I'm a new wife and I made this today. I followed everything and the result is amazing! The meat is super tender and the caramelized sauce is everything! Thank you so much for this recipe!
This is over the top delicious looking! I love what you did with the vegetables, instead of just opening a can. That BBQ sauce will make many things awesome, and could be used inside or out. Thank you!!!!
Hi sis Monette! Advance Merry Christmas!
Good morning. Thank you po😊
Hi Rachel!
Delicious - purchased the Banana (Barons) Ketchup via Amazon - HINT - Since the ketchup is thick and wouldn't pour easy, I heated the bottle in the microwave. Saved me time and trouble! In the sheet pan lined with aluminum foil (easy cleanup), wire rack, a couple of table spoons of apple cider vinegar (moisture), rack meat facing up and covered at 350F (176.7C) for 90 minutes. Using a ThermoPro meat thermometer pork temperature (90 minute time) was between 190F-205F (87.8C--96.11C). Pork rib bone tips were evident and pork was very tender. Since the marinade glaze had a table spoon of sugar, I carefully watched the ribs beneath broiler. Approximately 5 minutes the marinade was caramelized and pork was beginning to char. I followed the marinade instructions. The only exception was substituting Mama Sita's BBQ marinade (couldn't find it locally in my Prescott, AZ area) with Kinder's Roast Garlic BBQ sauce. My dinner guests gave me the OVER-THE-TOP thumbs up after dinner. They remarked the taste was new never experienced and truly loved the pork. HINT - I had to sheet pans prepared, one for baking the ribs, the other for the ribs beneath the broiler. Why two racks? There was plenty of juices in the baked sheet pan rack and when removing the rack from the oven, I had to be very careful not to spill the juices in the oven (previous experience).
would not recommend to marinate any meat then cook it in oven like that. I get that you want to enhance the flavor of the meat but there is a reason why most people don't do it because you are already BAKING the meat in the oven with it's sauce/rubs with an aluminum wrapper to trap the flavor. and no need to keep brushing those meat every now and then like you are grilling, just let it rest for 3-4 hours to let it tender and absorb all the flavor from the rub/sauce then an additional 20 mins if you want its sauce to caramelized and sticky.
tried this recipe. all i can say is super legit, restaurant grade experience. talang sulit.

Hi po. Pwede po kayang boiled sya and pag malambot na tsaka papahiran at ibake?

good tips to remove the thin membrane under the ribs. otherwise it'll be chewy
❤❤❤
Hi Chee! Bake the ribs at 180C for more than 2 hours.

Oven time up to 90 minutes - after checking temperature 75 minutes was ideal for posted time TGL
Glad that your guests loved these oven baked BBQ pork ribs and you are able to put your own spin on it.
For two hours of baking, ilang degree?
180 degree
