It took me a long time to realize that just because a girl is nice to you (or even talks to you) that doesn’t mean that she is into you. You have to realize that chasing doesn’t work, you have to stop putting them on pedestals that way.

      Bro I have a question
There is a classmate of mine who was looking at me
Tried to speak and laugh with me and complement me and gave me signals to approach her and I heard her speak about me with her friends
But I just played as I didn't notice and I made her leave and didn't speak to her so she tried
But with time as I spoke to her she lost interest in me and now she doesn't even like speaking with me with her face expressions
      But I like her now
And that was because I am not funny and I am very serious and logical in my speaking but I tried to make her laugh and at first I just played around her like a dumbass bcuz I didn't like her

The word “chasing” gets thrown around a lot and confused. Most guys are taking this to mean don’t initiate or approach/talk to women and wait for them to come to you. Wrong.

"you're the most confident guy in the country so why not act confident?"
"you're the most focused person in the world so why not focus on the work?"

I did a small part of this subconciously, i really wanted to get better at just talking in general and not making all those weird sex jokes and just get to become closer to be the most perfected version of myself. Then as i progressed little by little i began to notice that girls were looking at me way more.
This mindset actually works so well so i'm wondering why there aren't (many) others that also share this advice.

@@belivuk2526 yeesh how depressing. Just take up a hobby make a good bond with a random. Do not try to make it sexual as soon as possible. You and the girl wil begin to like eachother for who you are. Boom you've fallen for eachother and now you can make the next move. You don't have to compete with genes or resources. Your personality is the only unique thing you have nobody can compete with you on that front. Just like business it's not always about how big the company is or how many employees it's about the mission the reputation of the company if this stands out from the rest you won't have to compete. @@nathanricetalks Damn bro this made me have to think for a while, you hear alot from hamza about not caring too much about woman in the first part of your progress to become adones. First get rid of all those unnecesary things like videogaming and fapping, in that stage you won't get any woman that will last. If you have almost become adones thats the time when you have to worry about picking up girls and it will probably come natural.

@@Jeta_z i strongly disagree with you on that point. I have adopted a LOT of good habits and still can't go up to women. And Adonis is the ideal, so he's unreachable for everyone. Also top 1% males have their flaws.
I just felt like with adapting more good habits and reduce the bad ones, that didn't do anything for me in terms of confidence when it comes to women. It makes me more confident in other areas of life tho.

This is how you do it, you become a great one at something, people think you are the shit, you stay humble, more people will find you, some will be more interested in you, you listen to them, and you reassure them they matter, then you keep doing your thing, then they begin to chase you. In general, its becoming great at a skill within a social hierchy, for example, becoming boxer or skater, a dancer, a hobby that can be used in competition or that has an audience, and you become a good person, but not an overbearing person, and it helps to be skillful at something so you have something to do instead of being clingy.

The thing is, here in Brazil, there aren't good self improvement contents. I had to learn English just so I can watch more productive videos. You are astonishing. The bad thing is, my family is getting pissed at me bcz I'm going to bed early, waking up early, basically, taking it to seriously. My dad says I should not believe any UA-camrs out here, especially if they are "gringo" ( it means not from Brazil). And also says I should only believe his counsels. He isnt allowing me to watch your videos. My family says that the important is the balance. Don't eat only junk food but don't eat only healthy foods. I thinks it's a wrong way of thinking. Always care about someone, even if it’s from a distance. do not let these internet influencers make your life “situational”. Act the way you know is beneficial to letting you feel yourself, regardless of how someone acts towards you. (Not caring and/or chasing makes you attract people who do not care about themselves so they could never be loyal to you or love you“. That’s why they have partners who are uninterested in them, because they like being unsure of themselves and having to chase validation of one who does not care. they use you to feel good about themselves as you open up after “not caring”, and you learn to ignore yourselves/ not care about yourself when you pretend to not care about other people or your feelings for them. )

Yes, Hamza made some good points but to say that the guy should not take much interest in the girl’s life or hobbies is not a good idea
It is important to set boundaries with a girl. It is important to make it clear to her what you are okay with and what you will not tolerate
It is important to set expectations clear
You can do all this while taking interest in her as a person
It should be a fair value of exchange. Taking too much interest in girls life before she has committed is not right

