell everyone about your channel. Your instructions are so easy to follow to get the alignment right.     I like ideas 1,2, and 3 (in response to your email). Least interested in vlogs because they can be long, and I feel like I want to learn, grow, have more educational content. Vlogs tend to become a really long, chatty, follow me around thing (it just takes away from me living and appreciating my own life), and tend to be less educational. I think your channel is unique in what you post. Everything is valuable. Keep doing what you are doing and don't become like the rest! :)

    Balancing poses are always a challenge for me - focusing on grounding the tripod of my foot helps, but I am wobbly. Thanks Tim.

    Hi Tim, I liked the block work to make sure hips stay aligned and core activated-I'm gently coming off of a hip injury, and the block is a useful way to make sure I'm not getting out of whack or going too deep, actually. Your classes always help with form and alignment, so thanks!

    I love the cross training or movement series videos you posted in the early days of this site after yoga dose. I use them twice a week specifically for the legs because you are spot on, strong glutes and quads really strengthens the core and protect the spine. It especially helps with getting to your feet quickly with surfing which I had problems with after 47 years of surfing with until I started doing your classes daily (18 months ago) and now there is no issue! Love your work

    Another great class - the leg training with one foot on a block was definitely useful. This is one of the reasons I love your classes - I learn so much about how to develop correct posture, strength and movement patterns. Would love to see more videos focusing on exercises like this, cross training, etc. I’d also love more videos for restorative days, and particularly a full-length pranayama practice.

    Using the blocks worked well for me today though was a bit wobbly at points. I would love 💕 to hear more from your teachers, what you’re cooking up and any other words of wisdom you have. Not so much fussed about cross training as I reckon what you’re already doing is good for me. Grateful you’re still posting, thanks 🙏

    I felt it. I would love cross training, full body stretch/recovery type stuff. You used to do some great, shorter videos with a foam roller that I still reference. Honestly, I'd probably watch a video of you doing dishes. All of your content is great.

    Like a lot of people right now I am working at home and this class was perfect for a moving lunch. 30 minutes means I don't feel guilty about steping away and putting my lunch status up, the flow got my core fired up and the blood flowing, and now that I am back at my desk I'm conscious of my posture from the hip and back work. Thank you for the time you take to make your content.

    Here I am again. Haven't managed to do one yet this year, but I'm going to. My journey after a major shoulder rebuild (age 57 I think) led me to you Tim, for post rehab, not ready to go back to yoga classes or elsewhere. I landed in a great gym #gr8ru - for the last few years...Now, I am strong, age 61, never stronger in my life. Divorcing, hanging on with all I have to a good life and hope. And I restart yoga with Tim today....in a few hours. Because I need the balance, need the mental benefits, need to stay at my gym too. Need my head out of my butt. (Yoga helps). I don't ever want to be weak again, so bring on the strength Tim...I can do this AND my other strengthening. Others will do what they can. I tell friends about you anytime I get the chance btw. I do know I will eventually slowly lose some abilities. But not right away, and not without resistance.

    I really liked the slightly slower pace for this one, Tim. It was good to feel more mindful of each pose and to not rush. Also thank you for mentioning what to leave out if you have lower back pain ☺️

    Thank you Tim. I am ok with alignment so didn't notice any change using the block to stand on. Loved the practice though. All public classes have stopped here in London, most people are working from home and there is no ability to attend restaurants or socialise as we are all social distancing so these practices are even more important.     Hi Tim - I like the use of the blocks today. If nothing else, they are a reminder that there are ways to change the poses to adapt to how you are feeling in that moment. The balancing aspect was interesting - i just realized that my right hip is not as strong as my left. Something to work on it seems.
    I would definitely be interested in hearing from your various teachers. How about from some of you students as well? Everyone's yoga journey is a little different and it can be encouraging when someone else's experience aligns and resonates with you own.

    i didn't necessarily feel the connection to the spine and core, but the block definitely made me focus a lot more on stabilizing my hips, which is something i haven't thought about in a lunge in a real long time

    THis is a great morning flow before work to get hips, quads and shoulders stretched, some core work and just limber up thank you. I think you can actually do the same split squats without the block, not sure what that adds but it is fine either way. My block is foam not wood, so not as sturdy.

    I love the fluidity of your classes. This was a good overall workout for me and helped me get back to poses that need some more attention (Parivrtta Ardha chandrasana & Virabadrasana 3! Wobbly times.) The block wasn't what helped me (maybe because I'm flexible with fairly strong core.) What helped was just the REMINDER to pay attention to that transition - to make sure I'm keeping my spine extended. All your little reminders (core, shoulders - whatever little hint you're giving us - help ENORMOUSLY.) Namaste, Tim. Hope you have an excellent day!
