Easy Oven Baked BBQ Ribs Recipe - With Homemade BBQ Sauce

Ingredients you'll need:
2kg Baby back ribs
Seasonings for dry rub: 1 TSP Each, salt, brown sugar, tomato powder (optional), smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder and pepper
Sauce:
1 Thumb peel fresh ginger
2 Garlic cloves
250g Ketchup
100ml Orange juice
15ml Worcestershire sauce
1 Small onion
75g Light brown sugar
330ml Ginger beer
15ml Vinegar
Salt to taste