    This actually happened to me.
In the past i used to beheave like a jeffrey, in middle school i liked this girl who i talked with at least 10 times in 3 years and i thougt i was "in love" with her. The second year of high school i texted her something like: "hei it's me from middle school, how are you" and she blocked me, finally i was free from that mental prison. This summer i started to like one of my oldest friends, we're pretty good friends and i gave it a shot, i wrote her that i liked her and she makes me happy... but she ghosted me. That summer i also got interested in self improvement and i started no fap, working out (more than i already did) and something changed because of that girl, i don't know what it was but my mind developed this new "lifestyle". I developed the will of improving in every aspect of my life, especially social life. So at the start of the 3rd year of school i was the same person, but with a different aura, my confidence was at an all time high and i felt like i could have done anything. I was slowly starting to lose interest in that girl and in that moment, when i was only chasing my goals, i noticed that someone was chasing me, and it's going infinitely better than the other times, dude she stares at me, i stare at her back and she looks away, she's kind, she compliments me, i gave her a letter (not a confession) and she hugged me, yesterday she invited me to her birthday! Nothing like this ever happened to me, and the only thing that changed everything...was my mind set

🎯 Key Takeaways for quick navigation:
00:26 🚶‍♂️ *Stop obsessing over the girl and start focusing on personal progress and goals like Adonis to become more attractive to women.*
01:51 🔄 *Flip the script: Instead of chasing her, let her chase you by pursuing your studies, business, fitness, and goals passionately.*
03:16 🙅‍♂️ *Overcome neediness, a major turn-off, by either getting an abundance of women interested in you or faking it by changing your mindset.*
05:23 🔄 *Change your self-perception: Brainwash yourself into believing you are attractive and act like the alpha male, as this psychological shift significantly impacted the creator's success with women.*
06:35 💪 *Combine psychological shifts with positive actions, such as improving social skills, building confidence in flirting, and working on physical attractiveness in the gym, to enhance overall success in attracting women.*
07:30 🔄 *Imitate success: Act more like the guys who are successful with girls, even if it means copying their behaviors, as this straightforward approach proved effective for the creator.*

Hamza you truly are inspiring so many young men, including me. I come from a relationship of about two years and let's say that the girl i was with was pretty toxic, she literally claimed me for her alone. Now that we've broken up i started working out, working on my music, just being more disciplined and i wouldn't have been able to find the courage and energy needed if it wasn't for you and Andrew. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for leading so many of us towards a great life with purpose and sole commitment.

It's funny because I've done the opposite (being 100% real. Not compromising what I want for anyone and doing what I feel like doing in the moment 100% of the time), and that's what has worked for me the best. It's when I started doing this (and at the same time stopped working out and eating gigantic amounts of junk food, to the point where I put on a bit of fat), is when I noticed the best results I've ever had with girls, and I didn't even approach them. They approached me. It's funny because when I was doing what Hamza said to do for about 3 years (fake it til you make it), attractive girls would barely approach me (only 2 did... Both were drunk as fuck and one wasn't even hot). It's only when I decided to be myself completely and started doing what I felt like doing 100% of the time, in the moment, is when hot girls started approaching me, and I didn't even have to do anything. Hamza talks about how the guys who get girls don't care about them, yet then says to fake it til you make it. By doing so you are caring about girls. I think the first and most important step to getting girls is to do what you want to do completely. If you WANT to do things like working out (a lot of girls say they don't even like guys work out anyway) and focusing on your career then that's just a bonus. But the most important thing is to do what you want to do in the moment, and by doing so you care less about what people think about you. Even if you want to think positive affirmations such as, "I'm a Chad, I'm hot" etc, that's fine and all but it has to be because you WANT to do it in the moment. Think about what you want to do most in the moment and do that 100% of the time (even if it's shit like eating junk food or playing video games), keep doing it for a while and watch hot girls approach you when you go out.

I've been in a spiritual journey for the past months, and here's what I learned that has to do with the video.
    1. You can get over neediness by having self love, healing your inner child and fear of abandonment. We get the grasping feeling when we feel we're gonna get abandoned, and we want people to show up for us instead of we showing up for ourselves, that's what neediness is.
    2. You don't ge tattention and girls because of your thoughts and feelings torwards yourself. People who are bad with girls don't believe they're attractive, bcs their beliefs are creating a reality where they're still not good with them. What if you woke up everyday thinking you're attractive and desired ? How would that feel? And therefore, what kind of reality would you be creating ?
Subconscious is no joke, it literally runs our reality and it's our job to shape it into what we want
